We sadly took our elderly dog Graham for his end of life care at Avenue vets. I must say out of my experience of numerous vets Avenue is definitely one of the best. The compassion and expertise of the whole staff is next to none. The whole process felt about Graham and making him comfortable rather than about making money. The staff couldn’t do enough for us when it was time for Graham to cross the rainbow bridge. We are very thankful for their care not just of Graham but of us as well during this difficult time. We would use these vets again 100% and must say the bill at the end was very reasonable and a lot less than we expected for the service and care received. Thank you for your service and dedication, we will never forget your kindness.

Quite shocked to find the Shipley branch permanently closed. Pauline and I have been bringing our dogs there for over 45 years. Quite recently lost our wonderful rescue bullmastiff cross Max. I'd just had a bad experience with another vet practice (not in Otley). I was nervous about trying another after moving, but I couldn't have felt more reassured. The staff were so lovely! I wasn't rushed, the vet went out of their way to make my cat feel comfortable, and gave me lots of great advice. So grateful to have such caring, professional and reasonably priced vet practice nearby who truly put animals before all else. Can't recommend them enough.

The best vets all the family has had the pleasure of using. The prices are very reasonable, ample parking at the side/rear of the surgery. Appointments can be booked in advance and also given same day or within a day or two upon phoning. We have over the years had to use the out of hours service for the dogs and we are always impressed with the high quality of service provided. We are always kept informed if any of the animals have to stop overnight or have been in for day surgery. We would not take our animals anywhere other than cross green vets !

I absolutely love this vet. It's independent and works with the owner to care for their ill animal. It's not just about money. The vets are very nice and the receptionist always books me in very quickly. She also deals with me freaking out over email quite a few times (sorry but thank you). I really love this little vet practice. It's how all vets should be run.

I couldn't ask for a better , more thorough vet than Emily Legate. The surgery is amazing and the staff are highly knowledgeable and very reasonably priced which is an added bonus but ultimately I use this veterinary surgery because I had a years worth of unsolved issues with my prescious boys ear, in one visit we had swabs taken then discovered he had a deformed ear canal in the offending ear , then he was booked in swiftly for an ear flush under anesthetic, Emily filmed the ear canal and debris in it ,for me to better understand the situation with his ear. I can't praise these guys enough and they have my recommendation to any one who wants caring, thorough up to date and highly trained veterinary care . It's a big thumbs up from me and Roman dog. I wish I could put 10 stars !!

The receptionist was very friendly on the phone, I managed to get an appointment within an hour of my phone call. The vet was really nice, interacted great with my boy, explained in detail of the issue and brought a nurse in to help with my boy while she examined him to make it easier on us all. The nurse was really good and despite it being a year since he was last there she knew him straight away. The reason I was highly satisfied with the price is the vet explained the medication she could give him but it might not work so she didn't push me to get it like my previous vet would have done. I don't often go to the vet with my boy but he rushes in to the room and gets very excited to see the vet which makes the visit a lot less stressful. I recommend vets4pets to everyone

We had to take our beloved 18 year old cat to vets4pets as she was quite poorly, we received wonderful care and attention and unfortunately she was put to sleep.We would like to say thank you to all of the staff at Keighley for their understanding and kindness and a beautiful sympathy card arrived with forget me not seeds a short while afterwards, a lovely touch at a time of great sadness, thank you again

Our dog was struggling to wee. We managed to get squeezed in for an appointment the same day, even though they were fully booked. He had a scan the following day. They rang me straight after his scan to say he had bladder stones and he had the operation the same day. The best vets we have ever been with. Thank you

We ordered a Mad Hatters Tea Party for a birthday lunch for 4. It was delivered to our door and all we could do was say 'wow' each time we opened a box. Animal Magic Family is a wonderful place. Vicky can not do anymore for you and your dogs. We have two beagles that stay regularly when we go away. Our boys love staying with her and almost don’t want to come home!! I highly recommend her for home boarding or doggy day care 😊

We recently left our 11 month old Cockapoo for 2 weeks of home boarding, and it is safe to say that he couldn't have had a better time! Vicky clearly loves animals (and they love her too) and he couldn't have been in better hands. Animal Magic Family is set in beautiful grounds where the dogs can play freely, and the quality of care they receive is second to none. I will definitely be getting in touch for future stays and couldn't recommend the service highly enough. Thank you! : )

We have sent our Cocker Spaniel (Sweep) to Animal Magic Family for just over a year now and we have found Vicky to be very reliable and her new venue / facilities are outstanding. Sweep goes to day care 2/3 days per week plus he stays over when we go on holiday which is great for us and for Sweep as he is in an environment he knows and is not anxious about being left for a length of time. Sweep clearly loves going as he jumps straight into Vicky’s car when he’s picked up in the morning, when he gets dropped off later that day he will sleep most of the night so he clearly has been happily playing all day, we can see from her Facebook and Instagram photos that Sweep is having a great time. We have no hesitation in recommending Vicky as we feel safe in the knowledge that Sweep is looked after properly, he’s exercised and socialised with other friendly dogs. We trust Vicky implicitly to look after our pet.

