I visited the Leeds branch today and I must say it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I was treated by Dr. Dharmesh who was extremely patient, professional and informative. Felt that I was in good hands. A gentleman called Liam attended to me to help with sorting out the payment for my treatment. He made me a coffee and was extremely professional respectful and guided me through the process. I know these gentlemen were just doing their jobs however in today’s day a real pleasant customer experience seems to be lacking and I felt that they set a very good example of how things should done. 👏🏾

Posting on behalf of my wife Terri, after 3 days of intense toothache Terri called explained how bad she was feeling and that she suffers with bad anxiety, the receptionist was kind enough to get her in that day to be seen. From the moment Terri walked in she was given so much compassionate care from all members of staff. Mr parmar was excellent at giving Terri the treatment she needed while talking her calmly throughout the treatment and reassuring her constantly. Great Dentist, Mr Patel and his team at Windmill are so professional, always explains everything and all options. He puts me at ease, never judges and is very empathetic and understanding to whatever situation. Also very reasonable in price compared to other dentists and most importantly ensures I am always comfortable with whatever procedure and never feel any pain.

This dental practice is so good. All the staff are lovely. My appointment today was with a dentist that had just started at the practice today. He was one of the nicest people I have met. He explained everything to me in terms I understood. Just hope he stays.

Amazing experience from start to finish with HQ dental. I had my teeth whitened and then e-max veneers which have completely changed my look and I couldn't be happier. I didn't know exactly what I would need, but I spoke to Richard who was great - he suggested the best treatment for me, and again, its completely transformed my smile! I went yesterday to have a top set of teeth, even though it was a really long day all the staff were absolutely amazing, the lady on reception was great, she would come & ask if you would like drinks & at lunch time she asked if I wanted lunch. My husband came yesterday to have a full set off teeth made , after a year off treatment and having to have his teeth removed he was feeling really nervous, that soon changed from the lady on reception who made us both very welcome with cups off tea and lunch provided to emilia who spent the day with us making moulds and providing lots off encouragement and than the final product it’s amazing he has his smile back thank you very much and thank you again to emilia

Recently had work done at HQ Dental and I could not be happier. Amazing results have not smiled so much, all done quickly and without any fuss. Every thing was explained and prices very reasonable. Made me feel at ease would go back and would recommend to other without any issues.

I can't recommend The Tooth Spa enough! I’ve had dental implants, Invisalign, and teeth whitening here, and the results have been amazing. Dr. Mostafa is an expert — he explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout each step of my treatments. His skill and care really stand out. Olivia, the dental nurse, was fantastic — she made the whole process smooth and stress-free with her support and attention to detail. Emma at the front desk is always so welcoming and efficient, handling all my appointments and questions with a smile.

One word ( unbelievable) staff & dentist’s . Called them this morning at 10:30am was seen by 3:30pm ! I drove 6hrs Round trip because I hear they where very good here & it was true! I had a bad half a tooth 🦷 destruction ! The first dentist in another firm left me in a poor way . Today was so easy . I’m going to make The tooth spa my regular. Parking outside on the street. Hassan and team really helped me following a bike accident just after the first lock down. Made everything clear and looked after me with a real human touch. I still go back for check ups and the new surgery is fab with all the equipment making it even easier as a patient. Fantastic Dental surgery. Took my very nervous daughter for 4 teeth extractions. All the staff were very pleasant and the surgery was lovely and clean. The dentist and dental nurse were absolutely amazing. They were so reassuring, it never felt like they were rushing us and the room was set up to calm children. They looked after my daughter brilliantly and really helped her get through the procedure. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend Clarendon Dental Spa, a very calm dental practice. My son had the wand treatment, and the whole process was very relaxed and David was very reassuring throughout the visits, and during each treatment. My son left each time feeling at ease and happy with the procedures. There's a real focus on patient care and making sure that the person is given all the information they need. We would definitely come back if we need further treatment.

Fantastic practice, all staff are caring and friendly, funny and put you at ease.. Our whole family attend this practice. Dentist explains everything so it’s understandable, there is never any pressure to have work done, they just look after you as if you were their own family! Hygienist is lovely, so friendly and does a fantastic job. It’s like meeting friends, we all love visiting the dentist even the kids! We all highly recommend them. Once you've been there you will never want to go anywhere else!

My first visit at this dentist today and I have to say I was very impressed! We moved to Indigo due to poor service at my previous dentist, and I couldn't fault anything! Cannot fault at all. I have been coming here for years and recently developed an abscess. Glensi saw me on an emergency basis and immediately made me feel at ease! I have since had follow up treatment with a lovely lady and dental nurse (I’m not sure of her name) and they have been lovely. I was genuinely so nervous after been in so much pain and they go through everything step by step and just make you feel so calm through out. I’m back hopefully for the last time next week but I am going in such a calm manner now. I just wish I could give more than 5 stars.
