Lee came within an hour or so to a non emergency call out .. charges nothing for the assessment and fixed two locks on two separate doors in an hour or so .. amazing service , highly recommended

Came to fix a lock the next day, arrived early, really nice bloke who quoted the job on the spot. There were no sales tactics, he just explained what needed fixing and gave me two options. Within an hour my door was fixed, for what I consider a fair price! Cheers.

Keymark Locksmiths have replaced the locks fitted in my new build after moving in. The locks supplied when I moved in to the property were only basic and now I have the highest level of lock security available on all my locks. I also asked the locksmith while he was here if there was anything to protect my French doors and he showed me the patlock which i went for too. I paid a fantastic price for my locks (much cheaper for the same product others were offering) and I genuinely don’t think you could beat the locksmiths workmanship, knowledge and experience. In regards to the extra patlock I purchased on the day - Keymark Locksmiths charged me less than I saw them available online for after the visit!

David was simply amazing, fitted four new locks to all my exterior doors, quick, easy to arrange, all done and dusted on the same day. He gave advice on basic security, and didn't try to up sell at all. Also as a bonus, told me about his love of fast cars / bikes. A real genuine guy, and I'd happily recommend to anyone!!

Absolutely fantastic service !! Locked my car keys in the boot of my car at 12am in castleford called Dave and he made a 30/40min trip to try and help us. Very professional tried to gain access to the car, unfortunately due to it being a modern car it needed a different tool. Booked a hotel by 10am the next morning Dave made the trip again with the tool needed to gain access to the vehicle. Can not fault this man on he's professionalism, customer service and most importantly skill. 10/10

I had an attempted break in on a works van and called Absolute locks the following morning for a high security lock replacement. The fitter was with us within 3 hours with the correct part and did an outstanding job. He was professional and efficient at carrying out the repair. Once he’d fitted a stainless steel plate over the damage and replaced the lock , the van looks and is way more secure. New decals the following day and it’s hardly noticeable. This is a number to keep for any future requirements .

Once finished, the door sounded much softer and even physically closing/locking was much softer and we will be oiling our door much more frequently now thanks to Mark's advice! Tony came initially to look at the runners on my patio door. He gave them a good clean, which improved things, but we decided to have them replaced. He returned today to fit the new runners and door is now running perfect, and adjusted the lock too. He also looked at and replaced a wobbly door handle for my mother in law whilst he was here. Andy responded quickly to our message and arrived when he said he would on Sunday to try to fix our door. Due to age and trickiness (we have had a few people to tend to it over the years)he had to return today. He arrived at the time he said he would and persevered patiently with our tricky door, replacing the lock mechanism and working on the door so that it opens better now than when it was first fitted a good few years ago. He was polite, profressional and clearly had a lot of knowledge. I definitely recommend him.

The fitter arrived on time and introduced himself. I explained the issues in full and he set to work , reprogramming a new key card and cutting a new physical key. 45 minutes later, all work was completed and tested satisfactorily.
