Great service given and very good job done repairing our roof

Really impressed with Felix. He was super prompt with supplying a quote and getting round to get the work done on our chimney. It was competitive pricing and done quickly. There's a ten year guarantee so you feel in good hands. His communication was really good and even came over one day in person to tell me when the weather was too bad to do the work. Would use again.

Hi everyone I would really recommend this company for any Roofing repairs. Felix spotted a damaged beam which he repaired but 2 other companies missed it. All the work was completed in the time I was told and they cleared the rubbish and swept up. The guys were friendly and polite. I need future work done and I will be getting them back in.

High Design did a great job replacing our roof from start to finish, within a week of contacting Felix he came out, priced the work, on agreement the scaffolding was up on the Friday and by the end of Monday the work was done. The lads were very efficient and professional and all the rubbish was taken away. We are very happy with the work done and would recommend

Dave has done two separate jobs for me & I couldn’t recommend him more. The two jobs were repairing the ridge tiles on an aging roof and removing a chimney stack. Both were done to a high standard. On both jobs Dave came to quote as soon as he could and then gave realistic time frames to complete the work, when he said he’d be over to do the job; he was. On the quotations he was very clear and honest in his view of the work needing to be done & the options available.

Contacted Dave to repair a leaking bay window on my 3yr old house. He came round quickly and diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote . He returned when he said and completed the repairs to a high standard, also repaired a leaking gutter while he was here. Cheers

After they had finished the paving, they voluntarily went out of their way to do additional work which they didn’t ask to be paid extra for, e.g. tidying my garden, and cutting some wood I had to be used for firewood. Excellent team. Tom returned my call immediately and came around when he said he would and gave me honest assessment of what needed doing - and perhaps more importantly what didn’t need doing - submitted me with a proper detailed estimate in a timely manner. Tom booked me in a week or so later and he and Dean turned up when they said they would. The work took a day or so longer than was expected but with no extra charges and good attention to detail - in fact the team noticed more work was actually required but the price never changed. It was good to have people who knew what they were doing on the job and had attention to detail. Site was left tidy at the end, soffits cleaned and debris removed. Highly recommend these guys, very personable professional outfit and they just get on with the work and hardly taking breaks! Good reputation in my street as they’ve been working on a few of my neighbour’s roofs too.

Great experience throughout. The quote stage was very prompt and easy with numerous photos taken of the roof during the survey to show the issues from closer up. As requested, two options were given for ways to resolve the issues. We were pleased with the quote and scheduling the work was simple with great communication. The two guys who did the work on the day were friendly and seemed very efficient. The work quality appeared excellent. Very easy to deal with and would recommend. Very professional throughout.

Had Ridge tiles rebedding after discovering a leak on my roof rafters and got chimney partially repointed. Scott did a great job had it done in a day, it fixed the problem of the leak. Would highly recommended Scott for any work and will be using again in future for any work.
