Absolutely fantastic service throughout. I found Maypole after my original dentist could not complete my implant as bone too thin. No issue for dentist Ellie and dental nurse Emma - absolute professionals. My husband who has a dental phobia has moved across and no longer has issues going to the dentist - thank you so much - see in 6 months 😁

What can I say… from starting my treatment with Maypole only 12 months ago I was made to feel ever so welcome and like I’d found new fabulous friends! Dr Elli and her fantastic team gave me the reassurance and made me feel so comfortable and at ease with my treatment plan. I almost felt like part of the family as Dr Elli despite having many many other customers welcomed me every fortnight to check my progress. I was always made to feel special and always reassured if I had any concerns. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The finished results exceeded my expectations and honestly blew me away! Dr Elli had always told me they would be perfect and she would make sure of that. I have just returned from holiday and never smiled as much. That is testament to Maypole! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr Elli, Emma and Debbie who have given me my smile back and I’ve also gained friends for life.

My husband Simon is absolutely delighted with his new tooth. Very impressed by all the treatment provided by Ellie including a substantial bone graft following a lot of bone loss. All the staff are brilliant and so professional kind caring and knowledgeable. Make you feel at ease and looked after. The implant has really transformed my husband’s appearance. Highly recommended.

Laura and the dental assistant both had a very pleasant manner and carried out a most professional and thorough examination before recommending a course of action. It was my first time attending morris dental care and I was not disappointed the two reception ladies Sandra and Kim were so nice and very polite I was very anxious when I arrived but both of them made me feel comfortable and assured my appointment was for a tooth removal the dental surgeon who took care of it her name was Georgia i did not feel no pain whatsoever it's the best experience I have had when taking a tooth out I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family overall my experience was very delightful thank you so much morris dental care 5🌟

Terrified of the dentist for 20 odd years. Been every other week for the past 2 months with Georgia and its been nothing short of amazing! Very comfortable and approachable. And very aware of people's needs and anxiety!

Honestly, the best dentist and hygienist! They’re both SO gentle. The whole experience from both is a feeling of calm rather than dread! Root canal a couple of months ago… no pain during the procedure and no pain since! I have just had some cosmetic work done and the results… I couldn’t be happier. I know longer feel I need to hide my smile. Injections, no need to fear at all. Tim injects that slowly you don’t feel anything. Amazing! If you can afford to have 1 less shop bought coffee a week, I would 100% recommend signing up! Trust me, it’s worth it ❤️ Hazel and Sarah are also just lovely, always available to help and greet you with their lovely smiles! I will forever be a patient of Jackson’s! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The new machine they now use when cleaning your teeth is superb! Absolutely fantastic experience.....I had a referral from my dentist to Rhodes Street as my tooth had broken and all my filling had come out leaving only a little bit of tooth so I had surgically removal here. I was petrified to say the least! ... but as soon as I walked in the room I was put at ease and was told exactly what they would be doing. It was very quick and I didn't feel a thing ! Had one of my wisdom teeth extracted here yesterday. Extremely clean practice. The dentist was very helpful even telling me other options other than having an extraction. The tooth removal was painless. Very quick and done with care. 24 hours later, no issues.

My late husband and I have attended Firwood Dental Practice for several years. All the staff are always friendly and professional and go out of their way to help. My husband had several complex medical issues which had impacted on his teeth and dental care but Natalie genuinely cared and went out of her way to help him and make sure that he was comfortable and able to receive a high standard of dental care despite the difficulties these presented during treatment. The care I have personally received has always been excellent. Natalie carefully considers what treatment plan she feels is best whatever the situation and clearly explains the options so I have always been able to make an informed choice. During treatment she regularly checks that I am doing ok, especially if treatment takes a long time. If you are looking for a dental practice that provides quality dental care in a warm, friendly and caring atmosphere, Firwood Dental Practice is the place to go. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

When attending my 6 monthly check up, Max saw me for my appointment. Max is one of the nicest dentists I’ve ever met. I have never felt so at ease during a dentist appointment before. He was calm, explained everything and really friendly. ☺️

Really happy every time I visit this dentist. I'm registered here as well as my twins who are just 3 years old. They are very comfortable, Natalie makes them feel totally at ease and appointments are an absolute breeze! We've been for regular check ups and ad hoc appointments for two chipped teeth. Scheduling is always very accommodating which I really appreciate.

I decided to get composite bonding because I had uneven teeth that made me self-conscious about my smile. During my consultation at The Composite Bonding Company, Lauren was very thorough in explaining the procedure. She answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. After the assessment Lauren was honest and informed me that I wasn't able to have the treatment until I underwent alignment treatment to fix the overcrowded to the lower teeth. Had my first appointment here today and can honestly say it’s the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I saw a dentist called Mahesh and he was absolutely amazing. I explained to him my worries and concerns and that my teeth are in a bad way because of mental health. He was very compassionate and made me feel so comfortable and explained everything in detail so I’d understand. He answered any questions I had thoroughly and constantly checked up on me throughout the procedure. His assistant was also so so so amazing, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but I really appreciated her kindness and supportive behaviour throughout my treatment. She let me hold her hand as I got my teeth cleaned and checked up on me every time I seemed to be uncomfortable. She was so lovely and I’m so thankful to the both of them. I now have teeth to be proud of all thanks to them and for once I’m not nervous to go back to the dentist. Thank you for all your help and support!
