We have been using Conexus Tuition for my son since the summer of 2023 and we honestly can nor recommend them highly enough. My son is in year 6 and we wanted support for SATS specifically but also overall help with English and maths. Jess works so well with our son, she understands his learning styles and takes the time to adapt tasks and explanations to bring out the best in him. Activities are varied and its lovely to hear him laughing and enjoying the interactive sessions. Our son genuinely looks forward to the sessions and has formed a wonderful bond with his tutor, his progress has grown alongside his confidence. A brilliant decision getting Conexus on board, as an ex teacher we really can't recommend them enough.

I signed my daughters up for extra tuition at Lextra a few months ago. Although I haven't seen great improvement in their academics yet, I deeply appreciate the engagement and support the staff have provided far. There's constant monitoring and genuine interest in students so I'm optimistic that the learning and progress will be reflected by the 6th month. My son joined the Lextra family mid October 2022 with his last school result in Grade 6. There was so much hardwork, dedication, commitment from the tutors of Lextra and my son. My son’s confidence improved and from his Practice exams/ GCSE mock results from his school taken in January 2923, he has jumped from a Grade 6 to Grades 8 and 9 in almost all his subjects. Amazing tutoring service! Unlike many I’ve tried before, their ethos and actions align. There’s always someone available to talk to and reply to you when you have any issues. Teachers are very knowledgeable in their subjects and have many years of experience, not only in their subjects but how GCSEs are marked and what’s needed for the child to understand the exams set up. My daughters have taken maths, science and English with Lextra, they are happy with how they are being taught. They have parent meetings and are involved throughout your journey with them, ultimately they care for your child education and well being. I have been doing extra tuition in maths with Tutor in Leeds for the last couple of months to prepare me for an exam I will be taking once I emigrate to Canada to study. I hadn't done maths since high school (8 years ago) so I was very nervous coming into the maths lessons at first. My tutor Liam was fantastic, I was instantly put at ease and felt comfortable during the lessons. We started right at the basics and worked up to the really difficult maths working through every method step by step. An excellent tuition centre! It's so friendly and because it's family run you get a real sense of warmth from everyone. Dave was a fantastic maths tutor for my daughter who is a Y11 tutor. After 2 sessions he increased her confidence and engagement in a subject she had been teaching herself. He tailored the sessions (2 a week) to the areas she needed support in and always provided positive feedback that left her motivated to complete past papers/revision exercises between the taught times.

Both my daughters attend, my eldest (now 12) has been going since she was 4. The team are amazing at motivating the children and my girls have got so much out of their sessions.

Al-Bashir Academy is an amazing tuition centre which I would definitely recommend them to others. The tutor help me to revise for my GCSEs showing me new and different ways to revise. Also the lessons are enjoyable and I got a lot of work done in these lessons.

I've been sending my son tuition for just under a year at First Class Learning Beeston and have noticed a great improvement in my sons learning. It helped him get ahead in class and the support that Harpreet offers is second to none.. she has taken time to understand him and teach him accordingly. Highly recommend to use First Class Learning as they are very friendly and flexible to accommodate any child's learning needs. We just went to enquire for some extra phonics learning for our daughter and Harpreet's teaching style has helped our daughter reading skills improved significantly, and she is more confident in her ability to read aloud and blend correctly. Her writing has also shown marked improvement, with better sentence structure. Our daughter's teacher has noticed these improvements and commented on their increased participation and enthusiasm in class.

My daughter has been attending First Class Learning in Beeston for the past 8 months or so and has made great progress as she was struggling with writing and reading in English and completing certain tasks, since then she has made great progress and now she’s in year 2 and can read effortlessly for her age and can complete all tasks that she gets from school by herself.
