Called Martyn out to a boiler emergency. He was on a job but came within an hour and carried out repair.He also came back day's later to carry out the yearly boiler service. Him and his son are clean and reliable workers and also reasonably priced on jobs.I definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for a top local plumber.

Several years later we needed a new bathroom for my mother in law who had broken a hip. The work was done fast while she was in hospital and VERY well. And at a good price. Really recommend the firm. Pleasant, honest, reliable, effective. Nice chap. Came out at a week's notice and replaced parents in laws' bath taps. Courteous, friendly, apparently very effective (well, they're still working). Recommended.

Just had some good news for a change . Had a leak on the bath waste pipes coming out of the house at my house in Yorkshire . Didn't look into getting it sorted just called an online company that has local plumbers on the books . Made the appointment and gave card details and then two days later the plumber turns up . At the house 10 minutes , got my tenant to run the bath while he videoed it on his phone then said I need to go back to the office and work out a quote . I get a bill for £162 ,, not for the job , the quote . Seems they charge £125 for the first half hour then £75 every 15 minutes after , regardless of what they're doing . So me being me left them an eloquent review on Trust Pilot , which resulted in an apology email and a full refund . So I decided to give the small guys a go . Sent a message to a company and a guy called Martyn replied . Said he was pulled out last week but would go today . Got a call from him this morning to say he was at the house , could see the problem , was confident it could be done working just from outside and if it's OK with me can he crack on , wouldn't be a costly job . I replied yep , crack on mate . Just had a message to say he'd done the job and an invoice for £72 . That's for digging out cement and fitting two new knuckle bend joints into a downpipe and filling back up the cement . Not a big job but a job well done by an honest tradesmen that doesn't charge stupid money . Lesson learned ☺️

Very happy with all aspects of the work carried out by Marcin and Tomas. They replaced a downstairs shower with a utility room and fitted a new shower upstairs. Really appreciated their professionalism and positive approach. Very reliable and trustworthy.

Organising the installation of a new off mains drainage system at my property was something of a daunting prospect! Very fortuitously I found Flowfinity! From start to finish everything was explained clearly, my questions answered, my worries allayed and work was able to begin quite quickly, taking advantage of favourable weather! I cannot praise enough the guys who spent the following week at my property. In addition to carrying out the work very speedily and efficiently, it was a pleasure to have them around! Always polite, helpful and good humoured- and so kind to my resident dog! In what seemed like a very short period of time, it was literally “all systems go” and my new waste treatment plant was fully functioning! Amazingly there are scarcely any visible signs of the quite major excavations which had taken place - a month or so of rainfall will erase even those I’m sure…. tarmac and concrete all re- instated immaculately too. Can absolutely recommend Flowfinity- in fact I would give them a score of 11/10 if I could! A thoroughly great job , thank you to all of you.

Complete bathroom refurbishment. I cannot recommend Simon highly enough. Work done included underfloor heating, tiling replacement of the whole bathroom. Simon initially spent time with us discussing our needs, reviewing products and recommending what would work best for us. We found this to be very helpful and we are really pleased with the result, the bathroom is now 5 star standard. Simons work ethic was amazing arriving at time stated each day and putting in full days. At the end of each day Simon cleaned all mess throughly and we were never inconvenienced.

Simon did our bathroom around a year and half ago and he did an unbelievable job that we then booked him in to do our full downstairs and he once again excelled in quality he turned our old dated big living room and small kitchen into a huge kitchen we dreamed of a nice cosy living room it’s hard to put into words how good of a job he did because he once again exceeded in everything that he did can not thank you enough Simon we will 100% be having the rest of the house done with him as we have fully fell in love with the work he has done!!

Just had my first experience with CPMS and it was great! Matt got things arranged for James to come out and sort my boiler as quickly as he could. James was a really nice guy and seemed more than happy for me to loiter around and ask questions while he worked. They both made me feel like they cared about helping me and getting things sorted, and the pricing was fair. Couldn't have asked for better really.

Chris and Matt have replaced a bathroom suite, installed a downstairs toilet, plumbed in our new kitchen and changed all of our radiators to cast iron for us. We’d like to express our sincere thanks to Matthew & Chris for an absolutely first class service. We’d rang round many plumbers asking for help to replace our expansion vessel that had a hole in it and as result we had to turn off the hot water. So, it was an urgent problem that no other plumbers except CPMS were interested in sorting. The very next day they came round and replaced the vessel with expert ease. Fantastic!!! Very polite, punctual and knowledgeable guys.... I did my DIY bathroom/shower and the water pressure was shocking. Water pump or new boiler was needed. We opted for the new boiler which he started the very next day and finished in 2 days. Removed old tank in loft and we've gained a new storage cupboard where another tank was "bonus". Even stored some mess up's I did.... Will be definitely using his service's again and referring to family and friends. Thanks Liam & Callum

One Heat service our boiler annually and are always responsive to queries and any issues with the boiler. Following our most recent service an issue was identified and consequently we decided to replace the boiler. OneHeat recommended & obtained the replacement boiler with no hassle and quickly arranged the installation with no issues and with minimal mess. They also arranged for removal of the old boiler same day. Would definitely recommend.

I was able to contact Ricky easily and he promptly called out, explained the problem and discussed her options without any pressure.
