For the last few years all our family have been using this practice and seeing both dentists. All the staff are very friendly and professional. Examinations and treatments are done very carefully and explanations are very clear. Wish we'd joined sooner!

We have been visiting this family friendly practice for a number of years now. We have found their service to be thorough, professional and caring. Our son needed some emergency treatment last year and they were very accommodating and reassuring. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Oaks in Eldwick has been my dentist for many years. The check-ups and treatments have been excellent. The practice is modern and all the staff are very friendly. I have had a filling and an extraction and these have all been pain free. They also went out of their way when I was new to the practice in sorting out a tooth infection, fitting me in for appointments over the Christmas period. I would thoroughly recommend the Oaks Dental Practice.

After having problems with a previous denture, a friend recommended smile on the square. The care I received from all of the staff was excellent. Every detail was taken into account and Nick was happy to listen and take on board my concerns and my own choices of how I wanted my denture to look, as well as giving his own professional judgement. Now I can smile with confidence once again. People have also commented how natural my teeth look so I would definitely recommend this dentist. Thank you all.

Can’t thank the team enough. After having an unfortunate accident and losing 3 of my teeth in August, I contacted Amanda the Practice Manager and she had me seen within that week by Nick Stoy and Kayleigh, who made me feel hopeful that I will eventually get my smile back. I had to have 2 surgical extractions on the roots left in the gum and I have now had implants and are due to get the crowns for these in December, I was petrified going into the surgery but Nick and Kayleigh made me feel so at ease and I knew I was in good hands. Meanwhile, I had to have a denture to fill the gaps. Amanda sorted these within 3 days for me and bent over backwards to make sure they were perfect, as I have an unusual mouth/hypodontia. I wouldn’t be without the dentures now, I instantly feel better when they are in and people comment how natural they look. My confidence took a real hit after the accident but Amanda, Nick and the team have really looked after me. Can’t wait to get the final implant crowns in December. Also, Linsey on reception was an absolute pleasure to deal with, her communication skills were excellent and she is always so warm and welcoming. Fab team and I am now signing my family up to the monthly plan. I will not go back to an NHS dentist now. The care is absolutely outstanding. Thanks SOTS XX

The team have been looking after my dental needs for many years and what a brilliant job they have done. From receptionist to dental technicians I am always treated with friendly care and I know that the work they do is more than just a job and it's of paramount importance that when I leave the practice I will have a smile on my face. These guys are literally the best of the best. I cannot recommend them too highly. When I arrived there I was in a terrible situation with my teeth. I was so self-conscious I had to hold a hand over my mouth every time I spoke and was ashamed of them. From the moment I arrived they made me feel really welcome from everyone in reception to Amanda who is just amazing. They never judged me they never made me feel humiliated and they were really kind which made such a difference. They also listened to me rather than telling me what I needed. I cannot tell you how fantastic the results were and are. They didn't just give me back my smile - they gave me back my entire life. I am now more confident happier and I can't believe all of this just comes from dental work they were able to do. The other thing I must mention is that unlike lots of places they did not charge thousands and thousands of pounds. Their prices were very reasonable which made such a difference because I don't have lots of money. Whatever your situation...please believe me..you can trust them 100%. Go for Shipley rather than Turkey!

I have just had a two temporary crowns fitted. Will go in about 2 weeks for permanent. The prep work and fitting was absolutely painless. They use latest technology to ensure a top class job, the scanner to look at your bite on the monitor is pretty impressive. Very nice facilities and nice people. Top class.

Recommend this dental practice to everyone! The staff are so welcoming and polite a lovely happy bunch of people, they really do make you feel comfortable. They helped me with my problem within an hour and the man and the dental assistant I had were amazing, they really helped me feel at ease and helped me so much with advice on my teeth. This morning I went for my first consultation and CT Scan. Prior to having a tooth extracted. I have a real dentist phobia and am terrified of the thought of even going through reception door. From making the first phone call to completing my treatment, my experience has been nothing but positive. As an incredibly anxious patient, I was shocked at how quickly I was made to feel at ease and comfortable. Zaheeda, is the most caring, genuine and patient dentist I’ve ever met and I honestly cannot thank her enough for the care I have received. The whole team at Barkhill are wonderful.

