We ordered Strada special large breakfast, large French toast with a kids meal and a milky chai latte. Their breakfast definitely has a special touch. The sausage is very nice, a hand made taste, not the standard sausages you find in other cafes. The diced potatoes are very tasty and the eggs had some green seasoning ontop which was really tasty. I like the uniqueness of the breakfast it’s not a standard full English it’s definitely got a special touch. Got to give credit to the owner, never seen a cafe where the owner himself makes sure your food is good and comes to speak to you.

Our 2nd time coming to this cafe. My girlfriend and I love it here. The food and drink is fantastic and the people are so nice. Eggs Royale and the guest coffee is my top recommendation.

Heard about this place through a friend. Paid a visit today for brunch. Absolutely amazing food, made in house and you can tell by how fresh and amazing it is. Would recommend the Nutella latte not sure how they made it but it’s the best thing ever. Can’t wait to sample the whole menu, will definitely be back again. Staff were very friendly. The owner was very helpful with suggesting options and had a good conversation. Really nice atmosphere too, cosy and calm. Free parking at the back too. Will definitely be back!

First time visit to Strada and it was absolutely EPIC!. We had the Strada Breakfast and Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich with Fresh Juice and Strada Latte. The main man know exactly what he's doing and is such a lovely pleasant man as is the staff. The ingredients are fresh and genuine, the cooking is perfect and the overall enjoyment is just simply beautiful. The atmosphere is homely which is a bonus. Take a trip to Strada and simply enjoy unique foods and excellent service which is something we dont see often. Highly recommend the philly cheese steak (the meat is on a different level). A wonderful cafe with great staff. The food is great, with a good selection from from breakfast sandwiches to jacket potatoes with various fillings. Would recommend this little cafe to anyone.

Crave Box has opened in Batley Carr, conveniently located opposite the Batley Carr Dental surgery. This eatery offers a delightful combination of English and Desi breakfast options. I had the pleasure of trying their Halwa Puri with Karak Chai, and it was absolutely delicious. The taste was exceptional, and the food was packed and presented beautifully.

Best cafe in Batley love a visit to Laura’s it’s the best everyone is so friendly, food is delicious and reasonably priced. Staff are super friendly and well what to say about Laura she is just amazing.

I’m a regular customer for nearly 2 years now and probably many more, this girls work ethic is admirable and her ability to look after customers is unrivalled in this area! Not sure why some people mention it being small as a negative, maybe they should go to Wetherspoons? Laura’s container is quirky and cute and stands out as a beautiful little spot to get your food! And she’s worked hard on the little details like the air conditioning inside and picnic tables outside. She works on her own most of the time but has to work hard given her massive customer base. Even if I had to wait 20 minutes for my food every day I still would! Everything is cooked how you like it and she has a good coffee machine (which many cafes lack).. Thanks Laura 😁

Really tasty breakfast wrap. Great service. Fast, friendly and affordable. They're happy to customise items on meals. It's a shame it isn't slightly bigger. Dining in is almost unimaginable. There are benches outside, but they're not sheltered from the weather. Don't let that put you off though. Food is lovely and highly recommended, possibly the best in the area. Thanks

So first off I'll get the one negative out the way - it really is tiny! However, that's it, the food was lovely, the service was great (it wasn't rocket ship fast because it's small) and I couldn't have a single complaint. Really enjoyed myself and apart from changing the car park to a heated tippee... well ok I jest. Would recommend whole heartedly but for large groups if the weather isn't great - get the takeaway option!

Lovely Brunch with friends. we got the Desi Breakfast everything was delicious. Lovely music and sheesha was 10/10. Service was great friendly staff and owner. Definitely coming back again.

Felt like a desi breakfast so I thought I would try Chai Shai in Bradford Road Batley (next to lalas restaurant). It was a great choice as the food from the parathas to the Chanay and the Chai was amazing and was spot on. Ali who served me was great in all aspects. Highly recommend and no doubt I’ll be going back again.

