Needed a lock replaced and some window locks changed. Super helpful, even researched the best locks for me, and worked around my schedule. Fitting was quick and done perfectly. Great service—highly recommend!

Other locksmiths told me the key wasn’t repairable, and I needed a new key, Lee however was honest and helpful said he would have a look and see what he could do. Recently used A1 locksmiths as my husband had snapped the key in our door I messaged them via WhatsApp and they were at my house within the hour. Super friendly and got straight to work fixed the issue within an easy 15/20 mins. Not to mention they look after veterans which is close to my heart being one. Replaced lock and fair prices. We had a broken gearbox so couldn’t open the door. Came out and replaced the gearbox and warned us of our thumb turn lock we originally had and replaced that also (no forced upselling techniques other tradies use) really really nice bloke. Highly recommend

Mark came out at the drop of a hat, after hours too with all the kit needed to get the job done. Helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble, he even cut 2 spare keys in his van within 5 minutes. Absolutely fantastic service. I went in to have 3 keys cut for my front door and was quoted a very reasonable price (much cheaper than a certain well known chain of locksmiths and shoe repairers). Unfortunately, the keys were cut from the wrong key on my bunch which might well have been my error when handing them over. Luke could not have been more helpful and not only cut three of the correct key for me, but was very happy for me to keep the others. I tried to offer some payment for these, but he wouldn't accept. Overall an excellent experience.

Called first thing in the morning regarding the lock on a door at the care home I work at sticking and not locking from the inside - the lady I spoke to who got me booked in was very polite and extremely helpful, was able to accommodate a timely call out - i was kept up to date regarding estimated time of arrival. Locksmith named Terry attended who was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable of trade. Works completed in less than half an hour and very reasonably priced. would definitely recommend and will use in future for all locksmith needs.

Really great service from start to finish. I had no idea what I was asking for but the lad on the phone was helpful and made me an appointment. I had a locksmith called Terry come and change my lock, no pushy sales tactics but he was very informative about safety. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Cannot recommend more! Took our young child & dog out to play in the snow and lost our keys. On a day where the town was staying at home due to heavy snow, two members of the team came out in the snow to ensure we could get into our house. They were fast, skilled and got us back into our home as quickly as they could. The men were friendly and determined to get us into our house and we couldn’t believe how reasonably priced they were, especially on a Sunday and when travelling in poor weather conditions. Cannot recommend or thank them enough!

Needed a locksmith Sunday evening as my elderly mum’s door handle broke on me when I went to visit her, so we were locked in.I rang Marc to come fix it, but unfortunately he wasn’t able to come till next morning.I said it’s fine I will just climb through window for me to go home. Unfortunately for me I couldn’t get through the window as they don’t open wide enough, So I resigned myself to stay the night at mum’s house.I got back in touch with Marc to let him know I couldn’t get out and would he come early as possible that next morning. He rang me straight back and told me he would be there in next hour and half. The poor lads van had broken down, so he borrowed a car just so he could fix the door and make it safe.
