Had Neil and Hannah for 2 tooth extractions under local anaesthetic. It was so quick and painless. They made me feel comfortable and safe, even had a great little chat. Definitely recommend

I was referred by my dentist for a tooth extraction for Saturday 11 Jan. I was treated superbly from reception to surgery. I was informed throughout the extraction as to the procedure. I can't praise the practice anymore than thank you and will follow advice and the guidance sheet given to me. No pain or after effects. Peter

Really, high quality care, excellent treatment, and follow up advice after the extraction, received written instructions on after care at home and sterile cotton wool, if any bleeding occured. Thought this was really caring and professional. Plus it was helpful to have the care instructions written, I usually forget. I was very nervous patient, Chris and staff they totally put me at ease. Big shout out to Chris and the dental nurses also reception staff. You're amazing.

This was my first visit to Glen Mae dental practice. I was greeted by the very busy reception staff who were lovely and welcoming. There were lots of patients waiting to be seen but I didn’t wait long before my name was called. Meeting the dentist and his nurse I felt reassured I was in good hands. I left feeling confident and looking forward to my next appointment!

I came in today to have two new crowns fitted. Mat and his lovely assistant Elle did a great job, they chatted to me throughout to make you feel at ease. Paula the hygiene specialist is also great as are the team on reception. Fantastic job all round "thanks guys" Kev

I asked to be put on the NHS waiting list as there was no space currently, however, within minutes I had a call back saying some vacancies had just come come up out of the blue. I'm very grateful as I had just been advised by the hospital to get an appointment. Thanks for caring!

Exceptional service. My mother had broken her palette late in the evening. I rang Sale denture clinic straight away and an appointment was booked med for the next morning and repaired within the hour. Highly recommend for denture repairs and the customer service is excellent.

I needed an urgent denture repair on New Year's Eve just as they were closing. They stayed open to fix it for me which was greatly appreciated. Fantastic customer service. I was given some good advice for future denture treatment. Thoroughly recommend.

This review is long overdue I have been meaning to write it for last couple of months. My partner was in so much pain with his tooth and I contacted this clinic at 11:30pm and they told him to set off straight away. The dentist was amazing with him, immediately made sure his tooth was numbed and pain free and performed a root canal there and then and saved his tooth and removed some other damaged pieces of tooth which were also causing him problems. He was back home relaxed and relieved within 2 hours. He has had no issues whatsoever following his visit and he said the clinic was immaculate and the dentist was so professional. Highly recommend this clinic. Thank you so much for your amazing service.

Absolutely amazing service! The experience has been exceptional. I had been waiting for a NHS referral for more than 2 months and pain was simply unbearable and not responding to painkillers, and my regular dentist was no help at all. I got the appointment with Riyo within an hour, went in for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction late Friday night. The nurse and the dentist opened the surgery for the emergency treatment. Dr.Nihad was friendly, caring and brilliant! The procedure which my regular dentist said would be complex and challenging, took him only about few minutes to complete and was done smoothly. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Due to the numb pain in my tooth crown, I visited Riyo Dental. I booked an appointment on Saturday evening and had my consultation on Sunday at 2 p.m., which was very convenient and efficient. Dr Jabir conducted a thorough examination and took X-rays, confirming that I didn’t have a cracked tooth. The whole experience made me feel very peaceful. The location is excellent, and the clinic is very clean. I found them to be reliable and honest, and I would highly recommend them.

I have been a patient at the practice for many years now. Due to some trauma caused by a dentist in my childhood (not one at Bupa Sale) I have a lot of anxiety surrounding the dentist. Every time I see a dentist at the practice I explain my trauma and anxieties to them and they are always so helpful, compassionate and understanding and most importantly for me, they respect my wishes as the patient. I cannot praise the staff enough!

I am a nervous patient but I have always been made to feel very comfortable by Jennifer. She is always kind and patient with me. The reception staff are always very friendly and helpful and I have always been able to get an appointment when needed.

