Amit is an amazing dentist. I have always feared going to the dentist but Amit is very gentle and explains everything he is doing. I have received alot of treatment with Amit and love my new look. I highly recommend Amit as a gentle kind dentist

This practice is very innovative and has good grasp of the latest dental techniques. After years of being told that 1) my teeth couldn't be whitened and 2) my difficult bite would continue to wear my bottom teeth down with no solution but to have crowns this practice has resolved both issues. Having just completed a lengthy 3 year restoration programme which has changed my bite, straightened some teeth in the process and also has resulted in white teeth (for the first time in my life). There was always great attention to detail and if certain composites or crowns weren't quite perfect Amit would get these remade until they were. The results has been quite amazing and well worth the journey

Attended as a new patient a few days ago, and from the moment I walked through the door I felt at ease. I saw Amit for my checkup, he was very thorough, he told me things I’d not heard before. Andrea the hygienist was also great and gave me the tools to continue my cleaning regime at home. I would recommend this practice to anyone

This is a fabulous dental practice. My crown treatment at another practice was not going well and I moved, mid treatment, to Collingham Dental care. The crown has now been properly placed (following a redo of the previous work) and the whole procedure was explained as we went along, with transparent costs and all my questions answered. I feel in very good hands. Thank you.

Unfortunately my puppy had swallowed some batteries but Westwood Vets were extremely attentive and saw to him straight away. They kept us updated with the process including treatments and the costs. We weren’t worried about him as we knew he was in safe hands. Thank you so much for your help and for saving his life. You’re a great team! Recommended highly by us!

Highly recommend westwood vets at Boston Spa. Always a nice friendly welcome on entering. Peggy bounds up the steps to get through the door into reception.she knows where the treats jar is 😁😆 Receptionists are lovely ladies. The vets are very informative and helpful listening to any worries I have and putting my mind at ease. Oh !! And " Peggy long legs" ( dog) loves them too. So win win all round. 🙂

Lovely vets! Very professional and friendly :) I often have to bring my toddler with me for my cats appointments and they're great with kids - the receptionist has colouring to keep her entertained (my toddler, not the receptionist hah!) and the vet is always so considerate too. My cat is known to be a little feisty, but the vets are always great at handling him. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

The team are fantastic! They have been so supportive and understanding with our rescue Dachshund. He’s not had the best start in life and can very nervous around strangers, especially men. White cross have been so accommodating and supportive with him, always going out of their way to make sure he has the most stress free visits possible. A fantastic vets, highly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant vets. I have a very anxious and scared German Shepard who is petrified at the vet’s. Everyone there from nurses to vets understands this and treats her calmly without fear or judgment. I have been to other vets where this hasn’t been the case and I face felt judge for having an aggressive . Can’t recommend this team enough.

Lovely bunch work here, first experience with them and feel comfortable. My foster dog having his "plums" removed on Friday with them £5 cheaper than my usual vets assuming they do not charge for follow up consultation??? Will give them a go prefer local business. Won't reccomend yet but have a good feeling have a high standard to set my last vet of 25+ years retired so have to find alternatives high bar to set 🤞 meet my expectations of a no BS quality service! There aren’t enough stars to give, exceptional staff, kind and make time to greet your pet as they arrive. They are friendly and helpful at giving advice, I’m new to the village and I’m so happy to be close to these vets.

When we moved to Tuxford about a year ago we could not find a local avian vet. Collingham veterinary practice came up as close to us and we registered and they treated our English Budgie for a lump which was caused by his companion pulling out his tail feathers. We followed there advice and all was well until a few weeks ago when he had become unwell and what tail feathers he had fell out and exposed a horrible raw swelling. We rang Collingham vets and they gave us immediate advice over the phone as we could not get to them until 2 days later. When we arrived we thought we were coming home without him. The vet who treated him was so knowledgable and kind. We followed his instructions and went back a week later. Boris responded to the treatment really well and our vet had also researched possible causes and was able to give us advice on his diet and care. Boris is getting on in budgie years, but we know he will be well cared for in his senior years by Collingham veterinary practice. There are no avian vets close to us, but I cannot recommend Collingham vets any more highly and I cannot thank them enough for not giving up on him and taking the time to research possible causes and being able recommending things we could do to keep him healthy.

Quite simply the best. We have used this vets practice for nearly 20 years. As we have lived in other parts of the country we have used a number of vets but this one is truly outstanding. Even when new staff come in, they have the ability to recruit quality, empathetic people. We have always felt welcome and the treatment they have provided has been superb and reasonably priced. We cannot fault them.

