I was desperately in need of an actual roofer due to idiotic experiences in the past with cowboy roofers promising the world and then let me down with poor quality of work Manchester roofing contractors ltd came out prioritised my ridges and some damaged felt on my roof all I have to say is I’m really pleased with the repairs they done for me and genuinely couldn’t complain complain too quality for excellent value highly recommend to anyone cheers guys there’s no more drips 👍

We have had some work taken out on our roof after the recent storms and we are exceptionally happy with the repairs which this team has completed so that our house is watertight again. The lads were very polite and on time and we are over the moon with everything.

Michael McGowan did an amazing job on my Roof Repair. He was polite and friendly. Michael was also meticulous, patient with attention to detail and knowledgeable as he explained what he was going to do and what he had done. I already had before photos. Photos were then taken during the repairs and on completion. The house is a tall 3 storey Victorian Terrace and the party wall joining the neighbour’s roof front and back with mine, had a disintegrating silver foil held in place with bitumen and several broken tiles including a leaking Bay Window. He managed to remove it all, then replacing any broken slates on the neighbour’s side, placing a hidden bonding join underneath, finally placing my tiles in place and sealing both sides together. He left a very nice and well finished Roof and Bay Window. Any broken tiles were replaced on my side. We did have to wait for the dry weather. Once it came the big job was finished in 3 days. Fair priced. Would use again. Thank you Michael.

I highly recommend Michael. He explained professionally the issues of the roof and chimney. His quote is very clear, honest, and fair and there’s nothing hidden. He repaired the broken tiles and took all the broken bricks down from the roof and cemented it. He handled it carefully. He also repaired my leaking gutter. After replacing the parts of the gutter, he lifted up the hosepipe to the roof to test the leak of the gutter. I was amazed by his skills and care for people. He then cleaned the site to make sure it’s clean and tidy. I can’t praise him enough. You can truly trust him.

Ashton roofing were professional, straight talking and very helpful, with great customer service. We were in the middle of trying to sell our house, and required a roof inspection to settle some doubt left by a survey. The work done was quick and thorough, with everything put back in its place, resulting in a useful report with much photo evidence to back it up. Absolutely love our green roof on our shed! We’re not the only ones too - the wildlife love it too! It’s great seeing news, butterflies and birds enjoying it. The sedum was straight forward to apply and it’s great it’s light weight. Wish we could do our house roof too! And visually, it makes our garden so much nicer too. A year on and the green roof is doing really well. Felt the need to water it during that dry May month but otherwise it looks after itself. Beautiful and a good sponge to slow the deluges before they flood the stream.

Our flat roof looks amazing with this living roof on. The company have been great through ordering to aftercare, offering advice and detailed installation guides. The roof was really easy to install and took well with minimal maintenance. 'Renown Roofing' recently replaced one of the valleys on my roof as well as attending to some other minor repairs. Their service was absolutely superb and I cannot fault them in any way. The work was undertaken with the minimum of fuss or mess and was completed to the highest standard. Trying to find someone who would replace a skylight, on a Victorian house, wasn’t easy. Renown took on the job, Steve, Connor and Daniel were excellent. They also removed chimney pots and repaired the stacks. 😁

One of the most professional contract teams I have had the pleasure of using. We hired Aaron and his team, at very short notice, to replace a 70 year old former council house roof. Work was completed to an outstanding standard within 8 working days of first speaking to Aaron. All team members were polite, professional and time keeping was prompt. ALB roofing Developments Ltd. are members of the NFRC and I read some excellent reviews prior to making my decision to use their services. Response times to emails; as well as the time it took to quote were quick (thanks to Megan for this). The work was carried out by a team of 4 who worked extremely hard in awful weather conditions. They were courteous, cleaned up each day, and the work took 4 days to complete. The MD (who advised me that he has roof OCD) inspected everything at the end of the job, and I now have a brand new roof with a 10 year guarantee. I would highly recommend this company.
