The ladies at Home Comforts vets were wonderful with our cat when he had four teeth extracted. You can tell they really cared, they were professional, friendly and the procedure was very reasonably priced. Will definitely book with them again (although hopefully not too soon!).

Home Comforts came today to help us send our 17 year old Jack Russell over the rainbow bridge. Abbi was the consumate professional with a soft and gentle beside manner. She explained everything and what to expect. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Q

I wish i could give more than 5 stars! Absolutely Amazing couldn't recommend these vets enough. I was very anxious taking rocco for neutering and these guys made it a doddle. So lovely and helpful start to finish and his little operation cut is tiny and will be barely noticeable when healed. Wonderful staff in a lovely vets! Thank you guys again!

Emma & the team have done 2 dentals for my cats Dec & Navy at a fraction of the price my usual vets wanted to charge. Their care has been exceptional. When I had concerns about Navy afterwards Emma phoned me & through chatting to her I realised he just needed longer to get used to not having his canines & also took longer to get over the anaesthetic. Best local vets hands down! Any problem I have had with my Franko they have been amazing. The reception team are all so lovely and welcoming on entry & over the phone and then Alex & Rachel have both helped massively get to the route of the problem with Franko from allergies to neck pain. We had Izzy our dog spayed here recently, she had her ten day check this Saturday morning and was signed off. It is the first time that we have used White Cross, after our regular Vet of forty years recently retired. White Cross will certainly be my place of choice in the future and I highly recommend them. From start to finish we received an impeccable professional and friendly service.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while now!! I honestly don’t know how else to describe White Cross Vets other than amazing. Each and every staff member wether that be Vets, Nurses or Receptionists, are absolutely brilliant. They all have such a kind and caring nature and it just makes the entire experience at WCV so lovley. You are always greeted with a smile, no matter how busy it can be sometimes. Skye has seen pretty much everyone who works at White Cross Vets I think🤣 and they have given her the most amazing, high standard of care every single visit. I literally couldn’t have asked for better people to take care of my little baby. Everyone truly has gone above and beyond to help Skye. When your pet is poorly, if you’re anything like me and they are your absolute world, then it’s just the hardest, most worrying thing ever. However, each an every staff member just have so much love to give to all the animals that enter their practice that it instantly reduces that fear and panic. They all absolutely love Skye and I love that they are so kind and gentle with her and that they never make you feel silly for asking lots of questions or for worrying. They are always so quick to get you an appointment and really do look after you and your pet. Skye has seen Rachel a lot recently and she really is lovley and thoroughly checks Skye, reassuring me in the process. She always looks after Skye and is so patient and caring with her. Skye absolutely LOVES Erena and I’m certain Skye has stolen a piece of her heart too🩷 I wouldn’t take Skye anywhere else. I have got to know this wonderful vets over the last few months as the charity I foster cats with use them. I absolutely cannot fault them, whether an injection, check over, microchip or major operation every single member of staff is polite and friendly. They clearly care a lot about animals and treat each pet with compassion and love. No question or query is ever too much trouble for them and they have helped put my mind at rest as a new cat fosterer. When my plan ends with the vet I use for my own cats comes to an end later in the year, I want to move them to LVC as I know they will be in excellent hands.

Appointments are always punctual and easy to book . The receptionists are all personable and vets thorough. Very happy with this practice

My dog has been spayed and also had booster vaccinations here and I’ve always found the reception staff and the vets very kind and knowledgeable. They all genuinely care about the animals and go the extra mile to put them at ease and treat them as if they were their own pet. This makes me feel confident that my dog will receive excellent treatment. The surgery is spotlessly clean and socially distanced with spaces between the waiting room seats. I would highly recommend White Cross Vets to everyone who has a pet.

The team are fantastic! They have been so supportive and understanding with our rescue Dachshund. He’s not had the best start in life and can very nervous around strangers, especially men. White cross have been so accommodating and supportive with him, always going out of their way to make sure he has the most stress free visits possible. A fantastic vets, highly recommend!

I'd just had a bad experience with another vet practice (not in Otley). I was nervous about trying another after moving, but I couldn't have felt more reassured. The staff were so lovely! I wasn't rushed, the vet went out of their way to make my cat feel comfortable, and gave me lots of great advice. So grateful to have such caring, professional and reasonably priced vet practice nearby who truly put animals before all else. Can't recommend them enough.

