What can I say, Mike is AMAZING. I originally met him when I called him for a shower repair one Sunday and he turned up the same day! Mike mended the shower plus some other stuff the same week and I booked him to replace my bathroom a few months later. Mike was very responsive and creative about what I wanted. He came when he said he would and gave me a fantastic, bespoke bathroom and separate toilet within 2 weeks. He also came back 6 months later to repair a tap, under warranty, at no cost to me and within 24 hours of the reported issue. I cannot recommend Mike and his team highly enough. They are brill.

I'd used Mike for a couple of small plumbing jobs previously and he'd always been reliable so when I wanted a whole new bathroom, it was a no brainer to call him again. Mike provided a reasonable quote and was able to send me loads of options for different bathroom furniture. He was even able to source specific items based on images I sent him. The whole bathroom was ripped out and redone in the space of a week and the work was to a really high standard. He even came back a few weeks later to fix the radiator back on the wall once the decorating had been finished. I can't praise him highly enough. Honest, punctual and reliable which is hard to find nowadays. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again if I needed any work on the house doing. Thanks, Mike!

Danny came to try fix our boiler it turned out it had multiple things wrong with it and given the boiler was an old boiler Danny recommended a new boiler would be the best option. Danny installed us a new boiler which he recommend and it is fantastic, a lot more energy efficient and the house feels warmer. The price Danny gave us was very competitive. Total boiler change, brand new with modern apps and fittings etc. New radiator fitted and pipes repaired as well as pipes capped off when renovating the house. Excellent service, no job too much of a hassle advice and information for maintenance is second to none. Won’t use anyone else now. Highly recommend!

I was very lucky to have Danny and Lee install my downstairs WC, main bathroom and en-suite. They did everything from start to finish including rip out, install and tiling. They also fitted all my new radiators and my Quooker tap and plumbing in the kitchen/utility. Absolutely amazing job and top quality, very professional from start to finish. Had a problem with shower leaking which had made a real mess. Lee was round the next day. Worked out the problem , went and bought the part and fitted later that afternoon. Really efficient and a reasonable cost.

Boiler wasn’t working on New Years Day we tried so many heating engineers and all were closed. We rang MM and he was with us in a couple of hours. Really nice friendly & very polite guy. Never used MM before and actually came across them on eBay - so was a little unsure as to what to expect. However, I needn’t have worried, excellent coms, agreed to install within 48 hours for a competitive price and did a really excellent job. Very friendly and totally professional. Having recently moved into my new place I initially contacted Jim to conduct a routine boiler service however Jim discovered a range of faults with how my system had initially been fitted including a none functional stop tap. Jim was very honest and transparent with the difficulties in rectifiying the issues due to no functional external stop tap and stayed close to the initial quote cost even though the job took considerably more hours than initially planned. Would highly recommend Jim or any Gas & Plumbing needs.
