Great experience throughout. The quote stage was very prompt and easy with numerous photos taken of the roof during the survey to show the issues from closer up. As requested, two options were given for ways to resolve the issues. We were pleased with the quote and scheduling the work was simple with great communication. I had a leak in the roof of a house I had recently purchased, the quote you receive is very thorough including pictures upon the problem areas. I had my leaky roof fixed in a good time frame to say it was the festive period. After works were completed I received photos to show what had been done. Scott and the guys recently carried out some roof and gutter repairs for my elderly father. A slightly creative solution was required, the kind of thing that many contractors wouldn’t have taken the time to patiently solve. Just had complete new roof on a semi, new roof on extension and all new soffits gutters and facials all done by Craig and his team. He gave us a good price, started the work on time,if not a little earlier to help us.Finished when he said he would. Very tidy, very considerate and friendly to neighbours. Craig team arrived to replace our ridge tiles yesterday . The lad arrived on time explained the job to me. I had some reservation about how the felt in the loft would be mended. They reassured me it would be fine. They finished the job and cleaned up well. They ended up doing more than the quote to make certain the damaged roof felt was removed and replaced I check the felt in the loft and it is better that I could have dreamed of. GREAT JOB they did not charge any extra for doing it. The roofer said that he does what is necessary to do the job correctly. I would recommend this trader to any body. I am now going to book another job with them in the next few weeks

We would highly recommend Craig Bridges and his team following our full re-roof and Velux window installation. We found them to be professional, knowledgeable, reliable and fast! From the initial visit, where Craig spent time to inspect the roof, using a drone for a closer view and spending time to discuss the job, we felt confident that he would be thorough and knew what he was doing. We received a full quote soon after. Prior to the start of work, Craig was onsite to check materials were all delivered ready for the work to begin. The team did the full re-roof quickly and to a high standard completing a large roof in just 4 days even with heavy rain and for the price we had agreed up front.

Needed to do a whole new re-roof (including fascia, cladding and guttering) of my parents property and quickly as was patched up by home insurance to last a couple of weeks. Was recommended this company by a friend. Came to do a quote within a few days of contact and spent time assessing the roof, rather than just doing drone pics which can’t actually tell you what’s going on under the surface, as had a few of these quotes and were not that beneficial other than calculating measurements. Quote was reasonable compared with the other quotes I had. Craig was very thorough and honest and answered all my queries. He could see the urgency and gave reasonable time lines. Kept me in the loop at every stage. I do not live in the area and the whole job was done without me being there or meeting the team directly but I felt very reassured as Craig updated me and was very approachable. He could see I was interested in the details and was more technical at answering my questions. He is very knowledgeable and definitely knows his stuff, no question about that. The neighbours were so impressed with Craig and his expertise, that they decided to get their roof done at the same time Craig and his team (Luke, Daniel and Scott) worked really hard and got the job done in the time frame stated. Sending me updates and photo’s throughout the week. They cleared up after, leaving everything neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company. Craig is also registered with the NFRC, so all the work is guaranteed and I received the building regulations certificate too, so much less faff than going with a roofer who does not provide this. I had the entire roof replaced on my end terrace back-to-back and couldn't be happier with the professionalism and enthusiasm shown by Bradley and West Leeds Roofing. From the offset with the initial email exchange and drone survey, to communication throughout the large job and the quality of the work undertaken itself, I couldn't be happier. The scaffolding was erected only days before the work began and was removed days afterwards while others on my street have been stuck with it for upwards of a month. Bradley also offered advice on the likely replastering work I'll be requiring next. Great experience and highly recommended.

I contacted West Leeds Roofing from overseas to remove an aerial that was not secured properly. Bradley was out there in a couple of days and safely removed the old aerial. Communication was excellent throughout and he kept me informed of progress. Great job - thoroughly recommend them.

West Leeds Roofing did a great job repointing my chimney, rendering the roof edges, and redoing the lead flashing. They were quick, efficient, and got everything sorted without any fuss. The place was left clean afterwards too. I’d definitely recommend them if you need any roofing work done.

Great service from Andy. Had rain water coming through into the back bedroom and Andy came round very promptly to take a look for us. He found that we had a broken tile and the waterproofing beneath this was also rotten. Within the day he had provided us with a very reasonable estimate and was back soon after to get the roof watertight again. Once the work was completed he also provided us with pictures of the repairs he had carried out. As well as the excellent workmanship and professionalism he displayed he was also very pleasant to deal with. I can't recommend Andy highly enough and I will be using him again for any other repairs and roof maintenance.

I have used APM Roofing on several occasions and every job was completed to an extremely high standard and was always finished on time. The work area was always left clean and tidy and all waste was removed and disposed correctly, I know Andy has his own skip at his yard and all waste is disposed of correctly which was very important to me as a customer. Excellent team. Tom returned my call immediately and came around when he said he would and gave me honest assessment of what needed doing - and perhaps more importantly what didn’t need doing - submitted me with a proper detailed estimate in a timely manner. Tom booked me in a week or so later and he and Dean turned up when they said they would. The work took a day or so longer than was expected but with no extra charges and good attention to detail - in fact the team noticed more work was actually required but the price never changed. It was good to have people who knew what they were doing on the job and had attention to detail. Site was left tidy at the end, soffits cleaned and debris removed. Highly recommend these guys, very personable professional outfit and they just get on with the work and hardly taking breaks! Good reputation in my street as they’ve been working on a few of my neighbour’s roofs too.

I am extremely happy with the work carried out by UK Property Solutions. They were very reliable, efficient and got the job done to a very high standard. After they had finished the paving, they voluntarily went out of their way to do additional work which they didn’t ask to be paid extra for, e.g. tidying my garden, and cutting some wood I had to be used for firewood. Contacted Dave to repair a leaking bay window on my 3yr old house. He came round quickly and diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote . He returned when he said and completed the repairs to a high standard, also repaired a leaking gutter while he was here. Cheers

Dave has done two separate jobs for me & I couldn’t recommend him more. The two jobs were repairing the ridge tiles on an aging roof and removing a chimney stack. Both were done to a high standard. On both jobs Dave came to quote as soon as he could and then gave realistic time frames to complete the work, when he said he’d be over to do the job; he was. On the quotations he was very clear and honest in his view of the work needing to be done & the options available.

Had to use Dave and Matt at very short notice as we had some substantial damage to our garage and house roof after the recent bad weather. Dave arrived very promptly, supplied a very competitive quote and undertook the initial house roof work with Matt almost straight away as the roof was leaking. They then returned promptly to fix the garage roof and I can highly recommend them both, a great pair of lads and great work done. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends and will certainly use again if needed.
