Great experience throughout. The quote stage was very prompt and easy with numerous photos taken of the roof during the survey to show the issues from closer up. As requested, two options were given for ways to resolve the issues. We were pleased with the quote and scheduling the work was simple with great communication. Excellent response time, extremely professional and amazing customer service all second to none. Needed a roof tile replacing during the recent storm. I requested a quote in the evening not thinking I would hear back till the next day, but not only did Darren message me pretty much instantly, he arranged for a team to visit me first thing the next day. I received numerous messages out of working hours to ensure that my emergency was sorted. The roofing team promptly repaired the roof tile as well as sealing a broken gutter (which was not part of the original job) all whilst storm Babet was at its worst. We cannot praise DPR Roofing Wakefield enough and have already contacted them about further work.

I was really happy with DPR roofing, they came out quickly to quote and then to complete the work. We were chuffed as had water coming in to our bedroom ceiling and they sorted it quick. All the men I met were very friendly, polite and professional and did a fantastic job. They were reasonably priced as we wanted to just repair our roof until we can afford a new roof and we were very happy with the work they completed. We had DPR do out GRP fibreglass flat roof. Right from the off they were personable and professional. Neil who did the initial survey was lovely and couldn’t be more helpful and informative. Had Ridge tiles rebedding after discovering a leak on my roof rafters and got chimney partially repointed. Scott did a great job had it done in a day, it fixed the problem of the leak. Would highly recommended Scott for any work and will be using again in future for any work.

Scott took out a leaking velux and replaced the tiles in my loft conversion in May this year. The quality of the work is excellent and Scott is really friendly and knowledgeable. As they are so busy, I had to wait a while to get the work done but it was absolutely worth it. I will definitely use Scott again if I need any more roof work.

I can’t recommend these guys highly enough, I had two different roofers out to my property in the winter & Scott from SD Roofing was bang on with his diagnoses of what was causing my issue. It’s now all fixed and at a reasonable price. They definitely know what they’re doing & won’t rip you off, first class service!
