Thanks for the help. We needed a emergency plumber to help us with a situation with a leaking waste pipe under our kitchen sink the engineer they sent was great and finished everything in the time frame given.

Great team effort from the first phonecall to the engineer that arrive we will defo be using again if we ever need the help of a emergency plumber would recommend to all in the area.

5 star service! we had a issue with a boiler no hot water called these someone was sent same day as our call and was back up and running in the same visit. Issue with room thermostat and we have also booked them to service our gas boiler.

Chris and Matt were both great. They were able to fit me in before Christmas to replace my shower and kitchen tap. Matt came to complete the work…friendly and knowledgable……also reasonable pricing. Just had my first experience with CPMS and it was great! Matt got things arranged for James to come out and sort my boiler as quickly as he could. James was a really nice guy and seemed more than happy for me to loiter around and ask questions while he worked. They both made me feel like they cared about helping me and getting things sorted, and the pricing was fair. Couldn't have asked for better really.

When you hear strange noises from your fireplace in the middle of the night you have two choices: you phone the Ghostbusters or you phone JPT services! Luckily Jonathan from JPT was able to come round on the same day, remove my gas fire and rescue the enormous pigeon that had fallen down the chimney. Once the bird was returned to the sky (safe and well), he replaced the fire and gave me piece of mind by talking me through all the safety tests he was doing. He even took the time to try to improve the efficiency of the fire. An excellent service and great value for money, I will definitely be using the company again.

Chris, Mark and their team have recently refitted our bathroom and installed an unvented water cylinder as an alternative to a power shower. At every stage in this process we were impressed by the advice and recommendations Chris gave us for each of our requests that we wanted to include. He recommended showrooms to visit and suppliers to ensure that our requirements were fully met. Despite a 6 month wait (due to his full work schedule) for our new bathroom Chris kept to the date set and always replied promptly to any contact we made in the interim. Each person in the team worked incredibly hard, skillfully and respected us, our property and cleared away everything tidily at the end of each day. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and it was definitely worth the wait. Thank you!!

We first saw Chris and Marks work at the club we work at. They did a whole new refit last year of the ladies and gents toilets. We were so impressed with their work and attention to detail that when we moved house in January this year we got Mark in to have a look at our bathroom and kitchen as they needed replacing. We received a quote which we were happy with and got booked in for the work to be done. Before the bathroom was started our boiler broke down so Chris came out to take out the old conventional boiler and water tanks and fit us a new condensing boiler. Last week Chris and Mark began ripping out our bathroom and it was finished in a week. Throughout the whole process they worked professionally, respectfully and hard too. They kept everything as clean as they possibly could throughout the day but then made sure it was spotless before they left at the end of the day. We opted for the bathroom made into a shower room and we are so pleased with the outcome. We love our new bathroom now. While they were here we also had our downstairs toilet and sink ripped out and a space save toilet (toilet with a sink built into the cistern) installed. The pipes for the sink taps were moved around to go through into the garage so we have garden taps too. Also, credit to their electrician Scott who did his part. Chris, with his team, have just completed a full bathroom refit along with building a new cupboard to house our boiler which they had moved. They have also remove a dishwasher and installed a cupboard in the space as well as fitting a new sink. All the work has been done to the highest standard and the care they have all taken of our house was excellent. As with all work you do on a house there have been challenges, all were dealt with promptly and completely e.g. the leek in the kitchen which turn out to be nothing they had done but an old adaption not done properly - no fuss, just sorted. I have just had this company replaced nearly every radiator in my house. The work was completed in a day by Marcin and his co workers.When I returned, after leaving them to it in the morning, I honestly couldn't tell they had ever been there. They cleaned up everything and returned carpets to original positions. I would certainly recommend them should you be looking for a reliable, tidy, friendly and competitive heating and plumbing company.

I had Tim and Mike in to re-pipe some toilets and get rid of the old massarator system and go direct into a septic tank we have, we're to start they had to dig the 2 trenches by hand as there were power cables and other pipe work in the way they are very polite and sociable and very very clean workers with a eye for detail even though it was drainage they were doing they refitted the toilets and replaced one as it broke no fault of there's and at no cost, they also replaced copper water pipes with new as they looked unsightly, I have used these guys before and were very pleased with them then and the results. We phoned Tim after my daughter had seen some good reviews. We needed advice after a drain was found to be collapsed by Yorkshire water and if it rained heavy water and what we think was sewerage was coming into the yard and this was our problem! Tim came and used his camera to check the problem and he gave us a quote that was very reasonable so we asked him to do the job. He worked hard all day in the blistering heat and never moaned, he had to dig pretty far down to fix the problem and when finished he left the site clean and tidy even better than it looked before. I really would recommend Tim to anyone looking for a hard working honest man. I've already got him lined up for some more work and I'm more than happy 😊

After months of issues with drainage and numerous companies failing to identify or fix the problem, I called Tim as he had been recommended. Tim responded promptly and swiftly identified a quite serious issue. Although the reality of the problem was quite overwhelming , Tim went above and beyond of what I would have expected. The work was completed in little time to a very professional standard and for a very good price. I have never had a tradesman to leave a site as clean and tidy as Tim did. Jovy and his team came to our assistance as Our Cistern had corroded and we needed a new boiler, radiators and shower, these were fitted and tested within 5 days. There work is outstanding and the quality of the products installed were excellent and exactly to our requirements. I am so pleased with the service from Jovy Danny and Ethan they went above and beyond fitting and replacing items and they cleaned and replaced carpets furniture as they had never been moved. From the moment we chose our bespoke fitted kitchen to the installation everything was fantastic and was carried out fitted to an extremely high standard. The redesign of our kitchen was fabulously done by Jovy. He explained everything in detail, the installation team lead by Danny was first class. We had a leak from our upstairs shower that damaged the living room ceiling, and Jovy did an amazing job fixing it! I picked this company as it was local and for its positive reviews when the boiler broke and I was very happy with my choice . Their communication was great , came on time to the appointment and fixed it. Also did a few extra tasks like cleaning pipes which help the boilers efficiency and cleaned over the casing . Perfect! Needed an emergency sorting out on a Sunday, arrived in less than an hour, sorted out the problem at a great price. Very polite and friendly. We were very happy! Will be using again in future as we want to do some upgrades at the house.

I've just had a new heat pump installed by Michael and Nigel - they came out to Wakefield to do a survey and talked me through all my options. Would definitely recommend! They were both polite, friendly and hard workers

I called NB plumbing and heating on a bank holiday when we didn't have any hot water and Michael was the only plumber to talk me through some steps to see if he could help over the phone after a few failed attempts to other companies. He knew straight away what the problem was, came out the following day having sourced the part that was needed, and fitted only the broken part rather than the full part. Michael was very professional and you can tell he genuinely wants to help and this is not just a job for him. I will not be using any other plumbers and I fully recommend NB plumbing and heating

After calling out 2 plumbing firms without any success in diagnosing or sorting the problem, I called NB plumbing to what i thought was a pressurised water tank leak. After only a short time, Michael from NB plumbing had diaognosed the problem as a mains water pipe leak under the floor. Within 30 mins, the floor had been partially removed and a 1st class permanent repair carried out. No fuss, no mess, no drama. Very knowledgable and experianced. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
