We would like to thank Jimmy, Zac and Reece for their hard work over the weekend. We had major issues with our stone gutters causing awful damp issues in our bedroom and kitchen. They have completely re-lead lined the whole area front and side and the chimney taking the lead under two/three roof tiles. They also re-pointed the ridge tiles. They kindly took photos and videos of the work they had done. We are delighted with it and hope to have a damp free winter. We highly recommend Kenyon Roofing Ltd. After several bad builders over the years it was refreshing to have a professional and quality service from start to finish during a recent roof replacement. Communication was excellent, with the team both on- and off-site keeping us up to date with all works. The schedule given was adhered to, despite difficult and challenging weather. In spite of the challenges, the on-site team headed by Sam always proved to be polite and cheerful, ensuring that quality was not compromised. Ashton roofing were professional, straight talking and very helpful, with great customer service. We were in the middle of trying to sell our house, and required a roof inspection to settle some doubt left by a survey. The work done was quick and thorough, with everything put back in its place, resulting in a useful report with much photo evidence to back it up. Later, when the sale fell through and I was in need of their services again and enquired, they made sure to reach out and offer me a work slot before giving it away to a customer who got in contact after me - a very fair minded and considerate business.

Shaun and his team replaced the roof and repointed the chimney in under three days. Very organised and gave a comprehensive quote on all work needed. Brilliant service!

Recommended roofer. I called Shaun after I noticed my roof was leaking and that I needed a few slates replacing. Shaun asked for some photos and was able to use them to put a quote together within the hour. He also agreed to get out to us in the following week. Although it snowed on and off for the next three days two of Shaun’s team arrived early in the morning to fix my roof. The lads were keen, professional and quick to do the work all for a very reasonable price. Finding good people is not always easy so I’ll definitely be calling Shaun first for any future roof work.

I contacted Shaun, after my insurers roofer took 5 months to complete repairs after the tornado. He did a very poor job that required all of his shoddy work replacing. My neighbour recommended Shaun and he's on the Trading standards approved Trusted Trader website. He came out gave a quote including the scaffolding and skip hire. My insurers agreed to pay for the roof to be redone. The elapsed time to complete the work was just under 2 weeks that included errecting and dismantling scaffolding. The roof repair only took 4 days. I even caught him on CCTV walking round the garden picking up every last bit debris after the scaffolding had been removed. Excellent job. I hope I never have to have the roof repaired again, but if I do Shaun will be the first person I call.

After reaching out to many roofers, I contacted Matt & Phil. At the time they were booked up and I can see why as their standards are extremely high so they are clearly in demand. Matt got back to me as soon as they had time to inspect. Matt communicated every step of the way and I was really impressed! I had regular texts and calls to keep me updated and they were on time! The job they did was great too. They were really considerate and polite. They cleaned up and the job was done to a high standard. Boden's replaced my gutters and completed some minor repairs. Friendly service and a good job done at a good price. They even removed an old Satalite dish at no extra cost.

Boden Property Maintenance came out to sort out the chimney after birds got in, and fixed some broken slates and repointed too. They were superb - no fuss, just a fantastic job at a reasonable cost. I would 100% recommend using them.

I highly recommend Michael. He explained professionally the issues of the roof and chimney. His quote is very clear, honest, and fair and there’s nothing hidden. He repaired the broken tiles and took all the broken bricks down from the roof and cemented it. He handled it carefully. He also repaired my leaking gutter. After replacing the parts of the gutter, he lifted up the hosepipe to the roof to test the leak of the gutter. I was amazed by his skills and care for people. He then cleaned the site to make sure it’s clean and tidy. I can’t praise him enough. You can truly trust him.

Michael did a brilliant job on our roof repair. He came out to inspect our leaky chimney stack and identified the problems. He took plenty of photos and patiently talked us through what the problems were and how he’d fix them. He offered a very fair price for the work and managed to fit us in at a time that worked for us. He took more photos as he progressed through the work giving updates. Since the job he’s messaged multiple times after rainy weather to make sure everything is all ok. Without a doubt would recommend him.

Our flat roof blew off in the recent storm. I rang MW Roofing the day it blew (Sunday) and within 2hrs they arrived and assessed the damage and fitted a temporary cover. The service was excellent. If you have an emergency I would highly recommend them. They have been in regular contact and have also provided an estimate to submit to the insurance company. 5 star service

Good site but not what I wanted

Fitted our guttering today. Extremely pleased with the job and with the service they provided, nothing was too much trouble. When I contacted them, they contacted me back straight away. They said they would here at certain time and they arrived early, and they left my garden clean and tidy. I would recommend this company to anyone
