I received excellent customer service at Shine ! Their delightful reception staff are most welcoming to new patients. The dental nurses , and both dentists Dee and Tobias who I have seen are incredibly professional in their approach. I had complicated gum graft surgery yet their care was both reassuring and outstanding. I am very impressed with the results . Thank you !

I have had bad experiences in the past with dental treatment and get very anxious. However Dee is extremely understanding, patient and kind. The practice has a relaxing atmosphere and all the staff are lovely. I couldn't recommend this dental practice enough. Thank you for being so kind.

I was very nervous about this appointment as I had my 3 month old son with me but I had no childcare. I shouldn't have worried as Dee put my mind at rest and made me feel completely welcome with him and said there were enough people to settle him if needed (it was only a check up appointment). I was completely put at ease and whilst having my check up someone did come in to keep my son occupied which made the whole experience less stressful!

I had a wisdom tooth taken out under local anaesthetic. I felt very cared for at every stage. Quick and easy, good after care instructions and healing nicely now. Thank you Dee and all the team.

I've seen Annie for general checkups and hygienist appointments, and Maria for a ceramic onlay, and I'm also doing the 12 month online Myofunctional Therapy course. I can honestly say I wouldn't go to another dental clinic again. The care the team shows is second to none. They are patient, take time to get to know you as an individual, and genuinely care about your health. The clinic is great too, with lots of holistic products available to buy. I'm so glad I found WoW. The waiting times for appointments can be slightly longer than some other places, but it's worth the wait and they will try their best if you're genuinely in pain!

Dr. Seb and team truly displays what a practice should be like. They are genuine, passionate and professional. Have not come across a more perfect dentistry outfit before.

Amazing service at short notice. Was able to correct my loose Dental Implant in only 3 days, including lab work. Very reasonable price also. Booked for all my implants checking in January 2025.

I cannot thank West Park Dental enough. I had severe toothache for a couple of days. I thought it would pass but didn't. Called at 8:30am, had an appointment booked for 10am and was seen bang on time. The receptionists were really friendly and assured me the dentist I was seeing was very good. Paul was excellent in explaining what treatment was available and what he could do. He obviously has a lot of experience and knowledge of what he does - he definitely knows what he's talking about. Ended up having an extraction. It was done without any pain at all and was spoken to all the way through the procedure explaining what was happening. I'm not the best patient and was calmed down as much as possible during the process by Paul and the dental nurse (I'm sorry, I didn't ask her name - she was also brilliant.) All done within an hour and now pain free in the same day. Thank you to everyone at West Park, I am so grateful for you helping me today, I couldn't recommend you enough.

I had a tooth extraction today by Haleema. I can honestly say that the appointment couldn’t have gone any better. She was so informative and the injections and extraction were painless. She took time to numb the area first which made a massive difference. Great service 👍👍

Staff are always accommodating. Office is well-maintained. I had fillings done and the dentist Hayley Horsman did a great job; she was very professional and knowledgeable and always explaining the procedure, addressing my concerns in the process. The dental assistant was also very helpful.

Such a lovely dental clinic. All staff were so friendly and professional. I came in with some concerns about my teeth and Charlotte (I’m hoping I’ve remembered her name correctly), gave my teeth a thorough clean and reassured me that there is no need to panic. This place is fantastic if you are nervous. They really understand my anxiety. They take time to explain my treatment before and during treatment. They notice immediately if I am in distress and stop. Then we work out how to continue. I feel fully in control. They do not need to sedate me they work with me around my fears. The only drawback is no NHS you pay for what you get. But so well worth the cost if you are anxious.

I went for the first time to the Fresh Smile Clinic with my partner. I'm a comfortable person when it comes to dental appointments, whereas my partner not as much. The clinic was really nice and with comfortable atmosphere inside. The dentist who assisted us was super friendly and answered all our questions without hesitation. We were both very pleased overall and we'll surely be back again soon for our next dental appointment. I'd absolutely recommend this clinic to everyone.

I have just completed an extensive amount of treatment with Dr Kirrin Punia which included four implants and several veneers, the work has taken several months to complete. I am extremely pleased with the results. Right from the start I have felt in very safe in her hands, she has been realistic about what was achievable and throughout the treatment has gone over and above to produce the absolute best results for me that were possible. I have no reservations in recommending her to family and friends, in fact I have already done so.

I have accompanied my mum to the Old Church for several years and their customer service is always superb. It’s a beautiful building, immaculate inside with a calm atmosphere. Each member of staff is so warm and welcoming they immediately put you at ease. I have never been to a more friendly practice where everyone is helpful, chatty and show genuine interest in their patients. My mum is very happy going there and looks forward to her regular visits as they treat her with the utmost care and respect.

Honestly a completely different experience to anything I've had before. Every single person is friendly, helpful and it (almost) makes going to the dentist a pleasure. The receptionists are all kind, helpful and do everything they can to make your visit as pleasant as going to the dentist can be. I have seen two of the dentists at the practice and both are amazing at what they do, not only in terms of the quality of their work but also makes a refreshing change to have all options explained fully to be able to make an informed decision. I won't go anywhere else, unless all the staff leave. Highly recommend The Old Church.

I never worry about coming for a regular check up as everyone is so lovely they make it a pleasure. A couple if years ago i had to have root canal treatment, which people dread, but all went ahead smoothly with no pain whatsoever. I would recommend Town Hall Dental to anyone.

Sia has changed my life! I came to Sia for a composite bonding smile makeover, to make my smile more even and to close gaps. The whitening treatment before the bonding was excellent and I noticed a huge difference very quickly with no sensitivity issues, which was surprising seeing as I have sensitive teeth. The bonding treatment itself was completely painless (again surprising!) and Sia worked his magic in a matter of 2 short hours and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I couldn’t believe the difference when I saw my teeth afterwards - I’m no longer conscious of what my smile looks like in pictures or when I’m talking to people. I wish I would’ve had the treatment done earlier! Dr Sia lord is an absolutely amazing dentist! He made me feel so relaxed and even had me laughing even though I’m terrified of dentists! The process was very smooth from first consultation to the work being carried out. I have been going to Hewett's dental for 20 years with my children and I can honestly say they are amazing. We have seen Seby for many many years and he is so lovely and puts you at ease immediately. He is amazing with our autistic child, who suffers from anxiety. I also suffer from anxiety and he puts me at ease also. I saw the hygienist yesterday for a filling and clean and polish and she was brilliant with me, I was extremely anxious, but she had a very calm demeanour and numbed the areas before injecting the anaesthetic so I didn't feel it. I wasn't the easiest of patients but she took her time with me and the result was fantastic!! I would highly recommend Hewett's to anyone, especially those who are nervous
