Fantastic service from start to finish. Lots of advice and help planning new bathroom. Organised plasterer, electrician and skip hire. Quality of work is outstanding, really happy with finished bathroom. Norton is reliable, hard working and friendly. Everything was left spotless afterwards. We were extremely pleased with the new bathroom fitted by Norton. From start to finish the process was seamless and the end result far exceeded our expectations. When issues were identified when the old bathroom was removed they were clearly explained and sorted without any fuss. Had a short list of issues to fix including a very fiddly repair of shower plumbing. He took it all in his stride and we now have a flushing loo, a non leaky tap and a repaired shower. No fuss and all working fine. Would recommend.

Found NSP on Google after failed attempts at finding a Plumber who actually dealt with leaks Very happy chappy who came when said took one look at my leak & could of taken me for a ride. He was very honest & told me straight away to go through my insurance. He could have very easily pulled my walls & floor boards apart trying to find the source & fixing it to charge extortionate prices. Instead he was very honest and gave me the best option for me. Would definitely recommend & will definitely be keeping his number for any future jobs

Fully registered young man arrived today to install my brand new cooker which curry’s refused to do as their was a socket in the heat zone. The owner quickly removed and made the socket safe, fitted the cooker and made sure we were happy and that everything was working correctly! Great service at short notice at a very reasonable price! Had a really good experience with this company. Would definitely recommend. Our boiler was not working and needed looking at urgently. One call, and a boiler technician, Abdul, was on his way. Abdul was very friendly and knowledgeable and had the boiler repaired quickly and efficiently. We even had the boiler serviced by him while he was here. Very reliable and trustworthy company.

Thermostat stopped working so we were left with no heating… gave NI Gas & Plumbing a call, sent an engineer out within a couple of hours, all back up and running the same night. Reasonable call-out charge considering the work was undertaken at 9:30pm. Great service all round 👍🏻 cheers guys!

We had Abdurrahman Ismail from NI Gas & Plumbing Services replace the gas central heating boiler at a property we rent out. It’s the first time we’ve used this company but we’ll definitely be using them in future for maintenance, servicing, gas safety certificates etc. Abdurrahman was a pleasure to have working at the property today, he’s done a great job, replacing old pipes, making good the stonework and clearing up after himself, all the time being very happy in his job and taking pride in his work. He even ran through the instructions for the boiler for me to make a video for the tenant. I’m just really pleased we chose NI for this job.

Last week, Matt replaced our boiler, 2 showers and some other bits. Right from the start, the service was excellent, great communication, top advice, great price (we looked around). The work completed is excellent and would definitely recommend. He also arranged for some elec sockets to be added in the same week. Thanks Matt.

My initial contact with Matt was due to a leaking 17 year old Worcester Bosch boiler. Matt responded quickly and after an initial look over the boiler gave his professional advise on how to move forward. It was agreed that a new boiler was required as the repair cost to the existing boiler would be uneconomical. After agreeing a new boiler was required, Matt came back promptly with a detailed and competitive quote, he booked us in to his work schedule, from initial contact to installation date was only 13 working days. Matt worked a long day to install the new boiler, new thermostat and power flushed the radiators, he was very clean and tidy and carried out all the work to the latest regulations. Matt completed all the paperwork to register the new boiler for a 10 year warranty and gave me instruction on how both the boiler and new thermostat work. Matt is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with, I would recommend him to anybody and look forward to seeing him again when my boiler needs it’s first service.
