Both of my appointments were seamless and efficiently managed. The dentist and his assistant were exceptional. They took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, provided clear and informative explanations. Their expertise and professionalism were evident throughout my visits. I had the most amazing experience at The Lodge Dental! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming, immediately putting me at ease. The environment was spotlessly clean and so calm. The dentist was equally wonderful, making me feel completely relaxed and ready for my tooth extraction, which I had been quite nervous about. They explained everything thoroughly and ensured I was comfortable every step of the way. If I ever need to go back, I would definitely want to be referred to The Lodge Dental again. I was referred to The Lodge to have a failed crown root taken out by my dentist . What a great experience it was as I was really nervous . Nurse was really good made me feel totally at ease as was the dental surgeon. Reception Staff really helpful from making the appointment to attending really well run outfit . Gartside street dental lounge have really helped me out in times of need! They really value their patients which is evident in the way they treat and communicate with their patients. The service you recieve is second to none and I can rely on them in times of need, without having to worry! Dr Nilesh and the rest of his team are fantastic and the prices are very reasonable for top quality dental work! I’d highly recommend gartside dental practice!!

Dr Batt is a part of our family. I first visited him as part of his old practice, and I ensure to visit him at Gartside St. He has helped my family countless times, including curing my wife's severe phobia of dentists - she now looks forward to going to see him, and her family now visit Dr Batt for all dental checkups and procedures. His team are professionals and excellent in all they do. I cannot recommend them enough, and I recommend to anyone who seeks excellent service and genuine care.

Just a brilliant practice. After struggling with my smile for years I decided to have a brace and new crown fitted and can't thank them enough for the difference it's made in my confidence (I've only had it on a week!). James took care of the crown for me which looks MUCH more natural than the last one and honestly didn't hurt at all (I was shocked!!), and Sarah had me in stitches whilst fitting my brace. I'm a nervous patient but everyone made me feel so comfortable, the whole team here are brilliant, professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Visited for the first time today to the Manchester branch. Felt really reassured and welcomed and was reminded about my appointment via text, email and a call the day before my appointment. Upon arrival I felt welcomed and informed of the process and filled out my medical questionnaires whilst being offered a bottle of water and a coffee. Today I had a hygienist appointment with Lauren who took care of me. Lauren explained everything to be prior to treatment and made me feel very comfortable and reassured during the time I spent with her. Overall very impressed and satisfied with everything. Highly recommend.

Due to the numb pain in my tooth crown, I visited Riyo Dental. I booked an appointment on Saturday evening and had my consultation on Sunday at 2 p.m., which was very convenient and efficient. Dr Jabir conducted a thorough examination and took X-rays, confirming that I didn’t have a cracked tooth. The whole experience made me feel very peaceful. The location is excellent, and the clinic is very clean. I found them to be reliable and honest, and I would highly recommend them.

This review is long overdue I have been meaning to write it for last couple of months. My partner was in so much pain with his tooth and I contacted this clinic at 11:30pm and they told him to set off straight away. The dentist was amazing with him, immediately made sure his tooth was numbed and pain free and performed a root canal there and then and saved his tooth and removed some other damaged pieces of tooth which were also causing him problems. He was back home relaxed and relieved within 2 hours. He has had no issues whatsoever following his visit and he said the clinic was immaculate and the dentist was so professional. Absolutely amazing service! The experience has been exceptional. I had been waiting for a NHS referral for more than 2 months and pain was simply unbearable and not responding to painkillers, and my regular dentist was no help at all. I got the appointment with Riyo within an hour, went in for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction late Friday night. The nurse and the dentist opened the surgery for the emergency treatment. Dr.Nihad was friendly, caring and brilliant! The procedure which my regular dentist said would be complex and challenging, took him only about few minutes to complete and was done smoothly. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Finished my course of treatment by Charlie and Joanne and my next appointment is in 6 months. Honestly a calming experience it has been. No nervousness waiting to go in and so friendly and professional. Feels like I've known them for years. My only complaint is that I wasn't in the chair long enough to have a good chat with them both. I havent been to any dentist in 4 years, keept postponing as it took me many years to find my previous dentist (not in UK). Eventually my gums gave up and I had no choice but to get a check up. I am SO Happy I found this place! I booked up for a checkup, thinking it would be maybe weeks till I get a descaling apptm. that I desperately needed. But - I had my check up, and was asked if I wanted a descaling then and there. Now, I had always struggled with that, sensitive, weak gums, the seat is more or less a torture chair - and often times, a lenghty process. Not this time. The reassurance from both Bethan and her assistant made the process made such a difference: both were telling me what is happening, which area was going to get targeted next and how well I am doing (sounds silly but it helped a lot) and I didnt feel rushed when I needed a minute. Also surprisingly it felt so much quicker than any of my previous experiences. I have always felt anxious and insecure to go to dentist, I am sure most of us dread the word, but I can say with confidence that I am looking forward for my 6mths checkup. The staffs are friendly. Joanne and Charlie attended to me they made my experience wonderful. The Dentists of Didsbury - easily the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The customer service is outstanding. You’re made to feel so welcome and the practice is spotless and so comfortable. I’ve had a few procedures recently - a particularly tricky root canal (5 canals when most teeth have 3!) and have just attended today to have a crown fitted. Naz and Oz are simply the best, they worked tirelessly to get the best outcome for me and they’re made me no longer fear the dentist! Really happy with the outcome. Highly recommended.

Naz is a wonderful Dentist, extremely competent and very receptive to the needs and concerns of the patient. I honestly couldn't recommend it enough. Naz is amazing professional (expertise to details) and she doesn't only take care of your health, she knows how to put the patient at easy and is extremely friendly, like all the staff to be fair.

I asked to be put on the NHS waiting list as there was no space currently, however, within minutes I had a call back saying some vacancies had just come come up out of the blue.
