My boiler of 22 years packed in. Lee came round the day I rang him and took a look and the advice was to replace it as mine was so old the parts needed were likely to be now obsolete. He did offer to have a look though. He also gave me a quote for a new combi boiler which I was put under no pressure to go ahead with and was given time to think about the quote which was very reasonable and I chose to take this option. One week later, I now have a new combi boiler. Ollie and Jamie arrived on time and fitted my new boiler, taking away the old one and the hot water tank out of the airing cupboard. They were brilliant lads, very professional and very clean and tidy. They also made sure it was all working and connected to my new hive thermostat and that my app for hive on my phone was working to control the new boiler. Couldn’t be happier. House is warm again and the hot water is instant 24/7 and seems to run faster than it did before Thank you so much to everyone. From a first visit to completed installation I couldn’t fault anything and the actual installation only took 7 hours too

Excellent customer service right from the start. Lee responded quickly to my request for a repair, arrived exactly at the time agreed and quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. Polite, friendly service, excellent quality work and great prices. Would highly recommend.

Bought my own toilet and quote to fit it £219. Thought it was worth paying for a reputable company. No complications with the fitting but was charged £46 for parts I could have purchased from B&Q for £10.. £265 to fit a toilet felt like allot and a faff getting an invoice right. The guy who fitted it was really nice but left loads of mould from my old toilet on my hallway carpet.

I appreciate the excellent work. Rajko(plumber) Replaced an old worn down part from a sink were the pipes kept leaking and sink got completely blocked, now it’s unblocked and working perfectly. He also provided us with some useful information/advice on how to maintain the sink with the new part. The plumber came out relatively quickly (same day) The sink is working perfectly now, So as a whole I’m very pleased with quality of service. 🚰👨‍🔧😀

Our boiler suddenly stopped working due to a blockage in the condensate pipe. Aquaheat got us an engineer to see to it within a few hours and it was fixed, but the engineer told us it would be a recurring issue as the pipe was laid too flat for it to drain properly. Aquaheat then sent us a quote for further repairs which we accepted, and they sent Rajko to install new piping and service the boiler. He did a great job - very tidy work without any issues, and showed me pictures he had taken of the new pipework in the loft and on the outside wall. Now, hopefully we can rest easily without waking up to a cold house!

Whole experience really positive. Phone response was clear and quick, gave options and spoke through process, prices. Sam was our plumber and was very pleasant, worked neatly and quickly, explained everything well and completed the job within the time frame, so no extra expense. Not super cheap, but I think fairly priced for a fast response and a very positive experience.

Tom from Davies Plumbing and heating did a very nice job of replacing our leaky old kitchen mixer tap. After visiting us to see our problem, he shared his supplier's photo of the best match for to approve ahead of fitting, and was able to visit very soon after to fit it. He worked quickly, tidily and effectively and was friendly and agreeable to deal with.

John provided us with an outstanding service. I contacted him in the early afternoon and he attended the same day and completed the work needed. He was so pleasant to deal with, very professinal and did a great job and fixed the boiler in one of our properties that accomodates vulnerable young people. Contacted John with an issue on Sunday evening, he came Monday morning to address the problems, by Friday John and the team had sorted us with a new radiator, new boiler and new bleed valves on all our radiators which were all desperately needed. Kept us informed every step of the way and provided an excellent service. The team could not have been more respectful and careful when they came to do the work, did everything thoroughly and tidied up after themselves as well! Price also cheaper than I expected. Had a brilliant plumber around from Plumbcare this evening (sorry didn’t get his name). Had a leak in our toilet. He came around, diagnosed the fault, took the toilet apart, fitted new bolts and gasket and resolved the problem, all within the hour. Very polite, very professional and a credit to your company. Plumbcare repaired our boiler (replaced the heat exchanger). We are delighted with how quickly the repair was done, and they are easily contactable via their call centre. I feel Plumbcare could better communicate the repair process and timescales with their customers. However, I also acknowledge that in this matter, Plumbcare acted as a subcontractor to an insurance company, which was acting as a subcontractor to the energy company where I bought the boiler insurance policy. Thus, it was not clear who my best point of contact was in a weekend emergency. Overall, the claim was processed efficiently. Thank you.

Good to get great service. After being let down by my insurers first choice ( apparently they cancelled my emergency call out) they contacted Plumbcare Yorkshire who got Liam out within a couple of hours who fixed my leaking toilet that had been spewing water since 3am. Liam is a credit to the company. Such a polite and calming young man. Got the problem sorted and when left didn't even know he had been, except the problem was sorted. Thank you Plumbcare.
