The dentist is absolutely lovely, always honest and kind. I had to wait 45 minutes for my next appointment with the hygienist which was quite painful this time and I was soaked by the water. I asked the receptionist a simple question and her response was quite abrupt and rude as if I should know the answer. I was a bit disappointed with today’s service. Usually really good

I visited the dentist and admitingley absolutely petrified of the while ordeal, to the point I was going to cancel. I was given an appointment with Mrs Sanna Khan for 2 fillings. She was absolutely fantastic. She was patient, took her time, explained every tool and next procedure that was going ahead. Sanna kept stopping to see if I was OK. I was referred to 57 Dental practice by my dentist for a restoration and root canal treatment. I have been seen by Hummaid for the initial assessment he was friendly, professional and explained everything to me clearly without dental jargon and made me feel at ease. I am so pleased to say he was able to restore my tooth and I will be returning next week for my root canal treatment. The staff at this practice are all friendly and helpful in giving accurate advice as I had some further questions. I would definitely recommend this practice for quality care and expertise in restoring your teeth and confidence.

Hadn't visited a dentist in over 15 years due to fear, was apprehensive about this appointment but my partner insisted we go. So glad I did, I was seen by TK, had a dental hygiene checkup, and my mouth has never felt so good. Excited to go back for more treatment as the pain I had in my gums has disappeared entirely. The staff at 57 Dental are top notch, very friendly, always have a smile, very polite, and are a credit to the business. If you are like me and have a fear of dentists, you need to come to 57, the fear will disappear.

I am extremely nervous about visiting a dentist and put off doing so until I had no choice, due to a tooth infection and severe toothache. Rosina and her team were so kind and considerate, Rosina explained all my options and went with what made me feel comfortable. I felt a lot more confident in having treatment and ended up having root canal treatment, a filling and two crowns. Rosina and her team made me feel safe and in control which made all the difference. A great big thank you to the Keighley Branch for seeing me at short notice when I dislodged a temporary crown . As a nervous dental patient I have finally plucked up the courage to have some much needed dental work done. This particular tooth is causing quite a few issues as it has been sadly neglected by myself . When I phoned for an appointment at Idle there was nothing available as Kat was off ( everyone's allowed time off ) I got myself so worked up with the thought of having to go over the weekend but the girls on reception were superb. They went over and above to try and sort something out, even though I was both upset and unstable on the phone . After three phone calls they had me booked in at Keighley and the staff were staying late to accommodate the appointment. I saw Richard ( I hope I'm right with this as I was still in a tiz) who was calm , professional, took his time and made me feel safe sat in the dreaded chair Thank you to you all for your understanding and professionalism today. Brilliant dental practise. I have never felt so at ease at the dentist before. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. From my first phone call enquiry to the treatment I received the staff were excellent. Catherine the receptionist was ace. They went above and beyond what I imagined any dentist would do to help. Chris did an excellent job repairing my bridge. He was honest about possible outcomes whilst giving hope of trying other treatments should this one not work. Dental charges usually cause more pain than teeth but not here, the cost was far less than expected, there’s no making money out of people. Highly recommend this practise.

Superb family run dentist who go above and beyond their ethos. I regard these people my friends. They not only invest their time and knowledge with you they will help you save money by being honest about how a treatment will benefit rather than taking your money and saying goodbye. I've a huge dentist phobia, instead of crying a river I now look forward to my twice yearly catch up and hygienist appointment. My recommendation is try get on their books, your teeth need them, they'll thank you with a confident smile after.

I've recently had treatment from Dr Peter Robbins. Over three appointments, one of them quite long, he inspired confidence with his high level of skill, as well as professional kindness, concern and conversation. I was put as at my ease as I could be, as he talked me through options, then the procedures as he carried them out. I'm happy with the treatment and the service I received. Just had the most wonderful dental experience at Greenside Dental Care. It was an emergency appointment and the treatment was faultless. I was treated with care and compassion, I felt listened to and not at all rushed. The staff were kind and helpful and George the dentist was gentle and experienced. I was a very nervous dental patient, who often cancelled appointments, so I didn’t have to face the fear I felt when sitting in the dentist chair. But that all changed when I joined this practice. I explained my fears to Karen and Helen and they were willing to do anything to help. I now attend appointments every six months and actually look forward to going. My teeth and gums have never been better. I sat in the chair today and thought back to the days where my knuckles were white from gripping so hard to the chair. we had the best experience at Craven Dental Care today! Karen & Helen are both fantastic dental nurses and made my little boy feel so welcome and calm at his first ever dentist appointment! Karen managed to file down my sharp tooth I've been having trouble with for a long time, no other dentist has managed with my bad gag reflex🤣🙈 it feels so much better! my little boy came away from there surgery happy and excited to come back again one day! I visited the Leeds branch today and I must say it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I was treated by Dr. Dharmesh who was extremely patient, professional and informative. Felt that I was in good hands. A gentleman called Liam attended to me to help with sorting out the payment for my treatment. He made me a coffee and was extremely professional respectful and guided me through the process. I know these gentlemen were just doing their jobs however in today’s day a real pleasant customer experience seems to be lacking and I felt that they set a very good example of how things should done. 👏🏾

I highly recommend Dr Patel and the team at infinity dental clinic. From day one of the initial assessment to completion of dental implant, the journey over the course of one year, they were amazing, professional and went above and beyond. After the initial consultation, Dr Patel came up with a thorough report of the bespoke treatment plan, cost, expected time frame and alternative options. When it comes to scheduling appointments, team tried their best to be flexible and accommodate my tight schedule. The entire procedure was uneventful under expert hand. From my first contact with Taylored Dental Care Keighley I was made to feel completely at ease. So much so following my initial treatments under sedation with Graham I have had two visits to Sarah and not felt anxious at all either in the waiting room or in the surgery. This in itself is huge for me! I have seen Matt for several appointments and I cannot recommend him enough he is an absolute professional and puts you at ease immediately you enter the room. Since coming to the practice 6 months ago after many years of not visiting a dentist I can not praise too highly the care I have received To say I was very afraid is putting it mildly. But from my first contact with Jssmine and seeing Graham for the first time I was met with nothing but care concern and a desire to help. There was no judgement at all. Graham was professional,caring and wonderful at explaining the process. Treatment with Sarah was easy.