We have been bringing our pets here for years, and we keep using cross green vets. Worming, jabs, and any concerns they have been great.

The best vets all the family has had the pleasure of using. The prices are very reasonable, ample parking at the side/rear of the surgery. Appointments can be booked in advance and also given same day or within a day or two upon phoning. We have over the years had to use the out of hours service for the dogs and we are always impressed with the high quality of service provided. We are always kept informed if any of the animals have to stop overnight or have been in for day surgery. We would not take our animals anywhere other than cross green vets !

I absolutely love this vet. It's independent and works with the owner to care for their ill animal. It's not just about money. The vets are very nice and the receptionist always books me in very quickly. She also deals with me freaking out over email quite a few times (sorry but thank you). I really love this little vet practice. It's how all vets should be run.

Sad occasion. Our 15 year old cat had to go to sleep. The practice staff were very sympathetic and understanding as they have always been over the years we have been coming here. Would recommend 100 per cent!

I visited this vets yesterday with my new kitten Rodger, the reception team were very lovely and friendly which made us feel super welcome. The interior of the vets was clean and fresh. Excellent vets with great service from both the vet and admin team. Have been my vet of choice for 3 dogs now stretching back over nearly 20 years. Building is easy to reach, sharing an access road with the car wash, but with dedicated parking and a small grass area at the front. Ramp access to the front door is easy to manage for the mobility impared. Inside is clean, bright and airy, with toilets available and a small waiting area, including an area especially for those with smaller pets that is marked as a dog-free zone. Reception / admin staff are polite and helpful, greeting customers warmly and happy to say hello to pets and try to put them at ease. I've never had to wait more than a minute or two before being called into the examination rooms. All of the vets I've seen are equally nice, friendly and cheerful, and empathic towards the animals they're treating. The examination rooms are 'compact', but big enough for the job at hand, clean and tidy. Whenever I've taken my dogs in, the vet has always taken the time to try and treat them as kindly as possible, making sure there's a little treat to be had for each injection taken or for being poked and prodded - but it's little things like letting the dog take a moment to sniff the stethescope before they're checked over that I think makes going to the vet a non-traumatic experience for them. Vets have always been happy to discuss treatment options with me and make recommendations for their care, and the prices seem fair and reasonable in my experience. Strongly recommend.

A great experience for my first time at the vets with my kitten. The reception staff were warm and welcoming and the vet was super nice and friendly she handled my kitten very well who was very sassy and naughty. All in all a great place and super easy and convenient.

We always have a wonderful experience when visiting the vet and we have to come once a month for our cat's injections. You can tell that the vet really cares about animals and the well being of them. He is highly knowledgeable and only prescribes what is really necessary. I wouldn't go to any other vet after bringing our cat to him.

Our beautiful Puka has been spayed in Oakwood veterinary surgery. I think it was the best decision we made to bring her exactly to this vet clinic and we was travelling from ls12 area because clinic was recommended to me. I was impressed with that care what they was given to each animal there. Thank you to Oakwood Team for this great experience I felt calm from surgery day to our recovery period at home .

Been dealing with Oakwood Veterinary since 2001, never been disappointed. Dr. Kothari is very professional and very straightforward. He did a major surgery on my Husky in 2016 with which I was very satisfied. Very kind and very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to everyone if they're looking for a professional and reasonable veterinary help.

Towerwood Vets provide a fantastic service. I have my dog registered at the practice and I would never go anywhere else. The vets are knowledgeable, caring and explain everything in a reassuring manner. The nurses are also excellent and extremely knowledgeable. The staff are always welcoming and it is very easy to get an appointment, whether pre-booked or emergency. The Practice is very transparent with cost and offer the Pet Plan which is very cost effective. I really trust them with my pet and they always provide such a brilliant service. Edit - Towerwood have just done a complex surgery on my pet, Bertie, and they were amazing. From start to finish they have been so supportive and cared for my Frenchie as if he’s their own. They are truly brilliant.

Knowledgeable and helpful vets practice, I did the puppy program which was excellent and then signed up to the monthly plan for our dog covering check ups and regular worming / flea treatments. Works well and nice to have the cost spread across the year rather than a bill I have to pay each time
