Ben and team were absolutely fantastic. We've been let down by various roofing and guttering firms over the last couple of years, with them either not turning up at all or with poor workmanship. Ben arrived on time and provided a competitive quote that evening, set up the job soon after, and his team were brilliant. The guttering and fascias look lovely and come with a 20 year guarantee. Best roofing company around! Simple. Lee and his team pride themselves on details and communication - in relative terms, something which I haven’t found other roofing “companies” to be very good at. The team are extremely knowledgeable, personal and responsive. Lee and the team inhereted a job which evolved quickly and were able to give assurance and act quickly. The communication was second to non and even came out at 10pm and Sundays just to provide assurance and help with small amount of water ingress during the “stripping” process. Something you wouldn’t get elsewhere! 10/10 - would recommend to anyone!

After an initial phone call, Mick and Adam arrived within 30 min to look at the guttering and roof tiles as rain and the thaw after the latest snow was running down the inside of the house , took photos of the problem and set out a plan of action , IN DETAIL also advising at each stage of repair. While replacing tiles found many more that were damaged, replacing those too , as well as lining, guttering and fixing fascia. We had a few small jobs that needed looking at that two other roofers snubbed and made it feel as if it wasn’t worth their while. Trusst were the opposite, Mick listened to what we needed, asked for a few photos up front and came round to carry out the work turning up as agreed. A timescale and cost was given then got to work. During the work he found the start of a wasps nest and treated it for us without any additional cost. Really pleased with the quality of the work and service, nice people to deal with and would recommend.

June 2023 - We had our roof done last week and we are SO happy with the results. They were a hard working team who knew what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves everyday. Excellent service, I highly recommend this firm. I had a water leak in a bedroom and Lewis visited quickly to assess, and completed the repair the following day. He showed me before and after drone photos of the roof and clearly explained what the problem was. Very professional and trustworthy. Whilst completing the repair, Lewis spotted another minor issue, unrelated to the cause of the leak. He repaired this at no extra charge, which was a kind and considerate act, much appreciated.

Felix was quick to respond and came out the following day to carry out work on my roof. He sent before and after videos to show the work carried out, and happily talked me through it all…would recommend!

After a bad experience with a roofer we were urgently looking for help to complete our roof. Felix from High Design Roofing responded quickly. He noted our concerns on poor quality workmanship, found others and quoted us the same day. On agreeing the quote he had a team of 5 roofers here within 48 hours along with the materials needed and completed repairs within two days- this included replacing ridge tiles, redoing valleys etc on a complex roof. His manner and work ethics are good, and he listens to concerns and finds solutions. He was expensive but the quality of work and peace of mind were worth it.

Hi everyone I would really recommend this company for any Roofing repairs. Felix spotted a damaged beam which he repaired but 2 other companies missed it. All the work was completed in the time I was told and they cleared the rubbish and swept up. The guys were friendly and polite. I need future work done and I will be getting them back in.

I used Yorkshire Roofing recently to re-felt a flat roof. Harry's response to my request for a quote was quick and attentive. He communicated well with photos and videos. They supplied me with thorough paperwork via email to explain and itemise their quote, which was realistic and reasonable. They were helpful, polite and reliable throughout their dealings with me. They completed the work swiftly and on time and advised me about some cracked rendering in the same area of the house. For a reasonable additional cost, they repaired the cracked render. I was impressed with the involved and neat amount of work they had undertaken with these repairs. I concur with the positive reviews about Yorkshire Roofing, that I read before using them. I will certainly be contacting them for further Roofing work.

Had a leaking flat roof, leaking in one side, but looked to be failing in many place. Yorkshire Roofing identified it needed recovering completely, they job completed the job in two days. Edit: Harry and team needed to call back as it was still leaking, after laying more liquid rubber directly above leak, it was still leaking. Took a couple visits back to work out where it was getting in, but they persevered until fixed. Excellent service

Ryan and Peter have just replaced the guttering, drainpipes, facia's and soffit's on my elderly mum's bungalow. They completed the work to a very high standard, were friendly, helpful, tidy and professional and were extremely competitive in their pricing. The biggest compliment I can give them however, is that they were trustworthy. In a profession that can quite regularly be occupied by 'cowboys' Ryan and Peter were fantastic. Pete came and quoted for a flat roof replacement, received a quote a few days later, very reasonably priced, came to do works a week later, took 1 day to do. Came with his son Ryan, both worked hard and kept us informed at all times. Tony and his team have been brilliant and have done an excellent job on our house. Stripped off our old roof, fitted a new roof plus guttering and pipes. Also cleaned up an old soffit which now looks as good as new and this avoided it having to be replaced. The guys worked long days and were friendly and always grateful for cups of tea! I have never met a more professional hardworking bunch of guys in my life, they took so much care and pride in their work, delivered beyond my expectations in half the time and were by far the most pleasant people i've ever had work on my house. Tony popped over one evening to have a look at my roof, he gave me several options on what he could do to try solve the issues with my leaky old roof. He was open and honest from the beginning and it was decided that in the long run, a new roof was the best course of action.
