Very Nice staff and very welcoming, as a owner of a reactive dog it’s hard to find vets that are willing to work with you and wants the best for your dog, would 100% recommend white cross vets to anyone looking for a new vet

Thank you to all the staff at white cross! Whenever i call to enquire about appointments for all the stray cats i help , they have always gone above and beyond to book in (even when i have to rearrange sometimes) without making the kitties feel less important than our own pets. Shows they are a caring practice. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent vets. One of the small chain of Whitecross vets so has a different feel to one of the larger groups of vets - feels more personal and small practice - like vets from years ago - this is something for them to be proud of. The consultation didn’t feel rushed like I have experienced elsewhere.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredibly professional and compassionate service provided by Baildon Vets during a difficult time. They guided me through the end-of-life process for my beloved dog with utmost care and understanding. I cannot thank Charlotte enough for making one of the hardiest decisions that little bit easier, she was very understanding and explained the whole process. You can tell Charlotte is very thoughtful and caring, she made the last moments with Oscar very peaceful and understands how you’re feeling at such a sad time, saying that last goodbye is the hardest thing to do, I cannot thank you enough and will be forever grateful.

Charlotte made one of the most difficult decisions and experiences we’ve ever had to face much more bearable. We had to say goodbye to our 15 year old springer, Maddie, who was so loved by all in the family. Charlotte was kind, compassionate, responsive and gave us ample time to say goodbye in the most peaceful way possible. It has taken me weeks to write this review because I am devastated by the loss of my Lottie. The time had come to make that awful decision that all pet owners dread. I was told about Charlotte and her home euthanasia service by my own vet and I am just so grateful. Charlotte was wonderful. She handled Lottie so gently, showed my husband and myself such kindness and compassion. She made such a sad situation bearable and I can't thank her enough. I would recommend Charlotte to anyone in the same situation as myself. She took control and organised everything including Lottie's cremation. I will be forever grateful.

Professional and caring vets and support staff. Vets explanations always clear and honest. When medication required vets always advise of the different costs and never push to more expensive options. Very reasonably priced and very helpful when it comes to submitting insurance claims. Highly recommend this practice.
