Today I had some fabulous training at Yorkshire Laser & Aesthetics with the lovely Janine for Hydradermabrasion. Janine couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating throughout my training and was extremely professional and knowledgeable in guiding me through. Thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the course and left feeling confident. Thank you Janine, highly recommend 😊

Went today for teeth whitening. Arrived early so Janine made me comfortable and made me a coffee whilst she dealt with her last patient. The process is simple if not a little uncomfortable. Have to say I'm super impressed with the results. I've gone from smoker yellow back to pure white teeth all in a 60min session. Will definitely be back Every few months for a top up. Worth the 2hr travel time.

I had my teeth whitened with Janine 2 days ago. What an amazing experience Janine was so welcoming and she explained every part of the process. I was very nervous when I walked in however Janine made me feel as comfortable as possible. The process is a bit uncomfortable to no fault of Janine however it is over quicker than you expect. My teeth whitened over 8 shades I will definitely recommend this treatment by Janine to anyone else, and I’ll be back again for my top up. Thank you Caitlyn :)

Absolutely amazing, friendly extremely helpful staff. Keep you informed and reminders sent for treatment and appointments. Never feel uncomfortable in the waiting room or in the dentist surgery. They are all an excellent team who all work together. I would recommend this dental practice, each member of staff give 100%. The treatment I have always received is 10/10. The Dentists and staff are lovely here. They really care about patient welfare and are skilled at what they do. I think that’s very rare in this world so I wanted to come and leave a review. Their manager is lovely , you can tell the practice , staff and patients are all well looked after.

My appointment to have my teeth cleaned and polished today was a very positive experience. Isabel (hygienist) and Jennah (nurse) did a marvellous job, they are professional, thorough and very pleasant and make you feel at ease if you are nervous about such procedures. Providing useful tips on your personal oral hygiene and brushing techniques in order to prevent decay. My teeth are now sparkling and the best clean I have experienced over some time. Had my first extraction June 23 - worried beforehand but quickly put at ease. Process was very quick and painless and site is healing well. I have been with this dentist for over 20 years and have always been impressed by David's, and all staff's, mix of excellent of professionalism, kindness and humanity.

From making the first phone call to completing my treatment, my experience has been nothing but positive. As an incredibly anxious patient, I was shocked at how quickly I was made to feel at ease and comfortable. I have accompanied my mum to the Old Church for several years and their customer service is always superb. It’s a beautiful building, immaculate inside with a calm atmosphere. Each member of staff is so warm and welcoming they immediately put you at ease. I have never been to a more friendly practice where everyone is helpful, chatty and show genuine interest in their patients. My mum is very happy going there and looks forward to her regular visits as they treat her with the utmost care and respect.

Honestly a completely different experience to anything I've had before. Every single person is friendly, helpful and it (almost) makes going to the dentist a pleasure. The receptionists are all kind, helpful and do everything they can to make your visit as pleasant as going to the dentist can be. I have seen two of the dentists at the practice and both are amazing at what they do, not only in terms of the quality of their work but also makes a refreshing change to have all options explained fully to be able to make an informed decision. I won't go anywhere else, unless all the staff leave. Highly recommend The Old Church.

Having been to the Old Church Dental Practice and having always been worried by attending dentists, this group of specialists really do take that dread away. Moazzam is a real dental artist, kind and caring and the finished tooth is a work of art. Thelma is also kind and caring and a real specialist. Having had root canal treatment her work is precise and painless a real gem. In general, all team members are polite, always courteous and wanting to put you at your ease.

Being new to the area I followed family recommendations and registered here. Since then I have received First Class expertise and treatment from my dentist Mo and his nurse. The receptionists have always been so helpful and welcoming. Many thanks to the entire team.

I have been using this dental practice for a number of years now and have received brilliant service every time. You are always greeted with a smile and the staff will go out of their way to help you with anything you may need. Mo is a fantastic dentist and I feel confident with any service received. They are extremely patient centred and do right by us rather than thinking solely about money. Dee, Alia and the rest of the team are also great. I have previously used NHS for my children, but have recently decided to transfer them all across to Bupa privately due to the exceptional service received. Keep it up guys and thank you!

A great big thank you to the Keighley Branch for seeing me at short notice when I dislodged a temporary crown . As a nervous dental patient I have finally plucked up the courage to have some much needed dental work done. This particular tooth is causing quite a few issues as it has been sadly neglected by myself . When I phoned for an appointment at Idle there was nothing available as Kat was off ( everyone's allowed time off ) I got myself so worked up with the thought of having to go over the weekend but the girls on reception were superb. They went over and above to try and sort something out, even though I was both upset and unstable on the phone . After three phone calls they had me booked in at Keighley and the staff were staying late to accommodate the appointment. I saw Richard ( I hope I'm right with this as I was still in a tiz) who was calm , professional, took his time and made me feel safe sat in the dreaded chair Thank you to you all for your understanding and professionalism today. I am extremely nervous about visiting a dentist and put off doing so until I had no choice, due to a tooth infection and severe toothache. Rosina and her team were so kind and considerate, Rosina explained all my options and went with what made me feel comfortable. I felt a lot more confident in having treatment and ended up having root canal treatment, a filling and two crowns. Rosina and her team made me feel safe and in control which made all the difference. Had an emergency filling on my front tooth and was recommended this place in Bradford (I'm from Leeds). The Dentist A. Ayoub was extremely patient and professional with me and went over the filling making alterations to the shape and size over and over until I was satisfied with the final look and feel. Pity I'm not local or I would 100% switch to this Dental Practice as my Dentist.

I cannot say enough kind words about Rayner Dental Care. I have been a regular patient here since I’ve had my teeth as a kid. This practice is simply brilliant and a very welcoming environment. The service from receptionists (Christine), nurses, hygienists and dentists (Ehmen a lovely dentist) has always been second to none. I always feel extremely well cared for here. My best interests come first, all options/treatments/materials used etc. are explained fully and costed in advance.

Brilliant service! Lovely Lady behind reception was so helpful answering all my questions, can’t believe how fast they was getting my tooth out Iv been in so much pain. Hadn't visited a dentist in over 15 years due to fear, was apprehensive about this appointment but my partner insisted we go. So glad I did, I was seen by TK, had a dental hygiene checkup, and my mouth has never felt so good. Excited to go back for more treatment as the pain I had in my gums has disappeared entirely. The staff at 57 Dental are top notch, very friendly, always have a smile, very polite, and are a credit to the business. If you are like me and have a fear of dentists, you need to come to 57, the fear will disappear.

I was referred to 57 Dental practice by my dentist for a restoration and root canal treatment. I have been seen by Hummaid for the initial assessment he was friendly, professional and explained everything to me clearly without dental jargon and made me feel at ease. I am so pleased to say he was able to restore my tooth and I will be returning next week for my root canal treatment. The staff at this practice are all friendly and helpful in giving accurate advice as I had some further questions.
