Absolutely amazing little shop, coffees, milkshakes, food and bakes are always spot on. If you haven’t tried it you need to 💯. Friendly staff too 🥰 Be even better when the refurb is done so can sit in and eat if you don’t live local!

Such a lovely spot! So glad they recently opened back up again. Their coffees, sandwiches and pastries are all made with fresh and delicious ingredients for a fair price. Staff are always very friendly and apologetic during busier times. I can't recommend them enough and just suggest having patience as it is a smaller shop - It's always well worth the wait though! :)

Amazing food as always! Gem is an absolute sweetheart, never fails to make you feel welcome ❤️ I had jacket potato with Gem's homemade chilli and his homemade coleslaw and it was divine. My partner had a panini and it was also gorgeous. Got some baklava to take home with us too and it was perfectly syrupy

We were welcomed into the Bistro, like we were regular customers and a table and chairs were made available to us, It had been recommended by an elderly lady walking along the street, to get a quick coffee. Not having time for food, we did observe some lovely recipes being brought to other tables; and served with a passion and detail to make sure the customer enjoyed the food provided. When we are in the area again, that will be our go to place and find time for a beautiful meal, in a very unique, friendly atmosphere. Gem's is a family favourite. Great for breakfast, lunch and sweet treats. Wonderful, friendly service and lovely place to sit and watch the world go by. We esp love sitting upstairs by the window or outside on sunnier days.

The best Double stack + beef burger with bacon and cheese and chips and coleslaw... it was the best burger I've had in England! Highly recommended!!!

Great food, quick service and very reasonably priced. Stopped by for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised! Will definitely be returning. (Pistachio French toast, Brisket omelette and Moroccan tea)

Amazing food, lovely service and reasonable prices. Very homely feel to the place and quirky in all the right ways. The only downside is car parking availability and all surrounding streets been permit only, so if you live close enough I would recommend walking.

Have been a number of times now for breakfast and just sat down and had the mezze. From the mocktails to the starters and mains everything was top class. Great portions. Amazing taste and three happy yet full people. Service was brilliant and the staff were amazingly friendly. Will 100% be back 😎

WOW, what can I say hands down the best Breakfast/Lunch place in the whole off West Yorkshire ! Honestly prices are very reasonable and the service and hospitality is pin point perfect. The food is immaculate definitely worth a try !

My mum and I visited this gorgeous little cafe in Normanton. If you’re local to the area, it’s a great little spot for some brunch/lunch and the staff are all really friendly too. The menu isn’t huge but offers a good range of different options that are all very reasonably priced. The cafe is quite small inside but we didn’t struggle to find a seat. We visited for breakfast. I ordered the banana on toast which came with peanut butter, maple syrup and blueberries. It was definitely the best banana on toast I’d ever had! Being local to the area, I’m surprised I’ve never been here before, I will certainly be returning!

Lovely coffee shop, came for a coffee whilst I fed my little baby girl. The ladies were so kind, they brought my tea cake, sat down and buttered it for me then did my jam as I was feeding 🥺

Lovely food, & plenty of it. Had a toasted cheese & onion sandwich. It was nicely presented with a side of salad, coleslaw & a few crisps. Oh & a milkshake. We were looked after by Kate who saw to our needs & made us feel very welcomed. Will definitely be back again.

3rd time here today and it was lovely. My wife had a small breakfast and I had a large breakfast, both were very tasty and well presented. Staff are lovely and the cakes are that nice we took some home for afters.....not for the first!! Very clean and nicely decorated Another wonderful visit..... next on the agenda will probably be an afternoon tea. 👍👍👍

Lovely little place. Clean and tidy. The staff are always very friendly. Good menu at reasonable prices. The only possible complaint is that they stop their breakfast menu at 11.30. They can be busy, so booking in is recommended.

Really good place to eat something special, very good customer service. Second time come to have a breakfast, great food, but need to improve customer service specially when the cook come to serve the toast with unfriend way . Update good service.

This cafe is professionally ran and provides excellent service to returning customers. Situated at the middle of normanton and on bus route & near the train station which is handy if you've somewhere to be and need a quick sandwich or a coffee. Reasonably priced and very polite staff.

Delicious food! Great menu but also great food on specials board to try! I had wild boar burger and it was delicious! Staff are lovely and friendly and very accommodating for babies & prams, will help you warm bottles and baby changing available! Can't wait to return!

Twisted Vintage came highly recommended, and it did not disappoint. Despite the bustling crowd, the staff were warm and welcoming, creating a pleasant start to the day. The menu offers a great variety of dishes, with some evening options that sounded so tempting I’ll definitely be back. For breakfast, I enjoyed a delicious croque monsieur made with quality bread, savory ham, and a rich cheese sauce. The coffee was equally satisfying, complementing the lively, bustling atmosphere. This spot is a must-visit, earning every bit of its five-star rating.

Had a great breakfast here this morning. Service was a little slow but it was busy. Staff friendly and food fresh and tasty. Lovely relaxed atmosphere.

I had organised a meal for 17 people aged from 3 years to 80 years. The communication from the staff was brilliant from the beginning. On the evening nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and the menu options are fab. Need to note that the gluten free menu has so many options which you don't often see. I would certainly hold a celebration meal here again. Thank you!
