5 star service! we had a issue with a boiler no hot water called these someone was sent same day as our call and was back up and running in the same visit. Issue with room thermostat and we have also booked them to service our gas boiler.

James recently completed our new en-suite and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. I appreciate the excellent work. Rajko(plumber) Replaced an old worn down part from a sink were the pipes kept leaking and sink got completely blocked, now it’s unblocked and working perfectly. He also provided us with some useful information/advice on how to maintain the sink with the new part. The plumber came out relatively quickly (same day) The sink is working perfectly now, So as a whole I’m very pleased with quality of service. 🚰👨‍🔧😀

Our boiler suddenly stopped working due to a blockage in the condensate pipe. Aquaheat got us an engineer to see to it within a few hours and it was fixed, but the engineer told us it would be a recurring issue as the pipe was laid too flat for it to drain properly. Aquaheat then sent us a quote for further repairs which we accepted, and they sent Rajko to install new piping and service the boiler. He did a great job - very tidy work without any issues, and showed me pictures he had taken of the new pipework in the loft and on the outside wall. Now, hopefully we can rest easily without waking up to a cold house!

Whole experience really positive. Phone response was clear and quick, gave options and spoke through process, prices. Sam was our plumber and was very pleasant, worked neatly and quickly, explained everything well and completed the job within the time frame, so no extra expense. Not super cheap, but I think fairly priced for a fast response and a very positive experience.

Bought my own toilet and quote to fit it £219. Thought it was worth paying for a reputable company. No complications with the fitting but was charged £46 for parts I could have purchased from B&Q for £10.. £265 to fit a toilet felt like allot and a faff getting an invoice right. The guy who fitted it was really nice but left loads of mould from my old toilet on my hallway carpet.

I had a leak that required emergency attention, this worried me as a recently new home owner. Mr Mulla was polite, punctual, and professional. Not only did he reassure me that the leak had been fixed, but he also educated me about my home's plumbing system and things to look out for. Mr Mulla went above and beyond and I will be more than happy to use his services again should I need them.

From the moment we chose our bespoke fitted kitchen to the installation everything was fantastic and was carried out fitted to an extremely high standard. The redesign of our kitchen was fabulously done by Jovy. He explained everything in detail, the installation team lead by Danny was first class. We had a leak from our upstairs shower that damaged the living room ceiling, and Jovy did an amazing job fixing it! He quickly found the fault, repaired the leak and later returned to patch up the ceiling. The result is smooth and flawless. He and his crew were polite, funny and left everything spotless. The price was very reasonable for such excellent service. Highly recommend!

Several years later we needed a new bathroom for my mother in law who had broken a hip. The work was done fast while she was in hospital and VERY well. And at a good price. Really recommend the firm. Pleasant, honest, reliable, effective. Nice chap. Came out at a week's notice and replaced parents in laws' bath taps. Courteous, friendly, apparently very effective (well, they're still working). Recommended.

Called Martyn out to a boiler emergency. He was on a job but came within an hour and carried out repair.He also came back day's later to carry out the yearly boiler service. Him and his son are clean and reliable workers and also reasonably priced on jobs.I definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for a top local plumber.

I highly recommend the gas man for his excellent service and professionalism. He arrived within hours after my call to issue a gas certificate for my boiler. He explained what was not working well and advised how much would fixing it cost. He did not push me to just buy a new one even though the old one was already 8 years old. He gave me the option to choose what was best for me. I decided to go for a new boiler which he fitted the following morning for a reasonable price. He also did gas inspections at my other properties and was always good, fast and had fair prices. He is very reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with his work and will definitely use him again in the future.

I rang Jamie for help with a blocked drain and he came the same day. Very friendly, polite and helpful. Was interested enough with my problem to take time to suggest alternatives, if it looked like just unblocking the drain was not enough. However all was well. He charge is very competitive and he will definitely be the first man to call if I have another problem.

Very good and fast service. We had a problem with blocked drain and manhole. We called Jamie on Sunday and he turned up to do the job within less than an hour! Excellent company, I contacted Lee when my drain was slow at emptying, made a appointment that suited me and a very experienced colleague came out as arranged, he sorted the problem and advised and showed me of a issue he had found that I need to get sorted. He cleaned up very well and left my home with the problem sorted and very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company.

Called Lee after a quick Google for someone to come and CCTV my drains. Unfortunately I was a bit too far away and too short notice for Lee to come himself. However, over the phone he gave me advice on what I should and shouldn’t do, what I may or may not need and even put me in contact with someone he recommended who then came out that same day (and did a cracking job)! Lee came across as very personable and very happy to help even though there was nothing in it for him. It’s very hard to get trades to give you the time of day, so for Lee to spend time offering advice is very rare indeed and I’d happily recommend and use him in future. Top chap.
