Andy responded quickly to our message and arrived when he said he would on Sunday to try to fix our door. Due to age and trickiness (we have had a few people to tend to it over the years)he had to return today. He arrived at the time he said he would and persevered patiently with our tricky door, replacing the lock mechanism and working on the door so that it opens better now than when it was first fitted a good few years ago. He was polite, profressional and clearly had a lot of knowledge. I definitely recommend him.

Old upvc front door lock was working with door open but not closed. Phoned Andy at Home Secure Leeds. Here within an hour with no call out charge. Identified the problem immediately. Both glass panes out and frames repacked and reassembled within an hour. Replaced the non snap-proof lock with one top of the range. No fitting charge as he was already here. All work guaranteed for a year and the new lock with a ten year warranty. £145 very well spent on a fixed door now with top security. And what a nice man.

Keymark Locksmiths have replaced the locks fitted in my new build after moving in. The locks supplied when I moved in to the property were only basic and now I have the highest level of lock security available on all my locks. I also asked the locksmith while he was here if there was anything to protect my French doors and he showed me the patlock which i went for too. I paid a fantastic price for my locks (much cheaper for the same product others were offering) and I genuinely don’t think you could beat the locksmiths workmanship, knowledge and experience. In regards to the extra patlock I purchased on the day - Keymark Locksmiths charged me less than I saw them available online for after the visit!

Amazing service. Our little boy was locked in his bedroom door and the mechanism in the door was shredded. Mark attended within 5mins at 8:00pm on a Wednesday night and had the door open and a replacement lock in place by 8:30pm. Big shout out for the place: I turned with my car key in pieces. They put it together in a new house with a new blade under 50min for £50 - remote like the original. My car dealership, VW, asked for £240 for a manual key which took them a week to make. Timpsons, you're the best!!

What excellent service from Ken at the Yeadon branch. I needed a key cutting for our very old camper van. Ken did his best to find a match, even calling for more advice - but he conceded that he didn't think he was going to able to do it. While I was shopping Ken must have still been on the case as when I was leaving, he called me over to say he'd located a key blank that he though would work! He did it there and then and it works perfectly. Fantastic customer service!

I took my watch for a link removing and the battery changing, and a pair of shoes that needed the soles repairing. I was expecting to be told to collect them another day. Harry the chap who works their to my surprise said he’ll have them ready when I finished my shopping. 10 out of 10 service! Would highly recommend

Came to my rescue!!! These guys were doing some work on a house a few doors down and I found it impossible to get my outer gate to unlock.. 20 minutes later I asked 'can someone try my key im finding it impossible to get in' he unlocked my gate and gave me some really useful advice and was so very lovely! Can speak highly enough of this place. Locked up our bikes outside the Hyde Park Cinema opposite only to find that we had left the key at home. Went across the road to New Pin, and they had it sorted out by the time the film finished. Great service and at a very fair price. Highly recommended!
