Recently visited Beechwood for the first time after my normal surgery changed hands and I was left with a lack of confidence over a diagnosis. I booked in for an initial appointment at Beechwood and was immediately made to feel at ease. The way that Phil took me through the process of diagnosis of my problem was excellent, step by step, showing X-rays and pictures so that I could see and understand the issue was brilliant. Yesterday I had the work completed, again, Phil and the whole team were friendly and caring, the treatment was pain free and the results are amazing. Beechwood Dental Care are just brilliant!

Had my first appointment yesterday at Beechwood and the staff couldn't have done more to make the practice safe during the current pandemic. Dr. Stu and team were friendly and very informative. Clear explanations of the treatment options available, enabling me to make a quick, confident and informed decision. The whole experience was a delight (as much as a trip to the dentist can be) and safe to say I walked out with a smile! (Cant resist a dad-joke). Would highly recommend.

The staff are kind, helpful and considerate. I am nervous of dentists but Phil always goes out of his way to put me at ease. He explains everything before, during and gives advice for after treatment. I am very satisfied. As an older patient I am grateful for their telephone system for instant advice and bookings.

Recently had a few issues with my teeth which ended up in me having one of my molars removed. I have had bad experiences with dentists before so always holds fear like most people do. From start to finish I was made comfortable and at ease and was surprised how pain free the whole thing was. I was constantly updated with what was happening and when the tooth came out I was like “is that it?”. It was done by local anaesthetic so I was expecting to suffer when it wore off. Guess what? It didn’t! I was pain free for the first time in months and I healed really fast. I can’t think of any dentist I have had in all my years who can hold a light to Phil and his team. It’s great to not have to fear going to the dentist anymore 😊

My previous dentist made me absolutley dread going so when I moved to FP I really wasn’t in the best mindset on my visits, I mainly see Andreia and sometimes Bruno but both of them have really settled me and as much as I still have the anxiety each time I go I don’t dread it. Their friendly, calm and understanding manners really so settle me & it really helps that they explain everything that’s happening. The girls on reception & within the rooms are great too. We have moved just over half an hour away from the surgery but the travel really is worth the service.

As a retired Customer Services Manager, I know I am hyper critical about the level of service I receive, but I must admit I could not find any fault in the way I was treated at FP Dental. Reception and dental staff were professional yet friendly, and I was even treated to a 'sing a long' in my ear while being drilled for a filling - at no extra charge !

In my case, this guidance has not only helped prevent further issues but also enabled me to reverse an existing problem. As a 55-year-old, I truly appreciate their proactive approach, as I’m keen to keep my own teeth for as long as possible. I have been an NHS patient with this practise for at least ten years. The quality of dental care I have received has been outstanding. The customer care from the whole team has been excellent too. I have always been treated with empathy and kindness. The receptionist is always quick to answer my calls and always does her best to accommodate any appointment issues. When I've had toothache, she has always provided me with a rapid appointment and shown genuine empathy. I've never been made to feel a nuisance. Gareth (the dentist) is, without exception, always polite, patient, cheerful, friendly, and professional. He always takes his time to explain what, why, and how. I was previously a very nervous patient and have always detested going to the dentist. Now, due to the diligence, empathy, care, friendliness, and professionalism of this practice, I am much more relaxed because I am completely confident I will receive the best care possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice and, in particular, Gareth as a superb dental practitioner. Well done all!

Rothwell Dental Care is a clean, modern practise that has wonderful staff. I have been going to Rothwell Dental Care for many years now and the team are amazing. They work really hard to give you the best results and smile! I have had a few emergency issues with my teeth and they have been able to give me an appointment swiftly to help ease my pain and anxiety. Like a lot of people, I have worried about visiting the dentist in the past, but at Rothwell Dental Care I am made to feel at ease. You are given honest feedback on the health and hygiene of your teeth and work is only done when necessary. My daughter is also a patient here (first visit when she was 3) and she loves her visits to the dentist and is always over the moon to get stickers and a warm welcome by all. My overall experiences at Rothwell Dental Care have always been fantastic. You can feel safe in their hands.

Both the dentist and the hygienist are very lovely gentlemen. They make you feel very comfortable. The building is very clean and tidy and all of the staff are lovely and friendly. There is a ramp and a wide door for disabled access, but you would need a little help getting inside. The waiting area is very nice. It might be a little small if full and a wheelchair needed access. But otherwise, it is serviceable for general appointment needs. There is an on-site toilet that is spacious. One downside is there is no parking. The car park next to the building is for residents only, and the car park opposite is for their customers only, so you do need to park in the shopping centre car park which isn't far away. This is currently free of charge and has some disabled bays. Please bear in mind that the council is planning on making this car park chargeable so watch out for this.
