Very professional team. Very responsive to email & phone queries. The team work with you to achieve the results you want, they present all the options available and they will not pressure you into the most expensive option. Very well maintained practice and very clean. Plenty of free parking next door too. There is also a choice of payment options and credit options if required.

I've seen Nicole and Natalie over the last couple weeks and have been made to feel comfortable and at ease for both visits. Treatments thoroughly explained and very thorough. All staff I've met have made me feel at ease. Very clean and professional waiting area and consult rooms and welcoming friendly reception staff. I won't dread coming to the dentist now I come here! Amazing dentists. Appointments readily available. Very understanding and great receptionists. 5*** service at affordable prices especially with monthly rate. They also don’t mis-sell you things and have a genuine interest in your needs and wants. No pressure!!

I have just had a tooth implant and I must say the whole experience was just incredible- I have a deep seated fear of visiting any dentist and on my 1st appointment with Tom I found him sooo gentle and reassuring and just sooo lovely - not only that but his work throughout my treatment has been outstanding and the end result is I’m ecstatic with my new tooth - I can 100% recommend Tom

They were honest about how things would feel and both put me at ease during my procedures. I almost fell asleep during some of my procedures they were that good at what they both do.

Excellent experience seeing dentist James and his dental nurse. A very relaxed experience. An added bonus was being offered an hygienist appointment on the same day and only waiting 10 minutes to be seen. Both ladies were excellent and gave great advice on continuing dental care. I would recommend the practice to anyone.

Once again excellent professional treatment at my regular check up. Scott takes the time and effort to be friendly along with his assistant. All the staff on reception are very approachable and ready to help on any issues. It’s simply a great practice to be registered with at reasonable prices for basic appointments.

The front-of-house team at this dental practice are wonderfully welcoming. Like many, I have a mild dental phobia (or what’s commonly referred to as being a nervous patient), but the front-of-house team always put me at ease with their warmth and friendliness. They never seem to forget a name or a face, which adds a personal touch that makes each visit feel more comfortable. Dr. Neehal and Dr. Arfeen are exceptional. Their bedside manner is fantastic, and they show genuine care and interest—not just in your teeth, but in you as a person. They always provide top-notch advice and explain everything clearly, so you understand exactly what needs to be done and why. Even though I moved from Didsbury years ago, I still make the one-hour round trip for my hygiene appointments and check-ups. My teeth are in the best condition they’ve ever been, thanks to the excellent care and guidance of this team. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dental needs. Huge thanks to everyone at the practice for all that you do!

I have been going to the practice for over 40 years and found them to be very good and understanding as I am a nervous patient. The dentist Mr Shah explains everything very clearly and is very thorough. Gill the hygienist is also excellent and I cannot fault the service she and advice she gives me. The receptionist is lovely and the dentist’s assistants Gabby and Jazz are lovely. Gill’s assistant is also very good and understands my needs. I would recommend this dental practice.

Since first going to this dental practice Dr Shah and the team have looked after my dental health with great care and attention. They always explain aspects of my dental care in detail and make sure that I know how best to look after my teeth, in particular gum care.

Ilana and Klaudia took several months to create the perfect removable dentures to complement my own teeth. The attention to detail and care, has been outstanding, my self confidence and social interactions, eating and emotional well being has been restored. Had an amazing experience with the dentist Alexander Buchsbaum on Friday. Had an emergency appointment, called in the morning and got an appointment in the afternoon, had to have my wisdom teeth taken off 🫣🫣I was so anxious to have it taken off. Waris and his team are amazing. So far I've been nothing but thrilled with what they've done for me. Within a month he has fixed a bunch of problems I was waiting months to have fixed at my old place. They're very patient and happy to answer questions you have or if you need a moment during the dental work theyll stop. They did my dad's teeth for him and I'm so glad I choose to come here to get my own teeth done.

Waris is the best dentist I have had by miles. He is fantastic. I've had to have a bit of work done to my teeth over the years including a wisdom tooth extraction today. I never feel a thing. He always explains everything so you know exactly what's happening and is very good at putting you at ease. I'd recommend him to anyone. His team are also excellent. Always very friendly, professional and courteous.

I would highly recommend this practice, I attended in 2020, probably the most difficult time to undergo dental treatment due to Covid. I wanted the old crowns on my top teeth which were unsightly, replacing but wanted a natural look and certainly not tippex teeth. I also had a course of teeth whitening on my lower teeth, Waris is an amazing dentist, he listened carefully and delivered exactly what I wanted. He explained everything in detail and was unbelievably patient. The whole team are lovely people and extremely professional. I have posted some before and after photos so you can see what a difference he has made. The finished result outweighed my expectations by miles.

Great practice with excellent staff, always welcoming and friendly. Never had a good relationship with the dentists so my teeth were in a poor state, Waris and the team really took care of me. After a course of aligners and some implants I feel great about my smile again.

Alan Ng is an absolutely fantastic dentist. All my family have been been coming here for years. He has superbly looked after my two daughters. He is very kind and gentle with them especially my youngest he always explains what and why hes doing what hes doing to her teeth. Any time he can he fits her an appointment when needed. Alan Ng is such a brilliant dentist! My children and I have been under his care for over 20 years. I used to be extremely nervous but he makes a great effort to put everyone at ease. All the staff are friendly.
