Very pleased with the service from Robinson's Roofing. They turned up on time, were very polite and did a great job. Lewis told me exactly what was wrong with the roof and how to fix the problem. The drone footage of before and after was particularly helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

Lewis and the team were so professional from the start of our enquiry for a replacement flat roof - polite and knowledgeable, and transparent on timescale (we were in a time sensitive situation). Lewis advised us where necessary, communicated when required, and ultimately arrived when he said he would and completed our job to a high standard. Our garden was left clean and tidy on completion too. Lewis provided pictures afterwards which was great to see the transformation. I can't recommend him and the team enough - thank you!

Excellent service, I highly recommend this firm. I had a water leak in a bedroom and Lewis visited quickly to assess, and completed the repair the following day. He showed me before and after drone photos of the roof and clearly explained what the problem was. Very professional and trustworthy. Whilst completing the repair, Lewis spotted another minor issue, unrelated to the cause of the leak. He repaired this at no extra charge, which was a kind and considerate act, much appreciated.

Incredible tradesman and our go to business anytime we have roofing issues. Thankfully this is not often, but when we recently had a garage roof leak Action Roofing were quick to assess and diagnose the issues and offer options to solve this. I had two ridge tiles come off during the recent strong winds. No hesitation contacting Action Roofing once again. Matt came out on the Sunday and recommended a dry fix solution for the entire roof. The quote was reasonable and acceptable and the work carried out the following Wednesday. Once again a professional service from start to finish. This is a good and honest business.

After a bad experience with a roofer we were urgently looking for help to complete our roof. Felix from High Design Roofing responded quickly. He noted our concerns on poor quality workmanship, found others and quoted us the same day. On agreeing the quote he had a team of 5 roofers here within 48 hours along with the materials needed and completed repairs within two days- this included replacing ridge tiles, redoing valleys etc on a complex roof. His manner and work ethics are good, and he listens to concerns and finds solutions. He was expensive but the quality of work and peace of mind were worth it.

We had a few small jobs that needed looking at that two other roofers snubbed and made it feel as if it wasn’t worth their while. Trusst were the opposite, Mick listened to what we needed, asked for a few photos up front and came round to carry out the work turning up as agreed. A timescale and cost was given then got to work. During the work he found the start of a wasps nest and treated it for us without any additional cost. Really pleased with the quality of the work and service, nice people to deal with and would recommend.

After an initial phone call, Mick and Adam arrived within 30 min to look at the guttering and roof tiles as rain and the thaw after the latest snow was running down the inside of the house , took photos of the problem and set out a plan of action , IN DETAIL also advising at each stage of repair. While replacing tiles found many more that were damaged, replacing those too , as well as lining, guttering and fixing fascia. They are a most efficient team, friendly and respectful of customer and property, leaving nothing behind, removed all broken,damaged items. Contacted LCR on the back of a recommendation from some good friends who'd used the company recently for a recladding a Dorma. The guys were round quickly and assessed the problem. They gave me some sound advice but declined to carry out any unnecessary work. How refreshing they could have easily screwed me over saying this or that needed doing but they didn't. Integrity speaks volumes for people and this company seem to have it in spades. I'd call back on the basis of that anytime.
