Today two smashing blokes named Kev and Geoff came to strengthen a sagging pitched roof for me. What great guys!. They kept me informed of what needed doing every step of the way and they took time to show me photographs of the work they had done before they left. They were really tidy workers, too. Taylor Roofing fitted a new roof to our property and we are really pleased with the results. From initial quote (including photos of work required) through to completion, all the team we've dealt with have been helpful and friendly. In particular, Ryan & Noah who carried out the work were very pleasant, polite and kept things tidy whilst working hard to get the job done in just over 2 days. A refreshing change not to be asked for any payment upfront too - only after completion. We wouldn't hesitate to use Taylor Roofing again and would definitely recommend.

Contacted Dave to repair a leaking bay window on my 3yr old house. He came round quickly and diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote . He returned when he said and completed the repairs to a high standard, also repaired a leaking gutter while he was here. Cheers

Dave has done two separate jobs for me & I couldn’t recommend him more. The two jobs were repairing the ridge tiles on an aging roof and removing a chimney stack. Both were done to a high standard. On both jobs Dave came to quote as soon as he could and then gave realistic time frames to complete the work, when he said he’d be over to do the job; he was. On the quotations he was very clear and honest in his view of the work needing to be done & the options available.

Dave has done three different jobs for us in the last couple of years, a new garage roof, a new kitchen roof and replacing guttering. He is very professional, friendly and tidy. All work was completed to a high standard. Thank you Dave.

Had to use Dave and Matt at very short notice as we had some substantial damage to our garage and house roof after the recent bad weather. Dave arrived very promptly, supplied a very competitive quote and undertook the initial house roof work with Matt almost straight away as the roof was leaking. They then returned promptly to fix the garage roof and I can highly recommend them both, a great pair of lads and great work done. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends and will certainly use again if needed.

Great service from Andy. Had rain water coming through into the back bedroom and Andy came round very promptly to take a look for us. He found that we had a broken tile and the waterproofing beneath this was also rotten. Within the day he had provided us with a very reasonable estimate and was back soon after to get the roof watertight again. Once the work was completed he also provided us with pictures of the repairs he had carried out. As well as the excellent workmanship and professionalism he displayed he was also very pleasant to deal with. I can't recommend Andy highly enough and I will be using him again for any other repairs and roof maintenance.

I have used APM Roofing on several occasions and every job was completed to an extremely high standard and was always finished on time. The work area was always left clean and tidy and all waste was removed and disposed correctly, I know Andy has his own skip at his yard and all waste is disposed of correctly which was very important to me as a customer. We had a small leak on our flat roof extension and didn't know where to go for such a small leak. I tried DPR more in hope than anything and they took the job on immediately. A guy came and looked at the job and confirmed they would be able to fix it sending me a quote later. On the day they arrived we were out initially, but they just got on with the work and finished with a professional job very much to our satisfaction. Clean, tidy workmanship and conducted throughout the process to professional high standards. Very satisfied.

Excellent response time, extremely professional and amazing customer service all second to none. Needed a roof tile replacing during the recent storm. I requested a quote in the evening not thinking I would hear back till the next day, but not only did Darren message me pretty much instantly, he arranged for a team to visit me first thing the next day. I received numerous messages out of working hours to ensure that my emergency was sorted. The roofing team promptly repaired the roof tile as well as sealing a broken gutter (which was not part of the original job) all whilst storm Babet was at its worst. I was really happy with DPR roofing, they came out quickly to quote and then to complete the work. We were chuffed as had water coming in to our bedroom ceiling and they sorted it quick. They were reasonably priced as we wanted to just repair our roof until we can afford a new roof and we were very happy with the work they completed. Seventh time lucky We have had a leak in our roof around the chimney stack for well over three years and have had six separate roofers out to have a look at it and attempt to fix it. Some returned several times without success and caused us a lot of stress and money. Unfortunately we still had the problem. We were recommended Craig by a friend and wish so much that he had been the first to look at it. He came out to assess the problem and despite his busy schedule organised a tower and scheduled the work in for us. He and his work colleague completed the work in less than a day. They replaced badly fitting roof slates as required and also the rear gutter back cover flashing. They left the site clean and tidy and sent us photos of both before and the after the work was completed. There has been significant rain since the work was completed and there has been no sign of any leakage into the bedroom. We found Craig to be a friendly guy yet very professional. We will definitely be recommending him to others.

