I have engaged Steve Fearn Plumbing for a number of jobs recently covering a variety of leaks, replacement tap and toilet flush issues. I always find them very helpful, courteous and efficient both on the phone and on site. Always turn up on time when they say they will and provide a clean and efficient service at a reasonable price. I have always been very satisfied with their service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Callum attended to a repair at our offices this week and did a great job. He managed to pinpoint what was wrong and with the help of his colleague got the parts required and completed the job on the day. He was friendly, polite and a good worker. Highly recommended if you need a plumber. Thanks

I contacted S Fearn Plumbing after discovering a leak in my house. One of their team were with me within 24 hours and had diagnosed the issue. They temporarily fixed it until they could source the part and even came ahead of the planned appointment to install the new part. I'll definitely be using them again!

Excellent service all round. I made an urgent call on a Sunday because of a trapped pigeon behind a gas fire. I was kept up to date on estimated time of arrival (which proved spot on). The engineer was polite and sympathetic throughout and work was meticulous including wiping down artificial 'coals' and overall testing of gas supply and provision of certificate. I would recommend RND without hesitation. (The pigeon was released, safe and well.) David Blore

My old water heater died on me after decades of service. A google search brought RND Plumbing and Heating up with its 5 star rating. Spoke to Nero who came out and assessed it and discussed the replacement. Arranged for the fitting. Both he and Christian turned up on time, fitted the replacement and timed the electrician and brickie to perfection. Nero took time to show me how to use the new water heater which works perfectly. I am very happy with the job they did and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new boiler etc.

My kitchen tap broke and leaked water everywhere. I contacted Nirow for his help, I was very lucky he was able to come at short notice, complete with new tap, and fitted it for me. Very efficient, very polite and cleaned everything up after himself. I would definitely recommend his service, I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

We had an emergency leak and were panicking about what to do. Rang Dave out of hours and he said he'd be with us within the hour, but we were pleasantly surprised when he managed to get to us within 20 mins or so. Dave was fantastic and did a great job of finding a solution to a complex problem. He managed to solve our problem that evening, giving us peace of mind, and provided a great service all round. An absolute life saver.

Our cold tap broke and refused to shut off, flowing water everywhere. Dave came out on a whim to fix our little emergency, and in less than 30 minutes of the incident occurring, the problem was fixed! Would recommend!

So impressed with the service from Aqua Heat, and couldn’t recommend them more highly! We’ve used them several times over the past few years, in our previous house (a new build with new-ish boiler) and our current house (Edwardian house with an ancient boiler!), and there’s hasn’t been anything they’ve not been able to help us with. We wouldn’t trust anyone else. Today, a brilliant engineer called Jamie was with us to replace our boiler and carry out a ‘power flush’ of our heating system. He was so professional and the quality of the finish of his work was excellent. The old boiler was boxed in with a tight fitting cupboard and he was able to dismantle this and then refit it after the install was done (see pics), which I couldn’t believe! I was fully expecting to need to have to get a joiner out to build us a new cupboard. Thank you Jamie! Furthermore, the admin team in the office are always super helpful, and I’m grateful for them fitting us in at short notice. All in all, excellent service from start to finish 😊

I appreciate the excellent work. Rajko(plumber) Replaced an old worn down part from a sink were the pipes kept leaking and sink got completely blocked, now it’s unblocked and working perfectly. He also provided us with some useful information/advice on how to maintain the sink with the new part. The plumber came out relatively quickly (same day) The sink is working perfectly now, So as a whole I’m very pleased with quality of service. 🚰👨‍🔧😀

Bought my own toilet and quote to fit it £219. Thought it was worth paying for a reputable company. No complications with the fitting but was charged £46 for parts I could have purchased from B&Q for £10.. £265 to fit a toilet felt like allot and a faff getting an invoice right. The guy who fitted it was really nice but left loads of mould from my old toilet on my hallway carpet.

Called Smart Plumbers for an Emergency boiler repair late evening. The Engineer turned up within the hour & had our boiler working again within 20 minutes. Chris came and fitting my gas hob. He did a really professional job. Fitted the hob, changed my plug to 3 amp and cleaned up after the work had been done. What a really decent bloke. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I phoned Chris asking for a quote on a boiler repair. He was very courteous and professional throughout and fitted us in very quickly. He explained everything so we knew the steps he was taking in the repair. We cannot fault his service at all. With a new baby on the way it was important we had our issue fixed asap and Chris was able to provide an exemplary service, even offering to provide a pram for our new arrival if needed 😂 Definitely a man that goes above and beyond for his clients. I would highly recommend Paul and his Team. Great set of professional lads. I called Paul for a quote for swapping an old gas  water heater and replacing the boiler in the utility room for a combi. Paul answered straight away and was friendly and agreed to come look at the job the same day. Paul provided a competitive quote and gave this to me straight away after he had looked at the job. Paul gave me two fitting dates for the following week, one of which was his birthday.  Paul arrived on time with his team and got straight to work. There were a few hick ups due to the house being older, but Paul and the team worked through these without any complaints and completed the job as agreed. There was an issue with the hot water,  Paul agreed to come back out Christmas Eve after he had completed a planned job, which he was true to his word. Paul recommended I call Ideal due to a fault with the boiler, believing it was the water sensor. Ideal arranged to visit boxing day , diagnosed the problem. I called Paul and explained what the engineer had said , Paul told me he would speak with his team. Paul came out boxing day, rectified the problem, and was very polite and professional throughout.

Polite, professional knowledgeable and trustworthy. I needed a gas fire disconnecting/capping and removing asap. Paul is a true gent no matter how small your job he'll always turn up and will always give you impartial advice on anything you not sure off. I removed a radiator myself and all l needed was for him to come round and give the system a good check gas & pressure job done in 15mins
