After a storm, the hip tiles on my bay window needed replacing. I contacted Phil and sent some pictures over for him to have a look at. Phil contacted me back straight away with a plan & price. Less than 2 weeks later my roof is repaired and looking better than it did when the house was new. I highly recommend Assured Pro Roofing for any roofing work you need doing.

After the recent storm my kitchen roof started leaking, I contacted Phil and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. This is the 5th time I'm using his firm on various properties since 2015. Phil and his team are always professional, efficient, knowledgeable and above all thorough. They walk you through the process and are transparent and honest. On this occasion, Russel discovered that the sealant around the lead had failed in certain places and the water was finding its way in under certain wind conditions, the roof was not leaking all the time when it was raining. Russels advice was to rake all the old sealant out along the lead and then reseal it. He came back in a couple of days to do the job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Phil and his team at Assured Pro Roofing for any roofing matters.

After referral from a friend, Premier Elite came and provided me with a prompt and sensible quote for works to chimneys and brickwork. They took pics of the problem areas and pointed out what needed doing. They came and carried out the work at the earliest opportunity to a high standard. Everything done as agreed with more pictures to show the completed works. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Fantastic service; initial communication was via whats App regarding my roof tiles that had come off due to the heavy winds/storm. They came out on the same day to have a look and provided a decent quote which we were happy with. They arrived on the day and time agreed and got the new tiles on promptly. Had shopped around for a few roofers and had some absolutely ridiculous quotes from a few clowns. We were beginning to loose hope to find anyone decent...but then thankfully searched on Google maps and came across Shane at Premier Elite Roofing... We rang and he came out the next day to give us a quote.. Put it this way...literally over a grand less than the cowboy who had quoted us before.. Shane managed to get to us within a week or two and fixed the damp by replacing the grouting in the chimney stack. Utter professional. A decent bloke. Him and his mate worked hard and got the job done. Now the neighbour is using them for her roof repairs and the next neighbour... And the next..!! A decent honest tradesmen. I would highly recommend MB ROOFING. Michael and his team carried out a really good job of replacing my roof. I had previously been a victim of rogue roofers who had made an absolute bodge of what were supposed to be improvements. I then researched local roofing companies and chose MB ROOFING. Michael came out pretty quickly to assess the problems on the roof and although he offered to carry out repairs on the multiple issues, I decided to go with a full roof replacement as the price quoted was very reasonable. We had to wait a couple of months before Michael was available to do the work, as would be expected for any good trades person as they are always busy, but the job itself was carried out in just over a week, including the erection and removal of scaffolding and the skip. Michael Kept me fully informed of progress throughout and he and his team were always respectful of my property. They have done an excellent job.

He was also collaborative and helpful with the solar panel team who were following on. Michael and his team completed a full re-roof including new guttering, fascias and the install of a number of Velux windows for us earlier in the year as part of a full attic renovation project and was instrumental to the success of the entire job. Michael is a perfectionist and there’s no doubt that reflects in the quality of his work, but Michael was also a great help with other aspects of our job, providing invaluable advice, feedback and also contacts when other elements of our job from other tradesmen weren’t going to plan as well as offering solutions to make good complications caused by others. I have had a full slate roof replaced and I am 100% happy with it. From the initial assessment and quote through to completion Mike has been nothing but professional in both the service he provides and his quality workmanship. Lee was fantastic. Phoned at 9am. Here by 10am. Did a fantastic job and couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. Really nice guy and would certainly recommend to anyone. Have asked him to come back in spring to do ongoing maintenance to all our roof.

Lee turned up in the snow and made our roof water tight to see us through the night, turns up the next morning with Shaun, and after two trips to different reclamation yards to get the exact replacement tiles(over 50 year old ones) my roof is now as good as new. Our next door neighbour was having work done on their roof by these lads. They came round to let me know that our roof and chimney was very dangerous and on the brink of collapse. I asked them if they'd be able to do the work so they came and gave a quote for the chimney and the gable end redoing. We agreed. Scaffolding was up within a couple of days and the lads came and did the work. Extremely efficient. Lee is a great lad and communication is second to none. Highly recommend these guys

Lee and Shaun are great. Had out to our house for several things over past 18months or so. Never badly priced, always explain and check happy with what they plan to do and keep you informed. Highly recommend. Sure they’ll be back at ours for something before we know it!
