I have been going to this Dentist for quite a number of years now. The service is outstanding, they always have time if you are in desperate need for an appointment. The staff are very friendly and make going to the dentist not as bad as you think!

The staff are nothing short of amazing. It contributes hugely to my appointments.

My family and I have been using this dentist for several years and they have always been outstanding. Friendly, helpful and our teeth are brilliantly cared for. 5 star service.

What an amazing first experience at Butterfly Dental Practice. I had my first hygienist appointment with Ellen and it was a brilliant experience. I get super nervous going to the dentist but i felt so at ease and Ellen explained each step to me. I didn’t even feel her cleaning my teeth it was that comfortable. I recently had a hygienist appointment with Faryal and dental nurse Qudsia, and I was incredibly impressed by their professionalism and kindness. They both maintained a calm and reassuring demeanor throughout the appointment. The reception staff were also very polite and welcoming. The entire practice is well-managed and efficient. I have been a patient at the practice for many years now. Due to some trauma caused by a dentist in my childhood (not one at Bupa Sale) I have a lot of anxiety surrounding the dentist. Every time I see a dentist at the practice I explain my trauma and anxieties to them and they are always so helpful, compassionate and understanding and most importantly for me, they respect my wishes as the patient. I cannot praise the staff enough!

My son has additional needs and up until 3 months ago he refused to even sit in the dentists chair for a check up. When he finally did his molar was so decayed it needed extraction. Beth carried it out under sedation and was incredible. Her calmness, expertise and bedside manner were exceptional and the procedure was completed without any issues or distress. I would recommend DCO every time - I have been extremely happy with them. Prices are reasonable and we didn’t have to wait at all to be seen.

Really, high quality care, excellent treatment, and follow up advice after the extraction, received written instructions on after care at home and sterile cotton wool, if any bleeding occured. Thought this was really caring and professional. Plus it was helpful to have the care instructions written, I usually forget. I was very nervous patient, Chris and staff they totally put me at ease. Big shout out to Chris and the dental nurses also reception staff. You're amazing.

Had Neil and Hannah for 2 tooth extractions under local anaesthetic. It was so quick and painless. They made me feel comfortable and safe, even had a great little chat. Definitely recommend

Wonderful dental practice ,which recently added some lovely touches such as free water and travel size toothpaste. Lovely doctors who are always happy to listen than do the work after.(Very important !) Visiting Dr.Hannifa on a regular basis but Dr.Tom is equally as good and happy to help with anything he can. The most amazing Hygienist is Natalie who simply loves "picking " and cleaning with wide knowledge and attention to details. Last but not least, the ladies at reception are kind and caring and love a good chat. Returning there as a customer evendough i moved away as im never disappointed. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit to Glen Mae dental practice. I was greeted by the very busy reception staff who were lovely and welcoming. There were lots of patients waiting to be seen but I didn’t wait long before my name was called. Meeting the dentist and his nurse I felt reassured I was in good hands. I left feeling confident and looking forward to my next appointment!

I asked to be put on the NHS waiting list as there was no space currently, however, within minutes I had a call back saying some vacancies had just come come up out of the blue. I was in agony with one of my wisdom teeth and they were in regular communication with me to help me get an appointment the next day. My tooth was taken out with no issues and everyone was really lovely and friendly! Would highly recommend!

Needed an emergency appointment on a Sunday. I rang at 10am and was seen by 2pm. Dentist explained all of my options, the costs and we set a treatment plan. The team were very caring and sensitive to my needs. They listened to me and acted on what I told them. I would highly recommend this dental surgery.

Called at 12 o'clock made an appointment for 6 30 pm very easy, arrived and was seen and was advised to have tooth out which I did.. Couple of injections in my gum sat waiting for 10 minutes and the tooth was out pain free. Fantastic service by the dentist. Very clean and professional. Fran on reception was very nice and very helpfull, even got a call back of Fran the day after to see if I was OK. 5 star service from start to finish...

Got a dentist appointment straight away after being in pain with my wisdom tooth, Nihad and Amy where brilliant with me by calming my nerves down and extracting my tooth. I needed an urgent denture repair on New Year's Eve just as they were closing. They stayed open to fix it for me which was greatly appreciated. Fantastic customer service. I was given some good advice for future denture treatment. Thoroughly recommend.

Had a private emergency dental appointment last Friday. Receptionist took my call and swiftly arranged an appointment at 3pm on the same day. Very helpful and efficient. No time wasted. I received care from Tiphanie and Catherine. Both were very professional and friendly making the whole experience a very pleasant one. Tiphanie was very careful and patient explaining what to expect from an emergency appointment, examining my problem and explaining my options. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental centre to anyone.

thank you very much to everyone at the practice who helped me get sorted out with my root canal treatment last month and yesterday. The dentist I saw was Jonathan Skidmore and dental nurse Zoe and they made me feel so welcomed, looked after and felt that I was in really good hands. The treatment has been a massive success and I’m happy with the outcome. I also wanted to say thank you to Abdul who organised my appointment and I was able to bring me in at short notice due to my symptoms, I was extremely grateful for this! I work in private medical care and I often forget how daunting it can be like to be the patient, but the level of care, knowledge and professionalism has been second to none and I really wanted to say I heartfelt thank you, for not making me want to dread dental treatment! Looking forward to continuing with more treatment later in the year.

I had not visited in nearly 2 years so visiting today and meeting Louisa, who was very professional and clearly is passionate about orthodontics, made me feel calm and worry free, Pauline aided her with precision and really went out of her way to make sure that I had everything I needed for my assessment. Such a lovely dentist with lovely staff. They make you feel so at ease and explain everything very clearly. I never dread coming to the dentist. I usually see Tiphanie and Natalie who are both super friendly and super professional. Can’t recommend enough.

The best thing I ever did was to go to Maple, the surgery is state of the art, the staff are so helpful and professional all the time. I had a 5 hour surgery, didn’t feel a thing , and all had gone well afterwards. I can’t recommend Craig and his staff and expertise enough.

Many thanks to Mark, the dentist, he is very professional and meticulous, and every step is done carefully. One tooth was treated last week, four were treated yesterday, and there are two more to be treated at the beginning of next month. Everything will be fine then. The dentist patiently guided my child not to drink carbonated drinks, which would damage the teeth badly. Your permanent teeth will be with you for a lifetime, so take good care of them. I told my son these words, but he didn't listen to me. My son has not drunk carbonated drinks in the past two weeks and has reduced his sugar intake. I am very happy. Maple Dentalcare is an excellent place, highly recommended for kids who need dental work.

I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. After a traumatic extraction of my front tooth at another clinic, I went to Maple Dentalcare and felt immediately cared for and reassured. They gave me a clear treatment plan, detailed information about procedures and timelines and took all the stress and worry away. Craig Jack is friendly and approachable and highly professional at the same time. An excellent experience entirely.
