Union plumbing &heating did an excellent job of fitting our new bathroom. All the plumbers were knowledgeable and polite and even cleared up after themselves at the end of each day. Special mention for Darren for who did all the foundation work, and Lou for really good customer services. I would highly recommend this firm.

I called union to fix a radiator in my bedroom, it was fixed but stopped working 3 weeks later. Union came back and sorted the problem and fitted a new thermostatic valve. I didn't have to pay anything the second time. I was very happy about this and would reccomend.

A great service from start to finish. I called to book In a boiler service and was greeted by a very helpful lady who explained the different options available to me along with prices. The service was booked in at a convenient time to myself. On the day I received a message to advise when the engineer would arrive. Engineer was helpful and efficient, and I was provided with reports from my service. I was incredibly happy with the service i received and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Had a plumbing issue and needed a plumber asap! Decided to look local as we have been ripped off in the past and wanted someone we could trust. My details were passed onto Matt who couldn’t have been more helpful, he kept me up to date as to when he would be able to get to me. Matt & Paul have done a fantastic job of replacing our bathroom suite and retiling the floor and walls, as well as retiling our kitchen floor. Having read previous reviews and having met Matt on a couple of occasions prior to them starting work, we were comfortable allowing them to carry out the work whilst we were on holiday. When we returned, after only 10 days, they had not only completed the work to an excellent standard, they had also done a great job of leaving the house clean and tidy. Beau Plumbing were the only company who responded to our request for a quote for our business, and were also prompt, friendly and efficient in all their communications with us. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would happily recommend them to others.

From initial quote through to finished job everything went seamless. We had a complete new bathroom suite, replacement floor, walls back to bare brick, replastered and tiled. The finished job was way above my expectations, nothing phased Paul and Matt. At the end of each day everything was left clean and tidy, I highly recommend Beau Plumbing & Tiling.

Came the day we reported our boiler had broken. Got the part on Monday and came to fit it mid afternoon. Couldn’t have been any quicker to get us up and running! Definitely will be our go to now for boiler repairs/service. Thanks so much

Had to have a new boiler after my 17 year old one was on its last legs and asked for recommendations on my local FB page. These guys came out top. No hard sell on which boiler to have. Appointments, Quotes and invoices all sent via email. Honest advice was given about boilers and which to choose for best warranty etc. They arranged fitting round my work schedule, turned up on time. Hardly knew they were there. Both Scott and Macauley were polite and friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again when needed and would recommend to anyone for a good honest service. Would definitely recommend Scott/BoilerFix! He got back to me straight away in the evening and was here by lunch time the following day. Very professional, polite and genuinely just wants to help and provide a great service. He solved my problem straight away and gave me some fab advice and recommendations. Josh worked quickly and cleanly for my elderly parents and identified the water leak and damp problems to be rectified. His charge for the job was extremely reasonable and I will certainly be contacting Josh again for any future plumbing jobs my parents have. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others. I’ve been using Mark’s services for at least ten years. He is always punctual, efficient, friendly, totally trustworthy and reasonably priced. I have never had any complaints about his work and wouldn’t consider calling anyone else when anything goes wrong.

Mark was excellent in sorting our broken tap. Came out late in the evening to make it secure and able to function without turning water off. Returned within two days to replace tap. It was so reasonably priced. Honest and genuine. Really friendly guy too. Would recommend. Will use again.

Mark came out to an emergency drainage problem on Saturday evening, quickly identified the issue, got rid of the blockage, cleaned up and then came back the Sunday morning to permanently fix the issue. He is hard working, pleasant, explains what he's doing the whole time and is very reasonably priced. I can't fault him at all, if I could give 6 stars I would. BTW he is busy but if he says he's coming then he is even when it's late in the day.

Jonathan is very reliabl, he does good work & friendly,upfront with what needs doing explaining if you need parts. His pricing is also very reasonable all round excellent quality 👌 we've been with him for years & wouldn't go with anybody else