I can’t lie to you I would not wish the pain that comes with surgical extraction upon anyone, especially with dry socket which I recently experienced due to the nature of surgery - but I’m also honest when I say the staff at Barkhill are always so lovely and kind, and DR Beyqi you are always so nice and have taken care of me so well (especially considering you’ve had to see me probably way more than you’ve expected packing my wound!) both him and the dental nurses I’ve met have been so friendly and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else with how good they are. They have made me really comfortable and are so considerate. I’m currently swollen from a tooth extraction today but as always was sent with a helpful aftercare sheet and I know if I need anything I can call to come in and the reception staff will get me sorted! You guys are all fantastic, thank you 🙏

I had a very good experience at Baildon Dental today. A warm greeting by receptionists and another warm and professional welcome from the dentist. The treatment which I received was excellent. I’d a dental appointment with the Hygienist @FarsleyDentalPractice where I was gifted a mini teepee brush to push between my teeth. To be fair I did have also a bit of a scrape, clean and polish with Vicky at the helm, ably aided by Megan with her sooper, slobber reduction, splutter, sucker apparatus all in the same price. Firstly, it was the usual examination. In most exams you are expected to aim high, oh yes, the higher the better, yet at the dentists a zero is cause for a bit of a celebration. It seems I’m pretty good with no high scores for me, I even caught Vicky coming out with the odd zero, phew. After emptying my pockets of any available funds to pay (can you believe they didn’t want my euros from my holiday on reception) we are now on reduced rations until the credit card bills paid off. Ok, so they do a very good and necessary job and make it all as endurable as possible so it’s well worth it. Thank you Farsley Dental Practice

I have had some expensive work done, some not so expensive work done and I have had just worries. It hasn't mattered at all. The treatment has always been reassuring and pleasant as going to the dentist can be. The team reassure me. They make time to help me with having injections which was a problem for me but they take the dentists and nurses have always taken plenty of time to make comfortable. And the reception team are always cheerful. It's a professional place,bin an easy going style.

At 75 years old I have had a few different dentists in my life, but I have never had one has good as Jonathan at Farsley Dental, he is not only excellent at his work, but takes time to explain what he is doing, and as a patient laid on your back it’s very reassuring. Jon as now done 7 implants in my move and I cannot recommend him highly enough

Emily performed a tooth extraction on me today. It was much better than I expected, didn't feel any pain except pulling and tugging. Has some pain during the day, Paracetamol cured that. Because I'm on blood thinners I expected more bleeding but it seems to have settled down. Excellent job.

I have always found Dr Lad to be of the utmost expertise since he took over the practice from Dr Fraser and moved it on with technology and his skill growing the practice employing more dentists and hygienists and enlarging the premises. The receptionists and nurses cannot do enough for you ensuring your comfort and being clear with costs of dental care and plans. Dr Lad is thorough and you feel comfortable on everything from routine appointments to more serious dental procedures. I highly recommend the practice. It has a family feel is immaculately clean and documents are sent by email for you to complete prior to your appointment thus saving valuable time for busy people. Thank you team .

Had a very pleasant trip to R Dental Clinic today for my regular check up and Hygienist visit. It's unusual if me to say it was pleasant as I am usually very nervous and can't wait to walk out! Today however was a very different experience. Umar (dentist) and Mariah (hygienist) were completely new to me but I would have no hesitation in recommending or referring them to anyone.

Thanks to Katerina, Matthew and the team. I had quite a bit of work done and as nervous patient it was stress free. I was made to feel comfortable at all times. During treatments Katerina’s regular communication helped me feel at ease. I had bespoke work done with Matthew. He explained each part of the process and I had multiple appointments to check fitting and the end product is great. I’ve got my confidence and my smile back.

Charlotte is amazing, she had my classical harp music ready in the headphones, which helps me get through my clean! Everyone at the practice is lovely and does everything to make you feel comfortable. I feel so much less nervous coming here than I have in the past.
