Lee and Shaun are great. Had out to our house for several things over past 18months or so. Never badly priced, always explain and check happy with what they plan to do and keep you informed. Highly recommend. Sure they’ll be back at ours for something before we know it!

Our next door neighbour was having work done on their roof by these lads. They came round to let me know that our roof and chimney was very dangerous and on the brink of collapse. I asked them if they'd be able to do the work so they came and gave a quote for the chimney and the gable end redoing. We agreed. Scaffolding was up within a couple of days and the lads came and did the work. Extremely efficient. Lee is a great lad and communication is second to none. Highly recommend these guys

Lee was fantastic. Phoned at 9am. Here by 10am. Did a fantastic job and couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. Really nice guy and would certainly recommend to anyone. Have asked him to come back in spring to do ongoing maintenance to all our roof.

Just resently had a new roof fitted november 2024 by Lee and Shaun from High priority roofing. I found them to be very honest hardworking and the price they quoted was very reasonable. Overall i was extremely pleased with the work they did and even did some extra work for me that wasn't even included in the price. Called in Kel and team who cleared our roof of moss and treated. They also spotted a damaged tile which was changed on same day. Good bunch of guys, tidy and polite. Will use again.

2nd time i've used these great guys, they turn up exactly when they say they will (which is unbelievably fast!) and charge decent rates, they have repaired roof tiles, pointing, sealant, will definitely keep using!

After the recent storm my kitchen roof started leaking, I contacted Phil and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. This is the 5th time I'm using his firm on various properties since 2015. Phil and his team are always professional, efficient, knowledgeable and above all thorough. They walk you through the process and are transparent and honest. On this occasion, Russel discovered that the sealant around the lead had failed in certain places and the water was finding its way in under certain wind conditions, the roof was not leaking all the time when it was raining. Russels advice was to rake all the old sealant out along the lead and then reseal it. He came back in a couple of days to do the job at a very reasonable price. Having a complete re-roof is a daunting prospect. GMC’s approach was incredibly thorough and they gave us invaluable advice before we had even committed to using them. There were various challenges as we got underway (including tricky access which required specialist scaffolding) but all were overcome with careful thought and professional expertise. The quality of work was outstanding, Sarah kept us updated throughout and the whole team were great to work with. We would have no hesitation recommending GMC as an all round 5 star company.

Gavin helped me when my property suddenly sprung a leak. He instantly diagnosed the problem and sent me a professional online quote for me to review. Gavin and his team came and replaced/fixed guttering and two defective tiles on my roof, instantly rectifying the problem. I have just had a unique experience. I was in a petrol station and had forgotten my purse and this wonderful man called Gavin was behind me and offered to pay for my petrol - I said I would reimburse him - his answer was 'don't worry it is my good deed of the day'. On his van he had GMC Roofing. He has restored my faith in human kindness and I would not hesitate to use his company if I needed any roofing carrying out.
