Gareth fitted a brand new boiler for us, he's very professional, polite and extremely efficient. Any issues (through fault of us) that have occurred he's very accommodating and resolves them as quickly as he can. Would highly recommend him.

We moved into our house in May and the boiler was very old, and it conked out one Saturday night! Gareth spoke to us on Sunday, came to look and price up on Monday and by Tuesday we’ve got an A rated boiler with a 10 year warrantee and a hive thermostat. I would definitely recommend Gareth, very friendly and so prompt and reasonable! We’ve now got a reliable plumber on hand for whatever happens!

After being let down by a couple of other plumbers, I contacted Gareth following a recommendation from a neighbour. He repaired our outdoor waste pipe and also fixed our leaking toilet. Very pleased with the work completed and at a fair price. Equally importantly, his communication was great and he turned up at the agreed time. I needed an urgent visit to a boiler that wasn’t working so called Gareth who responded very quickly. The boiler was old and needed replacing which Gareth did for a reasonable price and had installed it by the following day. Highly recommend him and will be using his services in future. Had a short list of issues to fix including a very fiddly repair of shower plumbing. He took it all in his stride and we now have a flushing loo, a non leaky tap and a repaired shower. No fuss and all working fine. Would recommend.

Joe was fantastic both before and during the works. He offered advice and options on radiator sizing, boiler specs and explained the installation, system flushing, testing processes in detail. Works were completed ahead of schedule with no mess and the boiler setup now looks like a work of art with pipework and equipment all labelled up for ease of any future maintenance. Extremely happy and have already booked Joe in for some tiling in our kitchen. (Also his dog is ace!)

I required a new radiator fitting. Joe was very fast at responding to my initial enquiry and work was undertaken the same week. The work was completed within the time frame he had quoted even though he ran into an unexpected stone floor beneath the laminate flooring. The room was left spotless after he'd finished and he even checked up on the work a few days later. Would definitely recommend.