Craig team arrived to replace our ridge tiles yesterday . The lad arrived on time explained the job to me. I had some reservation about how the felt in the loft would be mended. They reassured me it would be fine. They finished the job and cleaned up well. They ended up doing more than the quote to make certain the damaged roof felt was removed and replaced I check the felt in the loft and it is better that I could have dreamed of. GREAT JOB they did not charge any extra for doing it. The roofer said that he does what is necessary to do the job correctly. I would recommend this trader to any body. I am now going to book another job with them in the next few weeks

Needed to do a whole new re-roof (including fascia, cladding and guttering) of my parents property and quickly as was patched up by home insurance to last a couple of weeks. Was recommended this company by a friend. Came to do a quote within a few days of contact and spent time assessing the roof, rather than just doing drone pics which can’t actually tell you what’s going on under the surface, as had a few of these quotes and were not that beneficial other than calculating measurements. Quote was reasonable compared with the other quotes I had. Craig was very thorough and honest and answered all my queries. He could see the urgency and gave reasonable time lines. Kept me in the loop at every stage. I do not live in the area and the whole job was done without me being there or meeting the team directly but I felt very reassured as Craig updated me and was very approachable. He could see I was interested in the details and was more technical at answering my questions. He is very knowledgeable and definitely knows his stuff, no question about that. The neighbours were so impressed with Craig and his expertise, that they decided to get their roof done at the same time Craig and his team (Luke, Daniel and Scott) worked really hard and got the job done in the time frame stated. Sending me updates and photo’s throughout the week. They cleared up after, leaving everything neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company. Craig is also registered with the NFRC, so all the work is guaranteed and I received the building regulations certificate too, so much less faff than going with a roofer who does not provide this. Just had complete new roof on a semi, new roof on extension and all new soffits gutters and facials all done by Craig and his team. He gave us a good price, started the work on time,if not a little earlier to help us.Finished when he said he would. Very tidy, very considerate and friendly to neighbours. Best roofing company around! Simple. Lee and his team pride themselves on details and communication - in relative terms, something which I haven’t found other roofing “companies” to be very good at. The team are extremely knowledgeable, personal and responsive. Lee and the team inhereted a job which evolved quickly and were able to give assurance and act quickly. The communication was second to non and even came out at 10pm and Sundays just to provide assurance and help with small amount of water ingress during the “stripping” process. Something you wouldn’t get elsewhere! 10/10 - would recommend to anyone!

Hi everyone I would really recommend this company for any Roofing repairs. Felix spotted a damaged beam which he repaired but 2 other companies missed it. All the work was completed in the time I was told and they cleared the rubbish and swept up. The guys were friendly and polite. I need future work done and I will be getting them back in.

High Design did a great job replacing our roof from start to finish, within a week of contacting Felix he came out, priced the work, on agreement the scaffolding was up on the Friday and by the end of Monday the work was done. The lads were very efficient and professional and all the rubbish was taken away. We are very happy with the work done and would recommend

After a bad experience with a roofer we were urgently looking for help to complete our roof. Felix from High Design Roofing responded quickly. He noted our concerns on poor quality workmanship, found others and quoted us the same day. On agreeing the quote he had a team of 5 roofers here within 48 hours along with the materials needed and completed repairs within two days- this included replacing ridge tiles, redoing valleys etc on a complex roof. His manner and work ethics are good, and he listens to concerns and finds solutions. He was expensive but the quality of work and peace of mind were worth it.

I used Yorkshire Roofing recently to re-felt a flat roof. Harry's response to my request for a quote was quick and attentive. He communicated well with photos and videos. They supplied me with thorough paperwork via email to explain and itemise their quote, which was realistic and reasonable. They were helpful, polite and reliable throughout their dealings with me. They completed the work swiftly and on time and advised me about some cracked rendering in the same area of the house. For a reasonable additional cost, they repaired the cracked render. Fantastic service from Yorkshire Roofing, I knew my roof was in for a big job, quickly quoted and agreed, The scaffolding was up the next day and few days later they were on it, They showed me the state of the chimney too, so that was more work, But I didn't want a chimney falling on my new roof!
