I had recently bought a property that I wasn't sure about the boiler. I was looking for someone who would assess the situation and guide me best way forward. My parents had recently used the services of Ralph and highly recommended him. Ralph's attention to detail is second to none, he had meticulously checked over our system, found faults and showed me them while explaining how and why they can occur. Furthermore, nothing felt like too much trouble, he is exceptionally friendly and very professional. Anyone looking for these services I would highly recommend Ralph.

Ralph came out to our house as we had no hot water and we were really over due a service. He was professional and Diagnosed the problem we had . He talked us through the issues and used references to explain. He provided some amazing advice too . We would definitely recommend him. We will be using Ralph for all our gas and plumbing issues.

Ralph was very professional, and thorough, removing and capping a corroded gas pipe. He was able to squeeze us in last thing on the same day I got in touch, a Friday too, and there was no fussing, just git the job done, gave good friendly advice and a fair price. I was very lucky to have Danny and Lee install my downstairs WC, main bathroom and en-suite. They did everything from start to finish including rip out, install and tiling. They also fitted all my new radiators and my Quooker tap and plumbing in the kitchen/utility. Absolutely amazing job and top quality, very professional from start to finish. House always left immaculate, I couldn’t recommend them enough. Absolute amazing Company.

I had a leak that required emergency attention, this worried me as a recently new home owner. Mr Mulla was polite, punctual, and professional. Not only did he reassure me that the leak had been fixed, but he also educated me about my home's plumbing system and things to look out for. Mr Mulla went above and beyond and I will be more than happy to use his services again should I need them.

I picked this company as it was local and for its positive reviews when the boiler broke and I was very happy with my choice . Their communication was great , came on time to the appointment and fixed it. Also did a few extra tasks like cleaning pipes which help the boilers efficiency and cleaned over the casing . Danny initially came to flush the Central Heating and fit a new filter, which was completed with no fuss, however on restarting the Boiler, Danny realised that it needed replacing, the Company who replaced it 5yrs ago did not flush the system prior to installation, therefore all the Boiler was clogged. 5 days later new Boiler fitted, no upselling from Danny either, same Boiler as in his own home and smart thermostat fitted. we now have a new Heating Engineer 👊👊👊

Danny came to try fix our boiler it turned out it had multiple things wrong with it and given the boiler was an old boiler Danny recommended a new boiler would be the best option. Danny installed us a new boiler which he recommend and it is fantastic, a lot more energy efficient and the house feels warmer. The price Danny gave us was very competitive. I had a free standing gas cooker installed by Michael from iplumb. He rang me to let me know he was going to be a bit late which is great as not all tradesmen do this. He removed the old cooker and installed the new one with no fuss and talked me through what he was doing. He is a cracking young man who is very easy to talk to. I need my boiler servicing in March and have no hesitation in booking iplumb to do this. Great job.

Adams Heating Ltd. is a very professional, dedicated, and fairly-priced business. Two gas engineers came at once when I requested a boiler and gas heater service. They were very clean, leaving no mess at all, even taking the boiler filter outside to clean it to prevent it from.cloggimg up my kitchen sink! They had to wrestle with rusted nuts and bolts on my ancient wall heater, while they also fitted the new thermocouple I'd bought, during the service. They also kept me updated on any changes to their planned arrival time, as job lengths can vary from the original estimates. They emailed me my gas safety certificates, too, on completion of the work. It's rare to find such a brilliant, local company , so I will certainly be using them every year now!

I had a water leak from the expansion vessel connected to my water tank. I've never used Fahim from Adams Heating before but knew his services was being used by many of my neighbours on the estate so I got in touch with him and even though he responded during this busy period in winter he fitted me in a few days after I made contact with him which is understandable. He messaged me the night before to ask me if he could turn up first thing in the morning the next day which worked out well. He quickly came, diagnosed the fault by doing some tests and went away to get a new expansion vessel. He told me exactly what the cost would be before he carried out any work. After finishing his job and doing all his checks he was satisfied and confident that he had resolved my issue. He's a very polite, well mannered and professional guy who comes across very experienced with what he is doing. He showed a lot of care and respect towards my property which was good to see from him. After all, he has worked for British Gas before. He provided me with a receipt via email once he finished his work which is very professional as a business. He even responded to my text after his work was done when I had some concerns with the pressure of the water tank but he assured me all was OK and normal which gives me a lot of confidence to contact him again for any future work I may need him for. I cannot hesitate to recommend Fahim as he clearly knows what he is doing. Thank you so much for your prompt response and fitting me in. :)

Smart gas came to service my boiler a couple of weeks ago ( sorry for the late review). The guy that came was really good very professional, and a very good price . Would not hesitate to use again . I have had a new boiler installation done by Smart gas found them online. After reading reviews decided to give them a call. Installer Nick came out had a look and sent us a quote he wasnt pushey or trying to sell me something I didnt need. Nick couldn't help us enough, infact I called him again before I made decision to go ahead with deal. He went through all again and i checked there was no hidden charges he was so nice and reassuring. Paul and Nick came and team fitted the new boiler system removing the old water tank system while doing this work they was so clean and tidy couldnt believe by end we had a new boiler fitted work to high standards. I couldnt thank the team enough paul went through all instructions for the boiler calmly and politely. The next day we had a small leak nothing dramatic but called engineer Nick and he came straight away his really good and so helpful and kind true great workman. If anyone has hesitation about this company please dont the team are brilliant and there work is 100% high standards at a great reasonable price. Big thankyou to Nick for all you did topman.

Having recently moved into my new place I initially contacted Jim to conduct a routine boiler service however Jim discovered a range of faults with how my system had initially been fitted including a none functional stop tap. Jim was very honest and transparent with the difficulties in rectifiying the issues due to no functional external stop tap and stayed close to the initial quote cost even though the job took considerably more hours than initially planned.
