I had a blocked toilet & found Rav through a recommendation from another customer. He sorted it for me the same day - very efficiently. He was straight up from the beginning, pleasant & professional to deal with. Great service at a very reasonable price. I'll be keeping his number.

Nix has undertaken a few jobs for me and also for my parents to a high standard. He's fitted a new shower at my rental property, and a new tap in my own home. He went above and beyond in recommending options within my budget, is friendly. Importantly, he turns up when he says he will and gives an indication of price before starting work.

I am happy to recommend this service. Even though the job required was not an emergency he said that he would do in the next few days. He tried to contact me the next morning but I had my phone on charge but he still drove to our address on the off chance and found me in. He was quick and efficient and he charged me the least possible price he could (most plumbers would still charge a large call-out fee). Overall I was very happy with the outcome

I was very lucky to have Danny and Lee install my downstairs WC, main bathroom and en-suite. They did everything from start to finish including rip out, install and tiling. They also fitted all my new radiators and my Quooker tap and plumbing in the kitchen/utility. Absolutely amazing job and top quality, very professional from start to finish. House always left immaculate, I couldn’t recommend them enough. Absolute amazing Company.

Work done: Removal and installation of toilet and sink for shower room floor to be tiled. Installation of a new hallway radiator. Professional job done. Arrived promptly, worked quickly and neatly. Dan even added some radiator pipe covers to my existing towel rail without me having to ask.

Had a problem with shower leaking which had made a real mess. Lee was round the next day. Worked out the problem , went and bought the part and fitted later that afternoon. Really efficient and a reasonable cost.

Chris, with his team, have just completed a full bathroom refit along with building a new cupboard to house our boiler which they had moved. They have also remove a dishwasher and installed a cupboard in the space as well as fitting a new sink. All the work has been done to the highest standard and the care they have all taken of our house was excellent. As with all work you do on a house there have been challenges, all were dealt with promptly and completely e.g. the leek in the kitchen which turn out to be nothing they had done but an old adaption not done properly - no fuss, just sorted. We first saw Chris and Marks work at the club we work at. They did a whole new refit last year of the ladies and gents toilets. We were so impressed with their work and attention to detail that when we moved house in January this year we got Mark in to have a look at our bathroom and kitchen as they needed replacing. We received a quote which we were happy with and got booked in for the work to be done. Before the bathroom was started our boiler broke down so Chris came out to take out the old conventional boiler and water tanks and fit us a new condensing boiler. Last week Chris and Mark began ripping out our bathroom and it was finished in a week. Throughout the whole process they worked professionally, respectfully and hard too. They kept everything as clean as they possibly could throughout the day but then made sure it was spotless before they left at the end of the day. We opted for the bathroom made into a shower room and we are so pleased with the outcome. We love our new bathroom now. While they were here we also had our downstairs toilet and sink ripped out and a space save toilet (toilet with a sink built into the cistern) installed. The pipes for the sink taps were moved around to go through into the garage so we have garden taps too. Also, credit to their electrician Scott who did his part. Chris and Mark did a great job with a full bathroom and downstairs toilet refit. Most importantly when I found a minor issue they were quickly back to fix it. Very pleased with their work ethic and the final results.

Chris, Mark and their team have recently refitted our bathroom and installed an unvented water cylinder as an alternative to a power shower. At every stage in this process we were impressed by the advice and recommendations Chris gave us for each of our requests that we wanted to include. He recommended showrooms to visit and suppliers to ensure that our requirements were fully met. Despite a 6 month wait (due to his full work schedule) for our new bathroom Chris kept to the date set and always replied promptly to any contact we made in the interim. Each person in the team worked incredibly hard, skillfully and respected us, our property and cleared away everything tidily at the end of each day. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and it was definitely worth the wait. Thank you!!

Brilliant service again from Clifford Heating. Anthony and Jonathan came on very short notice to help with a heating problem. They are always reliable and their workmanship is fantastic. 5 stars and a thumbs up from me. I will be seeing them again when the gas boiler is due its annual service. Wouldn't use anybody else.

I called Andy as I was having issues with a leaking pipe, and he made the repair look effortless and went above and beyond, providing advice on how to deal with such matters. He was very personable and professional. All-round great person and could not recommend him anymore!

I was literally having a nightmare with my plumber, asking for money up front, then not turning up and then when he did only doing a few hours. It was stressing me out. The job had gone on far too long and our relationship was getting tested. I decided to terminate his contract. I knew trying to get another plumber to complete someone else’s work was going to be difficult. However, I spoke with Paul @Daley Plumbing, he was kind, understanding and happy to take on the works and complete the plumbing in my kitchen and bathroom. Matty turn up on the day and carried out the works with complete success. Their prices are responsible and their work is excellent. It was an absolute pleasure to find a tradesman who did the following :- 1) turned up on time 2) fully explained their findings (with evidence) 3) gave a comprehensive quote and return time 4) left the premises clean and tidy 5) returned when they said they would 6) carried out the work quietly and efficiently 7) left a job sheet specifying the works done 8) billed the same as quoted Paul was a gentleman throughout my dealings with him on the phone and was happy to respond to queries via WHATSAPP at what may be considered non working hours. Matt who did the work was polite, respectful of his surroundings and willing to take the time to explain, in simple terms, the work done and why it was required. I'll certainly use them again and would be more than happy to reference their work.

So impressed with the service from Aqua Heat, and couldn’t recommend them more highly! We’ve used them several times over the past few years, in our previous house (a new build with new-ish boiler) and our current house (Edwardian house with an ancient boiler!), and there’s hasn’t been anything they’ve not been able to help us with. We wouldn’t trust anyone else. Today, a brilliant engineer called Jamie was with us to replace our boiler and carry out a ‘power flush’ of our heating system. He was so professional and the quality of the finish of his work was excellent. The old boiler was boxed in with a tight fitting cupboard and he was able to dismantle this and then refit it after the install was done (see pics), which I couldn’t believe! I was fully expecting to need to have to get a joiner out to build us a new cupboard. Thank you Jamie! Furthermore, the admin team in the office are always super helpful, and I’m grateful for them fitting us in at short notice. All in all, excellent service from start to finish 😊

Whole experience really positive. Phone response was clear and quick, gave options and spoke through process, prices. Sam was our plumber and was very pleasant, worked neatly and quickly, explained everything well and completed the job within the time frame, so no extra expense. Not super cheap, but I think fairly priced for a fast response and a very positive experience.

I appreciate the excellent work. Rajko(plumber) Replaced an old worn down part from a sink were the pipes kept leaking and sink got completely blocked, now it’s unblocked and working perfectly. He also provided us with some useful information/advice on how to maintain the sink with the new part. The plumber came out relatively quickly (same day) The sink is working perfectly now, So as a whole I’m very pleased with quality of service. 🚰👨‍🔧😀

5 star service! we had a issue with a boiler no hot water called these someone was sent same day as our call and was back up and running in the same visit. Issue with room thermostat and we have also booked them to service our gas boiler.

We had 2 saniflo systems put in our cellar by CTD plumbers , for a toilet and a sink. The work was done efficiently and in a friendly manner. I particularly liked the respect they had for our property. Everything was covered with dust sheets so it was kept clean. Despite it being an unpleasant job he remained professional and polite throughout. We are very happy with the final result and at a very good price. Thank you. We will definitely be using CTD plumbers again when and if required.

Lee arrived promptly and serviced the boiler, gave an account of what was done. Also dealt with ‘paper work’ efficiently, leaving certificate with us. Did mention one minor item that we should. Think about having done, asked him to organise this, said Jayne would deal with this.
