We had a dry verge installed last year by someone from Checkatrade, but they did such a poor job that it started falling off after just 10 months. Thankfully, we got in touch with these roofers, who provided a competitive price and excellent service. They installed a new dry verge properly, securing it with wooden battens for extra durability. They even went the extra mile by replacing a few cracked tiles for free using spare materials they had on hand. I would highly recommend them for any roofing work.

1000% recommend these guys. Had some roofing work done by another company and it failed within the first week of being installed. After being recommended NC we decided to get a quote to fix what the previous roofers had done. We were really happy with the quote and these guys did their absolute best to get us in before the new year. Work looks excellent (and no more leaking!). Couldn't be happier with their work - wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Fantastic work from the guys at NC Roofing. Really pleased with the quality of their work and their professionalism and communication throughout. From attending to give a quote to completion of the work they clearly explained (and showed with photos) what was required and what they had done. Excellent service! Really lovely positive attitudes from the lads who worked hard each day until sun had gone down. Had my roof reridged and my chimney reflaunched, repointed and storm dried. absolutely outstanding 100% decent polite and friendly and have completely sorted out a very very bad roof The same roof had been fixed by 3 other local firms all of who completely ripped me off. Not Colin, him and his team have completely transformed it and we are now finally staying dry. Cannot recommend enough. Dont bother with the cowboys, if you need a roof job doing just call them. Honestly cannot recommend this company enough , they did a fantastic work. The level of service was really good . Had a leak on my roof for 1 year spent thousands on other companies in Bradford . All took money did botch jobs like GRP on my roof or cement my roof . Stopping a temporary leak and when I tried calling them no answer excuses after excuses . That’s when I found frank ryan and sons . Called them gave me a quote fast and easy yes lead time was a bit long however when they did the job they did proper job . Was still leaking after the first job and second however their commitment to customer service is beyond my expectations they came over 7 times didn’t charge me a penny extra just to find the leak even spent 1 whole day . Trusted Trader, and on complete reroofs they offer a 10 Year guarantee. Now the job is complete, I'm glad I chose them. The people. I dealt with Ben Ryan on site and Antonia Ryan when I contacted the office. Both listened to my questions and concerns before answering. Everyone I dealt with with at Frank Ryan and Sons was knowledgeable, skilled, businesslike and easy to get on with. The quote. I was given a quote, not an estimate. And the final bill was what they quoted. The work. I got a complete reroof, chimney pointed, lead work, and gutter. I'm delighted with the quality of the work done. The Price. I don't like parting with money. But I think what I got was definitely worth what I paid. When looking at the price I considered these things. Cost of materials plus scaffolding, skip, etc. VAT. Cost of the actual work. And because I got a complete reroof, I can't ignore the value of the 10 year guarantee I received. In my opinion, my new roof was good value for money. The end result. I've got exactly what I wanted, a roof that I'm confident will stand the test of time. The whole experience was as stress free as getting new roof can be. And although I hate parting with money, I'm glad I did this. A final note about trust. For me, dealing with a roofer is all about trust. I've dealt with Frank Ryan and Sons several times over the last 20 or 30 years. I've always found them to be honest and trustworthy. I'm glad I chose Frank Ryan and Sons.

I first contacted Dylan initially as I had a ridge tile blow off in the winter and he came out within a couple of days to repair. I was looking for a roofer beforehand to do some work and after having a good chat with him I got booked in for the dry system doing on both my roof and garage which involved redoing the ridge tiles and installing dry verge caps. Dylan and Jake did a fantastic job, we're really pleased with the work it looks really smart. Would deffo recommend them as they're no hassle at all just a few coffees here n there

Matthew came out to do a survey on our roof following numerous leaks in the upstairs of our property. We quickly received a full report with photographs and decided to have a full new roof installation. We couldn’t be happier with the work carried out, Matthew and all his team are true professionals that really care about their customers.We were kept fully informed throughout the project, what more can you ask for. Kaleb initially came to inspect the issues and used his a drone to inspect the roof and quickly spotted various problems . He advised me what he thought and gave me a written quote . We arranged a schedule which they stuck too and quickly carried out the work they had quoted for and also some they had not :) Seamless link with the scaffold company who erected and dismantled to suit the progress .
