Sasi is an exceptional plumber. In response to a leak emergency he was on-site within the hour and his attention and consideration was completely professional. He has supported our plumbing needs for ten years with unfailing good humour. I wouldn't consider employing anyone else.

Had a short list of issues to fix including a very fiddly repair of shower plumbing. He took it all in his stride and we now have a flushing loo, a non leaky tap and a repaired shower. No fuss and all working fine. Would recommend.

Had an issue with a leaking radiator valve on a Sunday night due to my own obviously amateur attempt at fitting it mainly. An engineer came out first thing Monday morning to sort this out for me which I was really grateful for. I have used this engineer a few months ago too when I got smart meters fitted and the energy supplier capped my gas meter off as they weren't happy with how one of my hobs was working again I called Gastech and an engineer came out within a few hours to fix my hob and uncap my gas supply after it had been made safe. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this engineer to anyone!

Our Boiler decided the ideal of the year time to cease functioning would be in the early hours of New Year’s Day. Phoned gastech 24/7 later in the morning after being given the runaround by our home insurance ‘emergency boiler repair service’. Gastech 24/7 answered our call on the 1st attempt and fixed our boiler within an hour. Absolutely outstanding service and a nice guy as well. Highly recommended.

Joe was fantastic both before and during the works. He offered advice and options on radiator sizing, boiler specs and explained the installation, system flushing, testing processes in detail. Works were completed ahead of schedule with no mess and the boiler setup now looks like a work of art with pipework and equipment all labelled up for ease of any future maintenance. Extremely happy and have already booked Joe in for some tiling in our kitchen. (Also his dog is ace!)

I needed an urgent visit to a boiler that wasn’t working so called Gareth who responded very quickly. After being let down by a couple of other plumbers, I contacted Gareth following a recommendation from a neighbour. He repaired our outdoor waste pipe and also fixed our leaking toilet. Really professional to deal with. Pipe Dreams were recommended to us by a friend as our 15 year old boiler was not generating hot water. In the end we opted to have a new boiler installed which they managed to do 3 days later and all done within one day. Jack who installed the boiler was excellent.
