Very professional company. From quote to completion I was kept well informed and they understood my worries about a leak and came out promptly to do some initial work. The quote was comprehensive and the work was explained. The team who did the work were polite and explained what they were doing - would definitely recommend.

Ashton roofing were professional, straight talking and very helpful, with great customer service. We were in the middle of trying to sell our house, and required a roof inspection to settle some doubt left by a survey. The work done was quick and thorough, with everything put back in its place, resulting in a useful report with much photo evidence to back it up. Later, when the sale fell through and I was in need of their services again and enquired, they made sure to reach out and offer me a work slot before giving it away to a customer who got in contact after me - a very fair minded and considerate business.

Ashton Roofing resurfaced two roofs for us. One a bay window roof might have been regarded as more conventional but they still did an excellent job with plenty of insulation and efficient drainage. The other roof was a perished leaking concrete roof with worn and leaking roofing felt. Dealing with this roof defeated other companies but Ashton Roofing came up with an innovative and elegant solution which has completely transformed the roof. It’s simply superb. It was also at a very competitive price. I cannot recommend enough.

I had a flat roof replaced recently by ACT Fast. It has been peeing it down since I had the work done, and there are no leaks. Excellent. Thomas showed up, exactly when he said he would, to give an estimate. They also showed up, on the day they said they would, to replace the roof. i had 5 other roofers come out to my property who failed to find a leak on my roof. thomas from actfastroofing and hes team came out and found my issue in the matter of minutes with hes equipment some kind of colour dye to detect the leak. very glad to have found this firm highly recommend very fare in all ways. not pushy gave us the time that we needed to arrange every thing very personal him and hes team

Incredible work by Matt & Phil at SB Property - would highly recommend! Arrived early and got through a re-ridging and full rake out & repoint of our very worn chimney stack in two days from start to finish. After reaching out to many roofers, I contacted Matt & Phil. At the time they were booked up and I can see why as their standards are extremely high so they are clearly in demand. Matt got back to me as soon as they had time to inspect. Matt communicated every step of the way and I was really impressed! I had regular texts and calls to keep me updated and they were on time! Phil and Matt came this week to sort out our gutters. The ends were dripping and there was a leak that meant with the heavy rain water was gushing down the wall. . They sealed the ends, repaired cracks and thoroughly cleaned them. They are professional, polite and 2 really nice blokes that know their stuff. I moved into my property in 2005 when there was an existing issue with my south facing roof over the main bedroom. Many builders have been and attempted to resolve the problems over the years which seems to be a really problem during long spells of prolonged rain and when there are strong winds. We were resigned to using buckets and never being able to decorate the bedroom ceiling again but that’s no longer the case since Ben and his team were recommended. They spent some time looking at possible causes and recommended a suitable solution which was competitive. Since the work had been complete we are again faced with strong winds and heavy rain but after 2 days there is no sign of any water so it looks like , fingers crossed we finally have someone that has resolved the issues. Very tidy, very efficient as well as providing a competitive price. Would definitely recommend.

After repeated damp problems and several companies completing various 'fixes', Ben was recommended from a friend. He was prompt in turning up and identified the problem, it was an issue with a disused chimney stack. He recommended removing it and slating over the area. The work was done quickly and the finish is second to none and not only that- to make the job harder the chimney was dropped working above a glass roof of a conservatory! Could not be happier with the work, and 18 months later no problems whatsoever! Highley recommended Ben and his team!

After several bad builders over the years it was refreshing to have a professional and quality service from start to finish during a recent roof replacement. Communication was excellent, with the team both on- and off-site keeping us up to date with all works. The schedule given was adhered to, despite difficult and challenging weather. In spite of the challenges, the on-site team headed by Sam always proved to be polite and cheerful, ensuring that quality was not compromised. Young & Co completed a roof replacement for our block of flats. They completed an extensive survey for us and provided us with a specification to suit. I can't thank Jimmy and his team at Kenyon Roofing enough for all the work carried out on my roof. I needed my roof completely replaced. We would like to thank Jimmy, Zac and Reece for their hard work over the weekend. We had major issues with our stone gutters causing awful damp issues in our bedroom and kitchen. They have completely re-lead lined the whole area front and side and the chimney taking the lead under two/three roof tiles. They also re-pointed the ridge tiles. They kindly took photos and videos of the work they had done. We are delighted with it and hope to have a damp free winter. We highly recommend Kenyon Roofing Ltd. Very happy with the work carried out by Kenyon roofing - Jimmy very easy to communicate with and sent a team out very quickly to assess issues with stone gutter and chimney. Quotations done with photos and I was given thorough explanations of the issues I was having and the solutions to these. Called Danny the day after really strong winds and suffering roof damage and he came out immediately to recover a ridge tile which could have slid off the roof and damaged a vehicle or causing injury to a person - his customer service was impeccable! He then attended at a later date to carry out the repair and inspect the rest of the roof. Faultless work, competitively priced, excellent service and generally Danny and his colleague really great guys - highly recommended for any roofing repairs.

Having contacted a number of local roofers Danny was the only company to respond. Never used before and was a little worried as usually go by word of mouth. Having read Google reviews took a chance and now have a good roofer to add to trusted professionals I'd have no hesitation in recommending. Danny called and assessed condition of roof. Explained work needed wasn't urgent and actually advised me to save my money. However accepted my wish to have work done and arranged to come back another day. Arrived on time and prepared, really genuine people and very trustworthy. Also looked at our flat roof and advised on products for us to maintain the life and save money by doing ourselves. Fixed parts of our flat roof (despite not planning to as agreed work was on the main slate roof) assessed chimney stack. Really impressed with work, approach and cost is both reasonable and affordable. I also checked to confirm that as advertised that SAFEWAY Building and Roofing is a trusted trader on TMBC approved list and found that it is. Thanks again guys will use again without hesitation.

Recommended roofer. I called Shaun after I noticed my roof was leaking and that I needed a few slates replacing. Shaun asked for some photos and was able to use them to put a quote together within the hour. He also agreed to get out to us in the following week. Although it snowed on and off for the next three days two of Shaun’s team arrived early in the morning to fix my roof. The lads were keen, professional and quick to do the work all for a very reasonable price. Finding good people is not always easy so I’ll definitely be calling Shaun first for any future roof work.

We used Lee to repair our roof last winter. He made safe and secure for the winter and advised full re roof needed. We got Lee back to do a full re roof. He was always polite. Answered his phone. Did what he said he was, when he said he would. Very fair price. Completely took the stress out of a stressful situation having a new baby. LG recently replaced the roof on my outrigger. The scaffolding turned up when Lee said it would, and Lee and Jack completed the work in the agreed timeframe, even though it was more complicated than first thought (and the weather didn't help!) Their work is of very high standard, and was conducted diligently and with professionalism. I'd highly recommend LG Roofing.