I have been going to Parkhill Vets for 35 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The vet’s, staff and facilities are excellent and I trust them all 100% with my precious pets. I’ve had hens to horses and ducks to dogs and all have been treated with the same excellent care. We have used Parkhill Vets for many years for our many dogs and other small pets. The practice is organised, caring and always looking for solutions and ways to improve our dogs health. Recently we lost our 18 year old Jack Russel who has been helped through her later years using different medicines. We are so grateful for everything they do and continue to do. It must be so hard some days for the Vets, nurses and staff but they are always professional, kind and smiling. I’m not quite sure how they do it. X

I highly recommend Old Star Garage for anyone in search of a used Porsche. Paul, the owner, is an absolute Porsche enthusiast, and his approach is refreshingly non-pushy. The customer service here is impeccable. I experienced a gauge issue that left me stranded without fuel, and Paul went above and beyond by driving 50 miles to bring me fuel and even filled my tank afterwards! Additionally, he arranged a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) at the specialist of my choice and handled all the necessary paperwork seamlessly. I couldn't ask for a better , more thorough vet than Emily Legate. The surgery is amazing and the staff are highly knowledgeable and very reasonably priced which is an added bonus but ultimately I use this veterinary surgery because I had a years worth of unsolved issues with my prescious boys ear, in one visit we had swabs taken then discovered he had a deformed ear canal in the offending ear , then he was booked in swiftly for an ear flush under anesthetic, Emily filmed the ear canal and debris in it ,for me to better understand the situation with his ear. I can't praise these guys enough and they have my recommendation to any one who wants caring, thorough up to date and highly trained veterinary care . It's a big thumbs up from me and Roman dog. I wish I could put 10 stars !!

I'd just had a bad experience with another vet practice (not in Otley). I was nervous about trying another after moving, but I couldn't have felt more reassured. The staff were so lovely! I wasn't rushed, the vet went out of their way to make my cat feel comfortable, and gave me lots of great advice. So grateful to have such caring, professional and reasonably priced vet practice nearby who truly put animals before all else. Can't recommend them enough.

The best vets all the family has had the pleasure of using. The prices are very reasonable, ample parking at the side/rear of the surgery. Appointments can be booked in advance and also given same day or within a day or two upon phoning. We have over the years had to use the out of hours service for the dogs and we are always impressed with the high quality of service provided. We are always kept informed if any of the animals have to stop overnight or have been in for day surgery. We would not take our animals anywhere other than cross green vets !

I absolutely love this vet. It's independent and works with the owner to care for their ill animal. It's not just about money. The vets are very nice and the receptionist always books me in very quickly. She also deals with me freaking out over email quite a few times (sorry but thank you). I really love this little vet practice. It's how all vets should be run.

Basil, our Wire Fox Terrier puppy had his 2nd visit yesterday. He is still getting used to the whole process and can be a tricky customer I am sure. But he looks super handsome and is happy with his new looks.

Took my shitzu to the Animal Barn today for a well needed groom. Was very worried he wouldn’t settle as he has found it difficult at his last groomers and the experience has never been pleasant. I had no need to worry, when I picked him to today Amelia said he had been a good boy and he came out very happy. I have got my next two appointments booked in. What a lovely friendly relaxing experience. Would definitely reccomend.

I am delighted with the way Amelia, the new owner, cuts my wire haired dachshunds hair. Lovely lady and Chester loves going!

I went with Harvey to the Animal Barn for the first time and just wanted to post we had a great experience and was very pleased with Harvey’s groom. Highly recommend.

My dog Wally was very poorly and we almost lost him with a pneumonia and stomach issue. These are the best vets I've ever been to. Communication was clear/objective, and the caring is in the little things they did, like a nurse running to Tesco to get tuna to get him to eat at least something. Shout out to Francisco, Jenny, Katrina, Cathy, Tom, Dan and the ones I didn't get the name of. Everyone was outstanding.

The staff do an amazing job, I took a Woodcock in that flaw into the side of a building, sadly the bird didn't make it due to it's injury, but the staff we're amazing and do an amazing job looking after animals, thank you

After waking up to find my 23 year old African Grey very weak and in respiratory distress I rang round trying to find an emergency avian vet appointment. After being advised he needed to go into hospital we made the trip to Holly House. Everybody was amazing, explaining everything, keeping us informed about his progress and the cost at all times. I was happy he was in good hands. He made a rapid recovery and I would like to thank everyone for taking care of him.

We recently took my mum’s beloved cat to Holly House Vets, and we are so grateful for the kindness and compassion they showed us.
