My daughter has had treatment for the past 17 months and today had her braces removed. She is really happy (as am I) with how fantastic her teeth now look. She’s just got the final stage to go through with the retainer. I can highly recommend Heaton Mersey Orthodontic Centre. All the staff have always been professional and friendly. The majority of the appointments my daughter has had were with Lisa who has been brilliant. She has always explained things fully to my daughter and has always been friendly, happy and chatty. Thank you so much for everything.

I had fantastic service in the past when I originally brought 2 of my children here for treatment, so it went without saying that this was the place for me to have treatment myself. I attended here for 18 months and was treated by Dr Usmani, with great respect and efficiency. The staff were equally really nice and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this practice for any orthodontic treatment. I am so happy with the way my teeth have turned out thanks to Dr Usmani.

This place is amazing and it changes people’s lives! My son started his treatment just over a year ago and I can’t believe the change in him! He’s more confident and can’t stop smiling! Everyone at Heaton Mersey makes you feel very welcome and familiar at every appointment. A special shout out to Louise, Grace, Chelsea and Dr Bhatti to name a few but all the staff are amazing. Thank you for putting a smile back on my son’s face!

I’ve had a few terrible experiences getting dental work done where I’d felt a lot of pain and have therefore been left very scared of dentists. I came to Heaton Moor to get some work to be done under sedation. The team took such good care of me and made me feel so safe that I actually chose not to have the last bit of work done under sedation as I trusted them not to hurt me. If I didn’t live that bit too far away, I’d definitely keep them on as my regular dentist

I was referred to this dentist by own NHS dentist for an implant. I also needed a lower molar removing which my NHS dentist refused to remove . This was also done at this amazing practice , with minimal bruising, swelling and pain !!! Due to their outstanding professionalism , skill and expertise I transferred to this practice. I actually enjoy coming to the dentist it’s a social and calming event!!!

Ten out of ten as usual ! The staff are amazing they are kind compassionate and so caring I am a very nervous patient that avoided going to the dentist until coming to this practice they actually make it a lovely experience. They have turned my gum health around in the last year by an excellent clean but also educating me on why things were happening in my mouth and how to maintain good gum health. I can’t thank all of the staff enough 😘

I was recently referred to Bal by my regular dentist for some specialist treatment. The procedure was relatively complex but I was put at ease throughout. The care, attention, professionalism and skill I received from Bal and Lynn was fantastic and I would absolutely recommend this dental practice. Thank you again both.

An excellent practice. I have been a patient here for over 14 years. The practice has an amazing, modern feel. From the moment you open the door, the reception team are always friendly. Mo has been my dentist for a few years now. At today’s visit he reassured me that my teeth were in great shape and offered advice on how to maintain proper care. The hygienist did a great job of assessing my teeth and ensuring they were at their best. She is great at putting you at ease. Thank you team!

My daughter was a patient at Cheadle Hulme Dental recently - this is her feedback: I was extremely excited for my Invisalign course but a bit nervous for my frenectomy procedure. I have now finished the course and I’m happy to say I’m very pleased with the outcome, it’s better than I expected following the frenectomy. The staff were so great and supportive towards me because I really am afraid of injections. They were extremely patient and didn’t rush me at all. I would highly recommend

There’s a lot of Dentists to choose from in Cheadle Hulme. I went with this dentist for its opening times as they are more flexible for those who work full time. As soon as I stepped inside I knew I’d made the right choice. The clinic is not just clean, it’s modern and deceivingly big. The staff could not have been more thorough and helpful. My dentists Suzie immediately put me at my ease and Georgie was great in sorting out all the paperwork and appointments. The whole expertise was smooth and efficient with a caring approach. Would definitely recommend.

My first visit to the practice today after moving from a dentist outside of the area. Contact on the phone was easy and a convenient first check up was arranged. When I arrived the people on reception were polite, friendly and professional. I saw a nurse/technician? first for a scan then the dentist for my check up. Both appointments were on time. After seeing the dentist it was recommended I also see the hygienist, and an appointment was arranged for later that day. On returning later, that appointment was also on time. All three appointments went smoothly and I was very happy with the outcome. Some routine wear and tear work has been recommended and the decision was left with me whether I wanted to go ahead or not. I booked two more routine appointments for the same in six months time, while I was there. Overall very happy with the experience and the service I received today, and hopefully the start of a successful long term service.

Amazing dentists. Appointments readily available. Very understanding and great receptionists. 5*** service at affordable prices especially with monthly rate. They also don’t mis-sell you things and have a genuine interest in your needs and wants. No pressure!!

I've seen Nicole and Natalie over the last couple weeks and have been made to feel comfortable and at ease for both visits. Treatments thoroughly explained and very thorough. All staff I've met have made me feel at ease. Very clean and professional waiting area and consult rooms and welcoming friendly reception staff. I won't dread coming to the dentist now I come here! With a raging abscess at boiling point, I contacted my dental practice, Freedom Dental in Cheadle Hulme, only to be informed that they have recently changed to become a private practice. However, they told me they have a sister practice, Heaton Mersey Dental, and they was a possibility I could register with them as an NHS patient. After a few minutes on the phone with Sadie who explained in detail the procedure to facilitate this, I was their latest patient within a couple of hours! Thank you Sadie for your professionalism, knowledge and a speedy outcome!!!
