My first visit to the practice today after moving from a dentist outside of the area. Contact on the phone was easy and a convenient first check up was arranged. When I arrived the people on reception were polite, friendly and professional. I saw a nurse/technician? first for a scan then the dentist for my check up. Both appointments were on time. After seeing the dentist it was recommended I also see the hygienist, and an appointment was arranged for later that day. On returning later, that appointment was also on time. All three appointments went smoothly and I was very happy with the outcome. Some routine wear and tear work has been recommended and the decision was left with me whether I wanted to go ahead or not. I booked two more routine appointments for the same in six months time, while I was there. Overall very happy with the experience and the service I received today, and hopefully the start of a successful long term service.

An amazing dental practice that I have been a customer of for around 14 years. The dental practice is lovely and super modern. The reception team are always welcoming. Our dentist Mo is very nice and caring, putting my daughter and I at ease. I look forward to visiting again and recommend this practice to all. Thank you team!

There’s a lot of Dentists to choose from in Cheadle Hulme. I went with this dentist for its opening times as they are more flexible for those who work full time. As soon as I stepped inside I knew I’d made the right choice. The clinic is not just clean, it’s modern and deceivingly big. The staff could not have been more thorough and helpful. My dentists Suzie immediately put me at my ease and Georgie was great in sorting out all the paperwork and appointments. The whole expertise was smooth and efficient with a caring approach. Would definitely recommend.

My daughter was a patient at Cheadle Hulme Dental recently - this is her feedback: I was extremely excited for my Invisalign course but a bit nervous for my frenectomy procedure. I have now finished the course and I’m happy to say I’m very pleased with the outcome, it’s better than I expected following the frenectomy. The staff were so great and supportive towards me because I really am afraid of injections. They were extremely patient and didn’t rush me at all. I would highly recommend

Since first going to this dental practice Dr Shah and the team have looked after my dental health with great care and attention. They always explain aspects of my dental care in detail and make sure that I know how best to look after my teeth, in particular gum care.

I registered with this dental practice last year and the care I have had is amazing! I feel that I am getting the best possible treatment, the dentists are so thoughtful and planned my treatments in line with my financial ability. I had to have an emergency appointment and was treated immediately with the best care. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

The front-of-house team at this dental practice are wonderfully welcoming. Like many, I have a mild dental phobia (or what’s commonly referred to as being a nervous patient), but the front-of-house team always put me at ease with their warmth and friendliness. They never seem to forget a name or a face, which adds a personal touch that makes each visit feel more comfortable. Dr. Neehal and Dr. Arfeen are exceptional. Their bedside manner is fantastic, and they show genuine care and interest—not just in your teeth, but in you as a person. They always provide top-notch advice and explain everything clearly, so you understand exactly what needs to be done and why. Even though I moved from Didsbury years ago, I still make the one-hour round trip for my hygiene appointments and check-ups. My teeth are in the best condition they’ve ever been, thanks to the excellent care and guidance of this team. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dental needs. Huge thanks to everyone at the practice for all that you do!

This review is long overdue I have been meaning to write it for last couple of months. My partner was in so much pain with his tooth and I contacted this clinic at 11:30pm and they told him to set off straight away. The dentist was amazing with him, immediately made sure his tooth was numbed and pain free and performed a root canal there and then and saved his tooth and removed some other damaged pieces of tooth which were also causing him problems. He was back home relaxed and relieved within 2 hours. He has had no issues whatsoever following his visit and he said the clinic was immaculate and the dentist was so professional. Highly recommend this clinic. Thank you so much for your amazing service.

10/10 Service and Experience! Dr Nihad and Dental Nurse Amy were amazing with me. I am so scared of the dentist so after being told I needed a Root Canal I was terrified. They made the process so comfortable and as pain free as possible and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more. I will now be a forever returning customer for anything dental!

