Recently had an excellent experience at the dental surgery. Reception staff are always great. Had my appointment with john for the first time, and I was really grateful for what a kind, professional and friendly experience i had. He put me at ease straight away, I didn't feel rushed, he talked through all he was doing in great detail which as a nervous patient I appreciated. He gave great advice on preventative measures, after needing a filling i felt genuinely well informed as to the reasons, how the procedure would go and an upfront and transparent approach to costs. Again during my treatment everything was done with a clear explanation, care and a gentle supportive approach putting me at ease. I wanted to acknowledge what a positive difference it made to my experience having someone who genuinely seems to care about their patients and puts the effort in to really explain everything and make you as comfortable as possible. So a real thanks to john, I wanted you to know your efforts don't go unnoticed.

I recently moved into the Shipley area and booked a first check up and hygiene appointment in January. The reception staff, dentist snd hygienist were very friendly and treatment provided was extremely professional. Highly recommended.

If you’re afraid of the dentist this is the place to go! Due to my extreme fear I avoided the dentist for years. Having finally plucked up the courage and explained my fear when booking the whole staff were nothing but lovely and understanding, answering all my questions and putting my mind at ease throughout.

I recently visited Far Headingly Dental Care for a dental check-up and teeth whitening session with Dr. Chris Tan. I was overal very pleased with the experience. Everyone in the team from the receptionist to the dentist was very friendly. Chris was very reassuring during my dental check up. She was very meticulous with her work and I felt in very good hands. The teeth whitening procedure was great, she took time to explain the process in detail and addressed all my existing concerns. The process was really quick and just required just 2 appointments. The procedure itself was very effective, and I noticed my teeth to be a few shades brighter. I will definitely be back in the future and would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone living nearby.

I recently had my Invisalign retainers done at Far Headingley Dental Care and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Dr. Chris Tan and the team were professional, friendly, and made the process seamless. The office is modern and clean, and I felt comfortable from start to finish. My granddaughter had a tooth extraction here and both the dental surgeon and nurse were so caring and nurturing towards both my granddaughter and I. They really made the time to ensure we were both comfortable and informed so the way through the procedure. Their professionalism was exceptional. I would highly recommend this practice.

Highly recommend Clarendon Dental Spa, a very calm dental practice. My son had the wand treatment, and the whole process was very relaxed and David was very reassuring throughout the visits, and during each treatment. My son left each time feeling at ease and happy with the procedures. There's a real focus on patient care and making sure that the person is given all the information they need. We would definitely come back if we need further treatment.

Have been with this practice for more than six years. Friendly staff and great services. Anything I’ve ever wanted: whitening, straightening, veneers, etc have always been accommodated. Hygienist Mariam & Dentist Soumia are both wonderful. Professional, attentive, & a joy to spend 30min in the chair with !

Fantastic Dental surgery. Took my very nervous daughter for 4 teeth extractions. All the staff were very pleasant and the surgery was lovely and clean. The dentist and dental nurse were absolutely amazing. They were so reassuring, it never felt like they were rushing us and the room was set up to calm children. They looked after my daughter brilliantly and really helped her get through the procedure. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic practice, all staff are caring and friendly, funny and put you at ease.. Our whole family attend this practice. Dentist explains everything so it’s understandable, there is never any pressure to have work done, they just look after you as if you were their own family! Hygienist is lovely, so friendly and does a fantastic job. It’s like meeting friends, we all love visiting the dentist even the kids! We all highly recommend them. Once you've been there you will never want to go anywhere else!

I was referred here for an emergency after dialling 111. The ladies on reception were friendly and helpful with my forms. The dentist was lovely. Made me feel relaxed. I was worried as I have not been to the dentist for around 12 years and I hate my teeth. However, he made me feel at ease and that I shouldn't be ashamed of my teeth. Best dentist I've ever had. I was an extremely nervous patient before I started seeing Catherine. At the first appointment she made me feel at ease and as comfortable as I could be. Now a year and a half later I can say I'm not a nervous patient anymore and although I don't enjoy being poked and prodded I always come out smiling because it's been a positive experience. I regularly recommend this place to people.

I have had some terrible dentists in the past, various terrible root treatments, bleeding gums (I had to have gas and air to be able to have scale and polish, it was that bad), my teeth were a mess. Catherine not only saved my teeth and improved my dental hygiene, she has been fantastic when I had a tooth infection, giving her own personal time to advise and support me. I could not praise her enough. The staff, Clare and Emma, are absolutely brilliant and have given me very insightful and useful advice. Just a brilliant practice all around. Couldn't thank them enough!

First visited this dental practice six years ago, and can comfortably say that the staff are still as lovely now as they were then, and the experience of having to visit the dentist not half as harrowing as it could be. I am a first year dental student at the University of Leeds and I was lucky enough to be placed in Burley House Dental Care on my first placement. The team we’re all so welcoming and made a huge effort to make me feel comfortable. Catherine allowed me to engage with the patients throughout the day and made me feel really at ease, and was also so helpful when I had questions regarding different treatments that were seen throughout the day. I really enjoyed seeing the close bonds Catherine had formed with her patients over the years and the practice as a whole has a real family feel!

Our 7 year old absolutely loves coming to see our dentist. We always feel really well looked after and the whole team are friendly and caring. We get great advice and service. Couldn't be happier! Best dental practice we've ever found

At 75 years old I have had a few different dentists in my life, but I have never had one has good as Jonathan at Farsley Dental, he is not only excellent at his work, but takes time to explain what he is doing, and as a patient laid on your back it’s very reassuring. Jon as now done 7 implants in my move and I cannot recommend him highly enough

I have had some expensive work done, some not so expensive work done and I have had just worries. It hasn't mattered at all. The treatment has always been reassuring and pleasant as going to the dentist can be. The team reassure me. They make time to help me with having injections which was a problem for me but they take the dentists and nurses have always taken plenty of time to make comfortable. And the reception team are always cheerful. It's a professional place,bin an easy going style.

I visited Springfield Guiseley today for a planned replacement filling . I don't usually feel this way, but I felt nervous about my pending treatment. I mentioned it to Oonagh and we discussed which part of the process was causing these feelings. I felt reassured, my anxiety reducing. After the local anaesthetic, I was almost asleep for the rest of the process! I didn't feel one second of pain or discomfort through any of it. I want to say a very big thank you to Oonagh & Anna, for what turned into a pleasant experience. You were brilliant as were Katie and Melissa on reception. I went to this dentist after a recommendation on Facebook. I was a very nervous patient knowing I had a lot of work that needed doing. The dentist was so patient and kind and I felt she understood my worries and was very reassuring that she could help me. Excellent experience. Very glad I went here. Highly recommended!

I've been coming here for around 20 years and can't fault the service. Steve and Nga have built a brilliant team around them and make going to the dentists as good as they can! Would recommend in a heartbeat.