Having suffered with anxiety and nerves all my life going to the dentist is a very difficult task. I am normally early to all appointments I have as a way to deal with said nerves, so today was a bad day as I got the time wrong and started to feel myself getting flustered to put it mildly, however the amazing receptionist (sorry I didn't catch your name) seen my distress assured me not to worry or panick as she would speak to the Dr (Dr yang) and see if there was anything they could do to accommodate. They did and I managed to get seen by the amazing Dr Yang and I was made to feel comfortable whilst in the chair and all i can say is they went beyond expectations and were so kind and made what could have been a hellish experience for me very pleasant. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment. 10/10 across the board. Thank you 😊

My niece has asked me to review here dental work, having phoned many dentists, dentology was able thanks to Samantha, to give me the answers and information that I could not get from any other practice. Work was done over two weeks including crowns, deep root canal and all fillings, we only had two weeks before her flight back to texas and the treatment plan was perfect. Wow wow what can I say about this dentist Dr hana so amazing should put mu mind at ease and made me feel comfortable and and the fear off dentist went away fast the staff great here and the dental nurse who so kind and caring about there patients and it’s clean and tidy place local area Chorlton and definitely recommend this private dentist to anybody. I’m over the moon with Dr Hannah she’s so nice a lovely lady to talk to and friendly. I’ll close my eyes and my treatments were done. That’s what we need. I didn’t feel nothing at all when she was doing my teeth, can’t wait to go back and it’s nice have regular checkups and regular hygienist help maintain the teeth hygiene is priority. Absolutely I love this place. They really look after me made my day. What a credit to the team dr hana I was embarrassed about my teeth and she’s non-judgemental and I was getting scared but she assured me that was going to be okay. That’s all what we need in dentist or not as bad as People make them out to be the staff really look at after me here I was scared anxious and the hygienist is really lovely here and they looked after me very very patient and kind and showed me empathy because I was scared and nervous but it really went well. I went to another appointment last week and it went well. I’m so proud of myself to feel the fear I went to get my dental treatment done because hygiene is priority dental hygiene especially the dentist are not as bad as people make them out to be an absolute love it that needs a dentist. Definitely recommend this one actually nice the stuff is so nice and kind that when all we need. Good dental hygiene and good dental care I’ll definitely be back again soon. This is my second time there now sorry I have to update the review because too many spelling mistakes predictive text but it’s very hard to find a dentist local area so happy with this one private dental care. What a great place!!!! I desperately needed a tooth removed, my own dentist said it was too tricky so he could not do it! I made a call to Dental Triage at 18:15pm and by 22:00pm my tooth was removed with ease and pain free. Great experience all round. Thank You.

Needed an emergency appointment on a Sunday. I rang at 10am and was seen by 2pm. Dentist explained all of my options, the costs and we set a treatment plan. The team were very caring and sensitive to my needs. They listened to me and acted on what I told them. I would highly recommend this dental surgery.

Called at 12 o'clock made an appointment for 6 30 pm very easy, arrived and was seen and was advised to have tooth out which I did.. Couple of injections in my gum sat waiting for 10 minutes and the tooth was out pain free. Fantastic service by the dentist. Very clean and professional. Fran on reception was very nice and very helpfull, even got a call back of Fran the day after to see if I was OK. 5 star service from start to finish...

I was in agony with one of my wisdom teeth and they were in regular communication with me to help me get an appointment the next day. My tooth was taken out with no issues and everyone was really lovely and friendly! Would highly recommend!

I have been a patient at the Valance practice fo over 40 years. I have never had any problems or negative experiences with the treatment provided. I always get to speak to an advisor and if I need emergency treatment they always fit me in . All the dentists that have treated me always provide advice and support that is beneficial to me . thank you very much to everyone at the practice who helped me get sorted out with my root canal treatment last month and yesterday. The dentist I saw was Jonathan Skidmore and dental nurse Zoe and they made me feel so welcomed, looked after and felt that I was in really good hands. The treatment has been a massive success and I’m happy with the outcome. I also wanted to say thank you to Abdul who organised my appointment and I was able to bring me in at short notice due to my symptoms, I was extremely grateful for this! I work in private medical care and I often forget how daunting it can be like to be the patient, but the level of care, knowledge and professionalism has been second to none and I really wanted to say I heartfelt thank you, for not making me want to dread dental treatment! Looking forward to continuing with more treatment later in the year.

Such a lovely dentist with lovely staff. They make you feel so at ease and explain everything very clearly. I never dread coming to the dentist. I usually see Tiphanie and Natalie who are both super friendly and super professional. Can’t recommend enough.

Had a private emergency dental appointment last Friday. Receptionist took my call and swiftly arranged an appointment at 3pm on the same day. Very helpful and efficient. No time wasted. I received care from Tiphanie and Catherine. Both were very professional and friendly making the whole experience a very pleasant one. Tiphanie was very careful and patient explaining what to expect from an emergency appointment, examining my problem and explaining my options. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental centre to anyone.
