Great experience throughout. The quote stage was very prompt and easy with numerous photos taken of the roof during the survey to show the issues from closer up. As requested, two options were given for ways to resolve the issues. We were pleased with the quote and scheduling the work was simple with great communication. The two guys who did the work on the day were friendly and seemed very efficient. The work quality appeared excellent. Very easy to deal with and would recommend. Very professional throughout.

We would highly recommend Craig Bridges and his team following our full re-roof and Velux window installation. We found them to be professional, knowledgeable, reliable and fast! From the initial visit, where Craig spent time to inspect the roof, using a drone for a closer view and spending time to discuss the job, we felt confident that he would be thorough and knew what he was doing. We received a full quote soon after. Prior to the start of work, Craig was onsite to check materials were all delivered ready for the work to begin. The team did the full re-roof quickly and to a high standard completing a large roof in just 4 days even with heavy rain and for the price we had agreed up front.

Seventh time lucky We have had a leak in our roof around the chimney stack for well over three years and have had six separate roofers out to have a look at it and attempt to fix it. Some returned several times without success and caused us a lot of stress and money. Unfortunately we still had the problem. We were recommended Craig by a friend and wish so much that he had been the first to look at it. He came out to assess the problem and despite his busy schedule organised a tower and scheduled the work in for us. He and his work colleague completed the work in less than a day. They replaced badly fitting roof slates as required and also the rear gutter back cover flashing. They left the site clean and tidy and sent us photos of both before and the after the work was completed. There has been significant rain since the work was completed and there has been no sign of any leakage into the bedroom. We found Craig to be a friendly guy yet very professional. We will definitely be recommending him to others.

Craig team arrived to replace our ridge tiles yesterday . The lad arrived on time explained the job to me. I had some reservation about how the felt in the loft would be mended. They reassured me it would be fine. They finished the job and cleaned up well. They ended up doing more than the quote to make certain the damaged roof felt was removed and replaced I check the felt in the loft and it is better that I could have dreamed of. GREAT JOB they did not charge any extra for doing it. The roofer said that he does what is necessary to do the job correctly. I would recommend this trader to any body. I am now going to book another job with them in the next few weeks

Needed to do a whole new re-roof (including fascia, cladding and guttering) of my parents property and quickly as was patched up by home insurance to last a couple of weeks. Was recommended this company by a friend. Came to do a quote within a few days of contact and spent time assessing the roof, rather than just doing drone pics which can’t actually tell you what’s going on under the surface, as had a few of these quotes and were not that beneficial other than calculating measurements. Quote was reasonable compared with the other quotes I had. Craig was very thorough and honest and answered all my queries. He could see the urgency and gave reasonable time lines. Kept me in the loop at every stage. I do not live in the area and the whole job was done without me being there or meeting the team directly but I felt very reassured as Craig updated me and was very approachable. He could see I was interested in the details and was more technical at answering my questions. He is very knowledgeable and definitely knows his stuff, no question about that. The neighbours were so impressed with Craig and his expertise, that they decided to get their roof done at the same time Craig and his team (Luke, Daniel and Scott) worked really hard and got the job done in the time frame stated. Sending me updates and photo’s throughout the week. They cleared up after, leaving everything neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company. Craig is also registered with the NFRC, so all the work is guaranteed and I received the building regulations certificate too, so much less faff than going with a roofer who does not provide this. Another great job from Taylor Roofing! I have used this firm for nearly 20 years and always been highly satisfied. Today two smashing blokes named Kev and Geoff came to strengthen a sagging pitched roof for me. What great guys!. They kept me informed of what needed doing every step of the way and they took time to show me photographs of the work they had done before they left. They were really tidy workers, too. Taylor Roofing fitted a new roof to our property and we are really pleased with the results. From initial quote (including photos of work required) through to completion, all the team we've dealt with have been helpful and friendly. In particular, Ryan & Noah who carried out the work were very pleasant, polite and kept things tidy whilst working hard to get the job done in just over 2 days. A refreshing change not to be asked for any payment upfront too - only after completion. We wouldn't hesitate to use Taylor Roofing again and would definitely recommend.

Ian was brilliant from beginning to end so polite and friendly and punctual nothing is to much trouble. Our roof is only 4 years old but the original roofers had made a mess on the front part using the wrong valley boards the roof was leaking and we had boards they’d used that was rotting and thick mould, Ian even took pictures of the work so he could show us all the work along the way he showed us the original roofers had not even insulated over 4ft the work is fantastic and he guarantees his work for 5 years and our top floor room is so much warmer we are over the moon we highly recommend.

What an excellent roofer and a really nice man.Such a hard worker. He cleared the front of my roof of moss for 2 hours and it looks very good. He repointed my chimney despite a load of disapproving wasps flying at him. His prices are very reasonable and I would use him again and recommend him for any roofing work.

Absolute life saver. Cannot praise Ian enough. Having had issues over the last 18 months with leaks coming from the two chimney stacks on my roof. Having used an alternative roofer for two attempts to fix them without success and encountered appalling service and attitude from them Ian was a total contrast. Willing and able with detailed information as to the problem. Quick turn around on the work. Fixed the botch job from previous roofer and the original problems. Lovely bloke to boot. We had DPR do out GRP fibreglass flat roof. Right from the off they were personable and professional. Neil who did the initial survey was lovely and couldn’t be more helpful and informative. Then the guys who came to do the job were amazing! Hard working, polite, respectful and the job they did was absolutely top notch. Would highly recommend.

Excellent response time, extremely professional and amazing customer service all second to none. Needed a roof tile replacing during the recent storm. I requested a quote in the evening not thinking I would hear back till the next day, but not only did Darren message me pretty much instantly, he arranged for a team to visit me first thing the next day. I received numerous messages out of working hours to ensure that my emergency was sorted. The roofing team promptly repaired the roof tile as well as sealing a broken gutter (which was not part of the original job) all whilst storm Babet was at its worst. We cannot praise DPR Roofing Wakefield enough and have already contacted them about further work.

I was really happy with DPR roofing, they came out quickly to quote and then to complete the work. We were chuffed as had water coming in to our bedroom ceiling and they sorted it quick. All the men I met were very friendly, polite and professional and did a fantastic job. They were reasonably priced as we wanted to just repair our roof until we can afford a new roof and we were very happy with the work they completed.
