Had a really good experience with this company. Would definitely recommend. Our boiler was not working and needed looking at urgently. One call, and a boiler technician, Abdul, was on his way. Abdul was very friendly and knowledgeable and had the boiler repaired quickly and efficiently. We even had the boiler serviced by him while he was here. Very reliable and trustworthy company.

Thermostat stopped working so we were left with no heating… gave NI Gas & Plumbing a call, sent an engineer out within a couple of hours, all back up and running the same night. Reasonable call-out charge considering the work was undertaken at 9:30pm. Great service all round 👍🏻 cheers guys!

Fully registered young man arrived today to install my brand new cooker which curry’s refused to do as their was a socket in the heat zone. The owner quickly removed and made the socket safe, fitted the cooker and made sure we were happy and that everything was working correctly! Great service at short notice at a very reasonable price! We had our boiler serviced by this company. Jag advised us that the water in the system was contaminated, and that the system needed flushing and some chemicals adding to prolong the life of the boiler and the system. Jag sorted everything out for us for a very reasonable price, and explained everything in layman's terms. We will definitely be using him again next year, and would highly recommend to all. Jag has looked after our heating and plumbing for years. He's always there to help and is really concerned to do a good job. He's very good at solving problems, looking for alternatives and making the right choices. We've had boiler repairs, services and a replacement all done in good time and at very reasonable prices. One of the pipes behind the toilet was leaking water. Phoned Martyn who was away on a weekend break but said he would come as soon as he got back, which he did as promised and on time. He went away for some parts and fixed the the leak within an hour. Martin did a brilliant job and at a competitive price. I would certainly recommend Martyn to anyone who required a plumber.

Joe was fantastic both before and during the works. He offered advice and options on radiator sizing, boiler specs and explained the installation, system flushing, testing processes in detail. Works were completed ahead of schedule with no mess and the boiler setup now looks like a work of art with pipework and equipment all labelled up for ease of any future maintenance. Extremely happy and have already booked Joe in for some tiling in our kitchen. (Also his dog is ace!)

I required a new radiator fitting. Joe was very fast at responding to my initial enquiry and work was undertaken the same week. The work was completed within the time frame he had quoted even though he ran into an unexpected stone floor beneath the laminate flooring. The room was left spotless after he'd finished and he even checked up on the work a few days later. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service: George sourced a feature radiator for my kitchen, removed and disposed of the old one and fitted the new. It looks fabulous! I was kept informed throughout the process; George came when he said he would. This was all for less than the price I had been quoted just for the radiator elsewhere.

In March, 2024, Simon put in place all the pipework and installed for us a new family bathroom. He turned what had been two small, messy rooms into a smart, roomy bathroom. Had my old combi boiler just 7 years, the radiators 25 years plus, full of black rubbish, always bleeding them which didn't make much difference, simon came along did a fix job to help, but recommend a new boiler, which I had done, also new radiators. Before this there was no running hot water upstairs or in my kitchen, rubbish radiators, due to poor boiler, now everything running very quickly and hot!, a lovely fella, likes to sing with along side his work radio, my parrot seemed to get along too with too, certainly the singing aspect ! Highly recommended, and showed on time !
