Been a total pleasure having Ryan and his team 're-roofing our extension. From the initial contact by phone, to Ryan calling round (right when he said he would) to give us a quote there has pressure but a lot of information about what they were doing from day to day. He showed videos and stills at " each stage of the work to ensure we were happy with their work as it progressed. Ryan's team worked very hard each day and were a pleasure to deal with. I recently had new fascias and gutters replace. All done in one day. Workers were polite and friendly. Cleaned up after they finished. I was very impressed with the work that some of my neighbours are having them sort their houses. Definately need any more work will give them a call.

Can’t recommend this company enough! Patrick came round the day I contacted him and had a look at the work that need to be done on our gutter over bay window as it had not been correctly installed and water was just sitting in the gutter overflowing. He then came back the day after and quoted me a fair price to completely relay the gutter in the correct pitch and angle and now the water runs off freely with not pooling what so ever! If you need any work done to your gutters I would highly recommend Patrick and the team.

The whole team were friendly, knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. Patrick made sure that everything was done exactly as I wanted and Glenn and Dean worked hard throughout to complete the job as quickly as possible without comproming quality. Thoroughly recommended. We originally used another company to do our roof and guttering, etc, which turned out to be a big mistake as things started to go wrong and when I contacted the owner to come and put it right, he ghosted me! I was having problems with my guttering, after contacting a number of roofing companies with no luck, I rang Dryline roofing and guttering. I spoke to Patrick who said he would come out in the afternoon which he did as promised. Patrick assessed the job and gave me a quote which i agreed with. He said he will get the scaffolding up and start the next day. Patrick and two other workers arrived as promised went up to the roof and started work, but after taking some slates off Patrick advised me that the work I previously had done by another roofing company was not carried out that's why I was having problems with the guttering. Patrick took me up to the roof so I could see for myself as I paid a lot of money to that company and got no receipt or guarantee and now they have ghost me, I felt absolutely sick as not for my guttering I would not have known and my roof would be in a worse state. Patrick advised me that I would need a new roof to retify the work that wasn't done and a lot of the slates were broken. Patrick arrived on the Friday with a full crew as it was getting dark early. They stripped the full roof and replaced with all new materials and tiles Patrick took pictures each step of the way and showed and explained what they were doing. I would recommend Dryline roofing to anyone, they were excellent, professional and polite. Patrick and his team worked hard all day making sure my roof was completed on the same day. They cleaned up after themselves and took away all the rubbish leaving the property clean and tidy. Patrick sent me all the pictures of all aspects of the job, I received my invoice and 25 years guarantee. Patrick came out to give us an estimate. He was very pleasant & polite as were the rest of the team when they came to carry out work on our extension roof. Amazing service & great communication! We were getting ridiculous quotes for a leaky chimney & we were recommended Hornby roofing from a friend as a reliable and honest roofer! He identified the problem and despite being busy after the holiday season fitted us in and was done within 40 minutes, took before and after pics so I could see the work that was completed & tidied up after. Would use again as first in mind & would recommend to others!

Ridge tiles needed repointing as water was getting in. Mike came out promptly, reviewed the job and gave me a quote same day. Very happy with the job. 2 ridges re-pointed, neat and tidy and no more water ingress. I would use R&R again.

I cannot thank John and his team enough. These lads had a mammoth task on their hands as this job required that John identified a number of problems caused by previous builders from out of town (cowboys in my opinion), strip the roof back to ensure that there were no fundamental issues or damage inflicted and then replace all existing work and current materials with the best new materials available. I discussed the situation with John before he began so he understood what was needed, and between us we decided on what work was to be completed. From the very first minute on the roof these boys went to town, getting the old mess completely removed and setting about laying top quality membrane, batons and tiles. To say they were well organised is a huge understatement. It was like having machines up there. By the end of day 1 I could already see the impact they'd had, with over 90% coverage already completed. Throughout the days they never faltered in their work commitment and John took me up several times to show me their progress as it happened. The end result is that my home now looks and feels like a new build, with absolutely all previous issues now a thing of the past. The pictures taken don't quite do his work justice, but all I can say is what a legend. I will recommend John and the lads to everyone I speak to, as I don't think his work can be beaten. Simply Superb. Thank you very much for sorting me out. Absolutely Delighted!

I highly recommend Michael. He explained professionally the issues of the roof and chimney. His quote is very clear, honest, and fair and there’s nothing hidden. He repaired the broken tiles and took all the broken bricks down from the roof and cemented it. He handled it carefully. He also repaired my leaking gutter. After replacing the parts of the gutter, he lifted up the hosepipe to the roof to test the leak of the gutter. I was amazed by his skills and care for people. He then cleaned the site to make sure it’s clean and tidy. I can’t praise him enough. You can truly trust him.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Just Property Care Ltd from the very start. Michael McGowan did an amazing job on my Roof Repair. He was polite and friendly. Michael was also meticulous, patient with attention to detail and knowledgeable as he explained what he was going to do and what he had done. I already had before photos. Photos were then taken during the repairs and on completion. The house is a tall 3 storey Victorian Terrace and the party wall joining the neighbour’s roof front and back with mine, had a disintegrating silver foil held in place with bitumen and several broken tiles including a leaking Bay Window. He managed to remove it all, then replacing any broken slates on the neighbour’s side, placing a hidden bonding join underneath, finally placing my tiles in place and sealing both sides together. He left a very nice and well finished Roof and Bay Window. Any broken tiles were replaced on my side. We did have to wait for the dry weather. Once it came the big job was finished in 3 days. Fair priced. Would use again. Thank you Michael.

Really nice guy, took the time to explain through the work he was doing replacing the flashing/repairing my chimney and checked in on how the work was holding up after he had completed.