What a beautiful place They Just refurb the place and it was back open last Saturday … i was there with my Famly And shisha food and service was on point There were very friendly and service was second to non I just have seen few negative reviews but it’s funny this place was closed for 5 weeks for major refurb How these people went there for shisha Jealousy on the peak ….. ganduiooo where u went for a shisha And they dnt do alcohol Omg Why people are full of Sh……..t

Nice tea and donuts. Qatari chai taste better than Arabian in my opinion. They make proper stewed tea here unlike some chai shops it’s not from a machine.

Excellent tea, my go to place for the last 3 years! I would highly recommend the pappas special cinnamon blend! Their Blackpool style donuts were amazing too!

Had a great experience at Papa Chai in Dewsbury! The Red Bull mocktail was amazing – super refreshing and full of flavor, definitely a standout drink. The vibe and service were fantastic, making it a great spot to relax. My only suggestion would be for them to offer a milk alternative since I have a lactose allergy. Other than that, it’s a wonderful place, and I’ll definitely be back for that mocktail!

Fantastic flavours of tea and chocolate. Just the right amount of ginger in the ginger chai, a lovely French vanilla latte, proper hot chocolate that's actually hot, and a lovely coffee. Next time we'll stop for the cakes or food, but today just the drinks were lovely. Sumaye was super friendly too. We'll definitely be back.

I love trying new tea places. On a visit to Dewsbury town I knew I had to try Pappa Chai. The staff serving were very helpful. They explained the difference between the teas. I opted for the Arabic tea and my sister had the Ginger tea. Also we bought a Nutella brownie. The tea came relatively quickly and I really enjoyed it. You could tell the tea was brewed freshly and not the powder that some big tea franchises serve. The Nutella brownie was really good. Will definitely visit again and try out the food. I have heard the tandoori seekh kebab paratha is really good. A lovely ambience and very clean. A fantastic quaint cafe to visit for a quick snack or a place to relax and enjoy your cuppa.

Far best chai in batley and dewsbury. Have been meaning to leave a review for a long time. I am regular to pappa chai. They make the best fresh brewed tea Arabic and Qatar are my favourite. Hope you guys continue serving the best tea. Customer service always spot on! Forgotten the name of the lad who serves in dewsbury, his a kind well mannered lad!

First time trying Pappa Chai and wow I'm very impressed. I've had my fair share of karak chai and Pappa chai are killing the game! Absolutely amazing Arabian chai (with ginger takes it to the next level) and don't get me started on the brownies! Decadent, fudgy and addictive. We'll be visiting again and can't wait to try the rest of the menu. The gentlemen behind the till had great customer service and for the business only being on Week 9 after launching they are doing amazingly MashAllah. Congrats you've got two new regulars 👍

I work within walking distance so will sometimes pop in for a breakfast. Super friendly staff who are always really helpful with veggie/vegan stuff, and super cheap too! Highly recommend

Thee best Lotus Biscoff French Toast I have ever had. I enjoyed it with a cup of chai. The French toast was perfectly cooked with nice crispy edges. I had to ask for extra biscoff spread the one serving was only enough for one of my toast. Food came out fast. I had to wait 12 mins for my table on a Saturday morning the original wait time was 20 mins. They had a high chair available for my baby.

Amazing. Probably the best breakfast I've had anywhere, ever! We got there around 10:55 they took our name and number and said it'll be around 30 minutes wait. We went across the road for chai. Got a call in 20 minutes and got our table. I had exactly what Rate My Takeaway had for his review and it was just excellent! The girls working there are super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Had seen all the great reviews so thought was about time we tried it out and wasn't disappointed. All staff were very friendly and helpful and most importantly food was fantastic we had Indian breakfast but there is a great selection on menu. Will definitely come again

Best breakfast in Yorkshire !!!! After being a regular at Cafe Jadore I thought I would try Elite in Batley and I have now have a favourite halal brunch spot in Yorkshire. Impeccable service and food 👌 from the sisters who run Elite cafe .

Was lovely to come here for a delicious breakfast earlier. Fried eggs on fried bread was exactly what I wanted and that's exactly what I got. Love visiting the North and Batley. Best Cafe by far and lovely staff and atmosphere.

Gem of a cafe. Like being at your aunties for breakfast (assuming your auntie can actually cook!). Staff were so friendly, very reasonable prices and the food is great. Spam, egg and hash brown sandwich was unreal and the American breakfast was perfect.