Due to the numb pain in my tooth crown, I visited Riyo Dental. I booked an appointment on Saturday evening and had my consultation on Sunday at 2 p.m., which was very convenient and efficient. Dr Jabir conducted a thorough examination and took X-rays, confirming that I didn’t have a cracked tooth. The whole experience made me feel very peaceful. The location is excellent, and the clinic is very clean. I found them to be reliable and honest, and I would highly recommend them.

Had an emergency appointment on Sunday 3rd of November with severe tooth ache. Making an appointment was very easy and was seen by Dentist Dr Ali. I was immediately made to feel at ease and after my consultation my options were clearly explained to me and tooth extraction was my chosen option 20 minutes after arriving I was leaving , being treated and pain free.. The next day a follow up from the surgery via text arrived just to check I was well after my treatment. Thank you Dr Ali and your assistant

I had a severe toothache in the midnight and contacted the clinic and they immediately booked me in for the earliest time slot next morning, Dr Hasan did a perfect root canal treatment and my pain was gone after the session. And I've never had issues after that. Highly recommended.

Dr Ali was great. Very welcoming, explained the situation really well and fully explained all options available. During the procedure the team were detailed with their actions and I couldn’t ask for a better service!

Absolutely terrified of dentists , but necessary as massive hole on tooth causing severe issues. Dr Hassan was brilliant . Explained it well. Very gentle calm manner. Extracted the tooth as too far gone. But the relief 😂 Can't recommend him enough . Price was a bit ouch though totalling 350 but what price your sanity ? Top man , top service same day appointment. Don't be in pain. Book him

Really welcoming and understanding of anxiety issues. The hygienist I saw was very informative, gave some great advice and made me feel comfortable. Would recommend!

I came in today to have two new crowns fitted. Mat and his lovely assistant Elle did a great job, they chatted to me throughout to make you feel at ease. Paula the hygiene specialist is also great as are the team on reception. Fantastic job all round "thanks guys" Kev

I asked to be put on the NHS waiting list as there was no space currently, however, within minutes I had a call back saying some vacancies had just come come up out of the blue. I'm very grateful as I had just been advised by the hospital to get an appointment. Thanks for caring!

This was my first visit to Glen Mae dental practice. I was greeted by the very busy reception staff who were lovely and welcoming. There were lots of patients waiting to be seen but I didn’t wait long before my name was called. Meeting the dentist and his nurse I felt reassured I was in good hands. I left feeling confident and looking forward to my next appointment!

Even tho I arrived 20 mins late i was still greeted with smiles. I felt like I was treated like a human all the way through. Everyone was lovely they didn't judge or critiqued they listened and understood. As someone that gets nervous I was in a calm state. Top service thank you.

Amazing staff from start to finish. Implants top and bottom full arches didn’t feel a thing. Great service and kept me informed at all times. James, Jonny and Emily from start to finish were great and all the other staff were brilliant too

What an amazing dentist with such lovely passionate people who love their job and go beyond! My mum had a major procedure done who is usually petrified of going to the dentist and because they looked after her so well she was absolutely fine and the work she's had done is amazing so iv chosen to go with them myself and have work done myself. Everybody is so friendly especially P the receptionist she is so helpful and genuine and the dentists are genuine and want what's best for you personally. Highly recommend they are superb. Can't thank the team enough for looking after my mum.

Just received my final set of zirconia teeth. What do you say? Six months from start to finish. The staff were amazing, taking me through it a step at a time, providing me with everything I need as I needed it. This does cost a lot of money so I checked a few surgeries out first. I really liked what I saw with New Life Teeth and they completely delivered. I cannot recommend these highly enough, the price is right and the treatment is perfect. Cheers James, cheers Ruth.

I did my Invisalign with Tony-Anne and she was amazing! I’ve been coming to the fold for the past two years and have had the best dental experience. I love my smile and love that Tony-Anne only recommended what was best for my smile rather than doing anything and everything (which I initially wanted). She was supportive about what I wanted and did everything to make my smile what I wanted

I recently visited the fold dentistry.Lance Knight put me at ease as soon as I met him reassuring me that he could fix my teeth my treatment is still on going but the work Lance has done up to now I can not fault, i trust the end results will be 5* i would 💯 recommend Lance and his team.thank you.

