Excellent service from Jim and Gastech Services, and I would highly recommend him. I urgently needed a gas safety check, and confirmation that the heating system was working on a property. Jim was very helpful and was able to book the job in promptly, ensured the heating was working correctly, and sent me the documents within an hour. Thank you Jim 👍🏼

Having recently moved into my new place I initially contacted Jim to conduct a routine boiler service however Jim discovered a range of faults with how my system had initially been fitted including a none functional stop tap. Jim was very honest and transparent with the difficulties in rectifiying the issues due to no functional external stop tap and stayed close to the initial quote cost even though the job took considerably more hours than initially planned. Would highly recommend Jim or any Gas & Plumbing needs.

We cannot thank Jim enough for helping us fix our boiler when we contacted him on a sunday afternoon. He was on holiday but still took time to listen to our questions and watch videos we sent him. I had a free standing gas cooker installed by Michael from iplumb. He rang me to let me know he was going to be a bit late which is great as not all tradesmen do this. He removed the old cooker and installed the new one with no fuss and talked me through what he was doing. He is a cracking young man who is very easy to talk to. I need my boiler servicing in March and have no hesitation in booking iplumb to do this. Great job.

I received a very fair, reasonable quote for a replacement thermostat and fitting from RSH. Richard also gave good advice about which was the better thermostat for my system and needs. Kieran who fitted the thermostat was a friendly, polite, professional worker who was very patient with the awkward position of the boiler and went out above and beyond to make sure the job was right. Very reliable and honest team. They fitted my boiler fitted in 2021. I misplaced my guarantee. I'm selling my property so I needed this for my solicitor. I contacted Richard to see if I could get a copy. Richard managed to get me a copy of the guarantee. This just shows me that it isn't just the job, it is the aftercare too. Would definitely recommend. I wouldn't use anyone else now.

Work done: Removal and installation of toilet and sink for shower room floor to be tiled. Installation of a new hallway radiator. Professional job done. Arrived promptly, worked quickly and neatly. Dan even added some radiator pipe covers to my existing towel rail without me having to ask.

I was very lucky to have Danny and Lee install my downstairs WC, main bathroom and en-suite. They did everything from start to finish including rip out, install and tiling. They also fitted all my new radiators and my Quooker tap and plumbing in the kitchen/utility. Absolutely amazing job and top quality, very professional from start to finish. Had a problem with shower leaking which had made a real mess. Lee was round the next day. Worked out the problem , went and bought the part and fitted later that afternoon. Really efficient and a reasonable cost.

Quality service from the first phone to the engineer Dean they sent out. He fixed the leaking boiler by changing a part called a PCB all done for the agreed price and will be using their services again.

I would highly recommend Paul and his Team. Great set of professional lads. I called Paul for a quote for swapping an old gas  water heater and replacing the boiler in the utility room for a combi. Paul answered straight away and was friendly and agreed to come look at the job the same day. Paul provided a competitive quote and gave this to me straight away after he had looked at the job. Paul gave me two fitting dates for the following week, one of which was his birthday.  Paul arrived on time with his team and got straight to work. There were a few hick ups due to the house being older, but Paul and the team worked through these without any complaints and completed the job as agreed. There was an issue with the hot water,  Paul agreed to come back out Christmas Eve after he had completed a planned job, which he was true to his word. Paul recommended I call Ideal due to a fault with the boiler, believing it was the water sensor. Ideal arranged to visit boxing day , diagnosed the problem. I called Paul and explained what the engineer had said , Paul told me he would speak with his team. Paul came out boxing day, rectified the problem, and was very polite and professional throughout.

Polite, professional knowledgeable and trustworthy. I needed a gas fire disconnecting/capping and removing asap. Paul made himself available and was at the house within the hour, he got straight to the task and worked tidily and carefully. Priced competitively -job done. I’m really wary of tradespeople after bad experiences in the past but I had no complaints at all. Would definitely recommend Paul and we will be sure to use his services again . 🙌🏼
