Great experience throughout. The quote stage was very prompt and easy with numerous photos taken of the roof during the survey to show the issues from closer up. As requested, two options were given for ways to resolve the issues. We were pleased with the quote and scheduling the work was simple with great communication. The two guys who did the work on the day were friendly and seemed very efficient. The work quality appeared excellent. Very easy to deal with and would recommend. Very professional throughout.

I’ve recently had new gutters and soffits fitted to my bungalow and I cannot recommend Taylor Roofing enough! They arrived nice and early to start the job! I had a leak in the roof of a house I had recently purchased, the quote you receive is very thorough including pictures upon the problem areas. I had my leaky roof fixed in a good time frame to say it was the festive period. After works were completed I received photos to show what had been done. Carried out a roof Repair involving a replacement tile and ridge tile repointing on a pediment. They also checked the felt underneath for any damage. Another great job from Taylor Roofing! I have used this firm for nearly 20 years and always been highly satisfied. Today two smashing blokes named Kev and Geoff came to strengthen a sagging pitched roof for me. What great guys!. They kept me informed of what needed doing every step of the way and they took time to show me photographs of the work they had done before they left. They were really tidy workers, too. Taylor Roofing fitted a new roof to our property and we are really pleased with the results. From initial quote (including photos of work required) through to completion, all the team we've dealt with have been helpful and friendly. In particular, Ryan & Noah who carried out the work were very pleasant, polite and kept things tidy whilst working hard to get the job done in just over 2 days. A refreshing change not to be asked for any payment upfront too - only after completion. We wouldn't hesitate to use Taylor Roofing again and would definitely recommend.

Had to use Dave and Matt at very short notice as we had some substantial damage to our garage and house roof after the recent bad weather. Dave arrived very promptly, supplied a very competitive quote and undertook the initial house roof work with Matt almost straight away as the roof was leaking. They then returned promptly to fix the garage roof and I can highly recommend them both, a great pair of lads and great work done. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends and will certainly use again if needed.

Dave has done two separate jobs for me & I couldn’t recommend him more. The two jobs were repairing the ridge tiles on an aging roof and removing a chimney stack. Both were done to a high standard. On both jobs Dave came to quote as soon as he could and then gave realistic time frames to complete the work, when he said he’d be over to do the job; he was. On the quotations he was very clear and honest in his view of the work needing to be done & the options available.

We had DPR do out GRP fibreglass flat roof. Right from the off they were personable and professional. Neil who did the initial survey was lovely and couldn’t be more helpful and informative. Excellent response time, extremely professional and amazing customer service all second to none. Needed a roof tile replacing during the recent storm. I requested a quote in the evening not thinking I would hear back till the next day, but not only did Darren message me pretty much instantly, he arranged for a team to visit me first thing the next day. I received numerous messages out of working hours to ensure that my emergency was sorted. The roofing team promptly repaired the roof tile as well as sealing a broken gutter (which was not part of the original job) all whilst storm Babet was at its worst. We cannot praise DPR Roofing Wakefield enough and have already contacted them about further work.

We had a small leak on our flat roof extension and didn't know where to go for such a small leak. I tried DPR more in hope than anything and they took the job on immediately. A guy came and looked at the job and confirmed they would be able to fix it sending me a quote later. On the day they arrived we were out initially, but they just got on with the work and finished with a professional job very much to our satisfaction. Clean, tidy workmanship and conducted throughout the process to professional high standards. Very satisfied.

Had a bit of a rush job as our bay window roof was leaking into the lounge. Called Jamie and he offered to come straight away. He looked at the roof and identified the problem almost immediately even though it wasn't obvious. I am very pleased and was happy to pay what I consider to be a fair price for all his help. Just had complete new roof on a semi, new roof on extension and all new soffits gutters and facials all done by Craig and his team. Craig team arrived to replace our ridge tiles yesterday . The lad arrived on time explained the job to me. I had some reservation about how the felt in the loft would be mended. They reassured me it would be fine. They finished the job and cleaned up well. They ended up doing more than the quote to make certain the damaged roof felt was removed and replaced I check the felt in the loft and it is better that I could have dreamed of. GREAT JOB they did not charge any extra for doing it. The roofer said that he does what is necessary to do the job correctly. I would recommend this trader to any body. I am now going to book another job with them in the next few weeks

We would highly recommend Craig Bridges and his team following our full re-roof and Velux window installation. We found them to be professional, knowledgeable, reliable and fast! From the initial visit, where Craig spent time to inspect the roof, using a drone for a closer view and spending time to discuss the job, we felt confident that he would be thorough and knew what he was doing. We received a full quote soon after. Prior to the start of work, Craig was onsite to check materials were all delivered ready for the work to begin. The team did the full re-roof quickly and to a high standard completing a large roof in just 4 days even with heavy rain and for the price we had agreed up front.

Needed to do a whole new re-roof (including fascia, cladding and guttering) of my parents property and quickly as was patched up by home insurance to last a couple of weeks. Was recommended this company by a friend. Came to do a quote within a few days of contact and spent time assessing the roof, rather than just doing drone pics which can’t actually tell you what’s going on under the surface, as had a few of these quotes and were not that beneficial other than calculating measurements. Quote was reasonable compared with the other quotes I had. Craig was very thorough and honest and answered all my queries. He could see the urgency and gave reasonable time lines. Kept me in the loop at every stage. I do not live in the area and the whole job was done without me being there or meeting the team directly but I felt very reassured as Craig updated me and was very approachable. He could see I was interested in the details and was more technical at answering my questions. He is very knowledgeable and definitely knows his stuff, no question about that. The neighbours were so impressed with Craig and his expertise, that they decided to get their roof done at the same time Craig and his team (Luke, Daniel and Scott) worked really hard and got the job done in the time frame stated. Sending me updates and photo’s throughout the week. They cleared up after, leaving everything neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company. Craig is also registered with the NFRC, so all the work is guaranteed and I received the building regulations certificate too, so much less faff than going with a roofer who does not provide this. Decided that I needed new soffits and fascias on my property and chose Northern Roofline after reading positive reviews. Very glad that I did. I had the entire roof replaced on my end terrace back-to-back and couldn't be happier with the professionalism and enthusiasm shown by Bradley and West Leeds Roofing. From the offset with the initial email exchange and drone survey, to communication throughout the large job and the quality of the work undertaken itself, I couldn't be happier. The scaffolding was erected only days before the work began and was removed days afterwards while others on my street have been stuck with it for upwards of a month. Bradley also offered advice on the likely replastering work I'll be requiring next. Great experience and highly recommended.