I’ve been coming to The Fold for maybe a year or so now. Always feel so welcome across all aspects from the reception team through to treatment ☺️ I’ve never really been to the dentist so was apprehensive, but wanted to invest in my teeth for a long time. Huge shout out to both Dr. Claire & Laura on all my treatments, from Invisalign through to composite. I’ve never really smiled until now! & honestly didn’t think I could. & just to add on, I love how personalised & normal they are to be around, makes the experience of sitting in the chair for hours a more enjoyable but relaxed one 💕

I had my veneers done by Lance back in 2009. When the time came to get them re-done in 2024, I didn’t hesitate to return. He’s so warm and friendly and really makes you feel relaxed and that you’re in safe hands. He’s an exceptionally skilled dentist and his cosmetic work is impeccable, and natural - no Turkey teeth! He makes sure you are 100% happy and nothing feels like too much trouble. When I next need new veneers, I wouldn’t hesitate to return - please don’t retire before then Lance! Special mention to the reception staff and dental nurses too - they are also really friendly like Lance and make you feel very much welcome.

What a pleasant experience. The hygienist named Niamh was so considerate, lots of knowledge, her delivery was of a pristine level .. I thought I was seeing a hygienist but her quality of service supersedes the best dentist in the world. No pain experienced throughout the whole treatment unlike other dentist .. Highly recommended and most definitely will be back asap. The receptionist named Laura is also extremely helpful , understanding and literally deserves 2 promotions.

Dr Batt is a part of our family. I first visited him as part of his old practice, and I ensure to visit him at Gartside St. He has helped my family countless times, including curing my wife's severe phobia of dentists - she now looks forward to going to see him, and her family now visit Dr Batt for all dental checkups and procedures. His team are professionals and excellent in all they do. I cannot recommend them enough, and I recommend to anyone who seeks excellent service and genuine care.

I recently had root canal treatment and a crown and as usual I received a first class professional service from Dr Bhatt and his team. They are friendly, caring and informative and since I have been coming here I am much more confident with my smile and dental care. I would definitely recommend this excellent practice.

I have been a patient of Dr Nilesh for more than 3 years and the minimum I can give is five stars. I had a serious problem with a wisdom tooth and my face was swollen and after the extraction not only my pain was immediately gone, but the symmetry of my face was restored in a few months. I have since removed another wisdom tooth which was also causing problem and again the service was top notch. Although I am not a dentist, every time I go for an appointment or hygiene it feels like I am on a dentist class with the explanation of the procedure. I genuinely cannot recommend another place if you need dental care.

I havent been to any dentist in 4 years, keept postponing as it took me many years to find my previous dentist (not in UK). Eventually my gums gave up and I had no choice but to get a check up. I am SO Happy I found this place! I booked up for a checkup, thinking it would be maybe weeks till I get a descaling apptm. that I desperately needed. But - I had my check up, and was asked if I wanted a descaling then and there. Now, I had always struggled with that, sensitive, weak gums, the seat is more or less a torture chair - and often times, a lenghty process. Not this time. The reassurance from both Bethan and her assistant made the process made such a difference: both were telling me what is happening, which area was going to get targeted next and how well I am doing (sounds silly but it helped a lot) and I didnt feel rushed when I needed a minute. Also surprisingly it felt so much quicker than any of my previous experiences. I have always felt anxious and insecure to go to dentist, I am sure most of us dread the word, but I can say with confidence that I am looking forward for my 6mths checkup. I haven't been to a dentist in many years following a bad experience and anxiety. This place, however, is different. Dentist & nurse are down to earth, accomodating and most importantly to me, gentle. They also have a solid website with visible availability so it's easy to book. I was 15 mins late to my appointment and they still saw me, so a big thank you for that.

Finished my course of treatment by Charlie and Joanne and my next appointment is in 6 months. Honestly a calming experience it has been. No nervousness waiting to go in and so friendly and professional. Feels like I've known them for years. My only complaint is that I wasn't in the chair long enough to have a good chat with them both.