I've been bringing my french bulldog dog pebbles to see Terry for nearly 6 years now. He is a great vet and amazing around animals. He puts them at ease and makes everyone feel welcome. He's very knowledgeable about flat faced breeds and listens to any concerns we may have. A very helpful vet indeed.

Gatehouse Veterinary Group showed amazing professionalism and empathy when we had to use them to deal with our dog who had injured his leg on a walk. He had some how severed a vein and required minor surgery to repair it. The team were brilliant working swiftly to deal with the emergency all on News Years Eve.

The veterinary surgeon Amelia was professional polite, showed genuine care for our cat Maui. Explained everything clearly and informatively regarding his dental procedure and aftercare. Both nurses we saw, Kay and Rachel again could not have been nicer. Again very professional caring and loving towards our cat. Would certainly recommend them without hesitation. The surgery handled our Pet plan insurance claim very swiftly with claim submit and paid in 9 days very impressed. Thank you all for the care and expertise we have received. One happy cat. 😺

We were on holiday and our elderly Staffy Macie became unwell. On the off chance we took her to the surgery. We were asked to take a urine sample which the nurse tested straight away. Nothing was untoward. However we were advised to take her to our own veterinary surgery on our return home for a thorough health check. What an excellent service. Thank you so much.

Amelia did the kind thing for my beautiful boy today and she was just absolutely wonderful. She reassured ALL of us and my baby left with dignity and surrounded by love. Terry gave us a few desperately needed few weeks with him after diagnosing oral melanoma. I still have 2 pets I will still be using this fantastic vets group. I have been taking my cats to this vets for years, now. They have always been caring, compassionate and explained things carefully to me so I can understand treatment options etc. They do a 'Pet Club' which, for a monthly payment, do 6 monthly health checks, boosters and flea/worm treatments plus discounts on meds. A great practice where you are far more than just a number!

One of the small chain of Whitecross vets so has a different feel to one of the larger groups of vets - feels more personal and small practice - like vets from years ago - this is something for them to be proud of. The consultation didn’t feel rushed like I have experienced elsewhere.

Whenever i call to enquire about appointments for all the stray cats i help , they have always gone above and beyond to book in (even when i have to rearrange sometimes) without making the kitties feel less important than our own pets. Brought my cat here for surgery, we are registered with a different branch but managed to get an app with any. This branch had the earliest. Was quiet and very clean. There is no carpark but plenty of main road parking. Receptionist was very welcoming and the main vet was really lovely too. Gave great aftercare advice and booked me a follow up app at the branch I'm registered too for ease. Great service!

We brought our new puppy along here to get his first immunisations along with micro-chipping. Us not being registered here though it was pretty quick & straight forward getting an appointment within a quick reasonable time frame (waiting 7days to be exact). Raj was the vet in charge that day & gave us a really warm very. Mylo was made to feel super relaxed & did not feel a thing. Would definitely recommend to any family or friends. We settled with this practise as the care our dogs 🐕 get is brilliant. We joined their pet health scheme which is good value for money and ensures our pet recieve two check ups per year,all their injections,flea and worming treatments and claws cut as often as needed. We always manage to get an appointment within a week of asking. We use the Crosshills surgery all the time as it's nearer to home 🏡. After using another local company initially and being disappointed with their pricing structure. We find Kingsway better and more transparent cost wise.

Took my two ragdoll kittens there for the first time today! Very friendly vets, would highly recommend. You can tell the vet genuinely cares so much about our pets and not just about the money! The receptionist was also very friendly (it’s very rare to find a friendly receptionist LOL). The prices are also decent, I have joined the pet health club, which is only £18.99 per month so £37.98 per month for both my kitties! It includes many benefits, definitely worth the money!

I don't know what you heroes get paid but its not enough.Really professional and caring when i had to have one of my ferrets put to sleep a while ago you consoled me in my grief and today when i brought in one of my older ferrets you could tell i was panicking so thank you for the quick diagnosis and that we can stabilise his condition. I walked into Kingsway vets worried sick and i walked out a much happier person thanks to not just the vet but all the staff there too you can tell they all love animals and it must be very upsetting and rewarding in equal measures thanks for everything
