Andrew came out to sort a bedroom window lock that had dropped and caused so much headache. Professional service, ordered a new part and fitted on the handle aswell. Honest reliable company, will surely be using again!

Fantastic service and price. I had a dodgy fob and was locked out of my van and my key was so worn it wouldn’t activate the locks (old van absolute nightmare). Michael drove the few miles to me and managed to gain entry without damage via the lock and then swapped the components from my old genuine Ford fob which was broken into an aftermarket fob I’d bought online then recoded it which worked perfect, the next day I called at his shop to collect a new key he’d cut for me and he fitted my old genuine Ford transponder into that key which works perfectly, saved my weekend as I needed the van for work and all for well below £100! It’s a month later now and I’m late leaving this feedback but everything is still working fine. Brilliant customer service and great job done quickly, needless to say I won’t be using anyone else for keys or locks in future.

I would not hesitate in recommending Grahams services to anyone. I got in touch regards a very urgent job I needed sorting.He called down to look at what needed doing and gave me what I feel was a very reasonable quote! He then carried out the work for me the morning after (these were not broken locks but ones that needed upgrading). I am very happy with the standard of work carried out by him,and he clearly knew all there was to know about locks and security in general! On top of that he is a genuine,decent and friendly bloke. Cannot recommend more! Took our young child & dog out to play in the snow and lost our keys. On a day where the town was staying at home due to heavy snow, two members of the team came out in the snow to ensure we could get into our house. They were fast, skilled and got us back into our home as quickly as they could. The men were friendly and determined to get us into our house and we couldn’t believe how reasonably priced they were, especially on a Sunday and when travelling in poor weather conditions. Cannot recommend or thank them enough!

Took my Cousins car to be looked at because there was a starting issue with it (Vauxhall Astra). Fault found and cleared and clearly explained what the fault had been. Vehicle was checked over before being returned with an invoice which was considerably less than Vauxhall would have charged. Also the key wasn’t in the best condition so it was crimped closed again as all part of the service. Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Wonderful service provided. Door mechanism had failed. Advice provided and measurement taken for order. Kept updated throughout for the part which was ordered. When it arrived received a call and within 30 minutes the new mechanism was installed, checked over and over to ensure smooth running. The mechanism is better than the previous one that was installed. All materials and waste taken away. Defo will advise everyone to use 'Fifty shades of Green'. Professional and prompt. Could not ask for more. Will defo be using Colin again.

I had an attempted break in on a works van and called Absolute locks the following morning for a high security lock replacement. The fitter was with us within 3 hours with the correct part and did an outstanding job. He was professional and efficient at carrying out the repair. Once he’d fitted a stainless steel plate over the damage and replaced the lock , the van looks and is way more secure. New decals the following day and it’s hardly noticeable. This is a number to keep for any future requirements .

Iv been using Paul for a number of years. As always fantastic and very reactive service. Just recently had Paul back to upgrade my locks to suited Ultian cylinders and I'm dead chuffed. Much easier having one key for all my doors, garden gate and garage. Highly recommended.
